I am new to the area and have been searching for apartments and I loved how they looked and I saw them in person! When I went the office had a “meeting”! I have been calling them for 1 1/2 months for questions I had cause I was move in ready and no one answers the phone!! Ever!!!! Ive also left multiple voicemails! This is ridiculous! I’m going to have to turn interest else where because it’s no way I’ll stay somewhere where they don’t answer the phone!

There should be a 2 pet max limit as neighbors have a lot of animals especially if only 1 person renting. If people want more than multiple outdoor cats so they don’t have to clean litter boxes they should get a house with their own backyard as cat urine is strong🤢. This place doesn’t resolve any issues freely unless multiple people complain!👎🏻Staff NOT professional nor kind, one rudely (the fat man landlord) walked into my apartment, stood with an ugly look without it being an emergency or having notice ! Then he had me go to the office just to tell me the same thing they told me on the phone although my neighbor is breaking the LAW and is a old grouch in unit 1214. Completely wastes not doing their job.
Just leased my own place, thanks to Amanda! Been searching since last year & got recommended to this apartments recently. When I arrived she attended me & was able to make my process easy and was very patient with me. I can’t wait for this new beginning, thanks again!
I just moved into these apartments a month ago, and i applied for an apartment with Amanda Castillo and the entire team was very welcoming and professional. She was very helpful during the lease signing process and made it so easy for me. The property is very clean and just a calm area. I love that any time i need anything management is very helpful. Love the staff and management here!

I had the pleasure of applying for an apartment with Jorge and the entire team was very involved and professional. From the first time I called them on the phone and during the lease signing process, they made me feel welcome and valued as a future and now CURRENT resident. It is nice to see when your property and staff genuinely care about finding you a home to live. The property was clean and I really like the assigned parking spots.
I am only putting one star because 1/2 a star isn’t available but they have poor management. I have put in a maintenance request/order about my A/c unit situation and it’s been over a month. Tried calling the office and nobody answers ever, due to my job hours I am unable to go in person to complain about this and even if I did I’m sure I’ll just be told the same thing, “we’ll put in an order”.
UPDATE! I have NEVER had such an urgent response and resolution to a maintenance emergency than I have living at this property. The Park at Winslow is phenomenal. I called at the end of the workday and the manager answered the phone. I had a plumbing problem and maintenance came promptly to resolve our issue. Water had accumulated without my knowledge throughout the day and my carpet was soaked. Not only did they plunge the toilet, but onsite maintenance immediately called an emergency carpet repair service out. In less than 3 hours my plumbing problem was resolved and my carpet has been completely repaired. It will be replaced within 2 days after drying with their equipment. 5 stars isnt enough to explain my satisfaction.
We just moved here my son and I, all the staff was very helpful Amanda Helped us with the process of the application and the move in and everything when great I love the apartment I would really recommend this complex
I been living here for 9 years I love this place, now I love it even more now that we have a new manager and new team at the office and maintenance they actually get stuff done not like the other staff they use to have, Now we have a park that my kids love, I would really recommend everyone to live here is the best complex and staff are very helpful on everything.

I been here for 8 months and see progress already thanks blue magma for making this property a better place to live.
I am a long term resident of this property. The Blue Magna Management property team has been exceptional since taking over the property. They inherited a property that had not been taken care of as well as it should have been and transformed it into a property to be happy to live in. Even during this Covid-19 pandemic, I have found them to be responsive to requests for maintenance, addressing lease issues and being seen on the property out and about. Property Manager Shane walks the property just about everyday, I know bc I see him out doing it. Jorge in the Leasing office has been very professional and quick to answer leasing renewal questions. Abigail the leasing agent is on property to answer the phone and with a scheduled appointment, face to face questions. This was not always the case with the previous management team more often than not you got an answering machine for resident calls. Lastly, I want to specifically thank the new maintenance supervisor Richard and his helper Jerry (sp?) last weekend my air conditioner was not cooling properly as it was the weekend I didnt required immediate assistance but called on Monday mid-morning. Within an hour Richard was at my door with a mask on and a great attitude. This a/c unit has been band-aid fixed for years by other management teams. Richard determined after trying to fix it that it was not repairable. By 4:00 pm, I had a brand-new a/c unit installed and the apt was cold. This exemplary maintenance service is to be commended. Im happy to see the changes that have already resulted from the Blue Magna team and I look forward to seeing all the renovations completed.

I am a current resident and a maintenance order for my apartment has taken more than a MONTH. Ive been calling the office all day and no one answers the phone. Also, no one is in the office all day. Sad that they are renovating the apartments but wont take time to work on an order that was put in one month ago.
I just moved in last Friday and I love it so far. Maintenance came in the same day to fix the little things that was wrong with my apt. It’s a very quiet, clean property and the office staff is really nice. Also a good feeling knowing there’s a police officer living on property. Will recommend this place if anyone I know is looking for an apartment!
I dont live here but I have a friend who does and I was travelling out of state for a couple of weeks and told my friend to help me safe-keep my car at his apartment. I parked right next to his close to the fence which he had no issue about. It was not a covered parking or a reserved parking spot or handicapped spot or any specially reserved spot. Parked at 6pm on Saturday night and at 6am on Monday morning, my friend called me to tell me my car had been towed. I asked him to check d rules he signed. He said it says so far it is not parked in any of the spots I mentioned above, it is fine. But still my car was towed and when he called the towing company who towed it, they referred him to a storage about 6miles from the apartment. The fee to recover the car was $320 for sth that was towed overnight and dropped 6 miles away. Thats a big rip off. This apartment is trashy with their towing policy and if u are going to live here knowing u will have people coming over, think twice before renting there. Nonsense
This complex is by far the best in the area! The property is very well maintained you can definitely tell the manager cares unlike some we’ve had in the past.. the maintenance are quick to respond when there is something wrong and someone in the office always calls to make sure we are happy whenever maintenance is done.. I love this place and the service I get.

I have worked in apartment business for over 30 years and when you call the leasing office during office hours and no on answer it is so frustrating. I have called several times today (12/11/2018) and the answering machine has been on all day doesnt make since. Very unprofessional, need better training.
The crossing at Sun Meadow is a very nice and quite place to live. Its a safe dwelling with nice neighbors. I moved in a couple weeks ago and the staff was friendly and most helpful with getting me situated.
I love this place! It’s nice and quiet. Personally I’ve not had an issue with roaches or mice. I’ve lived here 7 months. The ladies in the office are always super helpful and I’ve never had an issue.
Called to get information about an apartment. The lady that answered told me she would call me back. Gave her my number and name. I waited for the call back and no one called back. I decided to call and a different lady picked up. She said I have to call during business hours that she only answers after hours. All I wanted was just a simple answer yes or no if they had the apartment I was looking. They couldnt provide the information during business hours nor after hours. Will be looking somewhere else to rent.

I have lived at this apartment for a few months now, me and my kids love this place, its very well kept, maintenance is very good about fixing issues right away, and the ladies from the office are amazing, always polite and answer your concerns. I definitely recommend this place.
I was supposed to move in next Monday, and I wont be because the leasing office rented my apartment out to someone else. How did I find out? I drove by and saw someone coming home to my apartment. I wouldve showed up next Monday with my stuff and wouldve found out like that. The reason why this happened was because the day I went to apply for this apartment and also the day I left my deposit the leasing office was too busy to acknowledge what apartment it was. The maintenance was the one who showed me the apartment not the leasing office, when I came back I showed her what unit I wanted. I caught them leaving to lunch when I dropped off the application fee and I guess thats when they forgot to finish my paperwork. They had a chance to fix this, once when we went to drop off the deposit and had asked if the apartment we were getting was the same we had seen and a second time when I went and saw someone already living in it. They dont care about you or the time and money you wasted. Neither does corporate because theyve also been hard to talk to. Im making this post in hopes they see it and finally call me back. Ill say it again, the leasing office is lazy. You have one job, do it well or dont do it at all.
I loved these apartments when me and my husband moved in. It was so nice and quiet it was just perfect for us and our son up until we started having MICE!! And it was one month after moving in. We ended up breaking our lease after being there for 5 months!! They never did anything about it they just dont care!! I dont recommend these apartments!!!!
They charge you for EVERYTHING.There are several parking spaces available but you can not use them because they are reserved to be rented for $25 per month.
The complexed changed companies about a month ago. The new office people are very nice. But, Right then, I guess outside maintenance isn’t something they do anymore because the grounds look unkept now. The grass hasn’t been cut since the new people took over and they’ve raised the rent without doing anything to raise the value of the complex. I won’t be renewing my lease.*update: NO ONE EVER IN OFFICE DURING OFFICE HOURS. THEY LIE AND SAY ITS BUSY BUT NO ONE THERE. THEY’VE OVERCHARGED MY RENT TWICE FOR INSURANCE THAT I HAD WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE. PUTING IN MY NOTICE TO MOVE AS SOON AS I CAN. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I have a 7 month lease with The Crossings and I love it here. If I did not have to relocate for my job, I would renew my lease in a heartbeat.Yes at first there were roaches, but I told the front office about it, and the next day they had the exterminator at my apartment. Bug issues depend on how clean YOU are, the apartment complex cant do much about it if you are a messy person.Only bad thing is that parking is kind of limited unless you have reserved parking, but they try to have at least one reserved parking per household.Its very quiet and peaceful here. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
Damn Google hackers left a review about this dump and now I have to write a review about what I really think because their words werent exactly all true. I am happy that my lease is over I did get a violation for a tree or a Christmas tree as property manager called it, that was on my patio. In my opinion management could use some training. Manager seems to get offended when a Google review was written not in her favor.Next some Original words from hacker.( Trash all over the ground trashcans are always overflowing not because people dont know how to put trash in them but because trash only gets picked up once a week if were lucky) these words are 100% accurate in my opinion.... The one-star stays because I cant take it away. There are plenty of other things that are wrong with this community but really dont care enough to write about every single one of them. I discourage anybody from renting from here . Take your hard-earned money somewhere else oh and yeah the pool is never open

I enjoy living here at The Crossings at Sun Meadow. My kids love playing in the pool and we enjoy the friendly staff. We are thankful for an accomodating management and would highly reccomend to anyone looking to move into a nice and well maintained complex.
Tried going in this weekend to get some pricing. The staff was sitting in the mailmans truck flirting with 2 men with hickeys all over her. She finally saw me waiting outside but I could tell she didnt want to help me. She handed me a flyer and rushed me out. She didnt even get my name or number. I lived here perviously but if this is how they run things now... NO THANK YOU.

It feels safe, but there are bugs and the dishwasher doesnt clean very well. The utility bill of $72.90 seems to be very expensive. ***Update 12/6/2015My issue was never resolved. Mice were a problem until we moved out, which was today. The only solution maintenance had was covering up the holes but mice kept making new ones. Please do not let them rent you out apartment 100!! Or any in that unit. My neighbors upstairs also have the same problem.Original post 8/15/2017Ive been living here for almost 2 and a half years. Ive never had a problem until now. Ive had a pest and rodent problem in my unit for months! And Ive been to the office multiple times to express this concern and it has yet to be fixed. Its been since April! Ive asked if I can be released from my lease (as I dont want a broken lease on my record) because of this problem but according to them, since theyve changed companies and are trying to see if this new company can fix the issue, they cant let us go. This was back in May. On paper, they look like they are fixing the issue but no. All they have done is cover the holes and set traps outside. Nothing can be done inside since they dont want rats dying in between the walls and creating an odor (which I understand). But this problem isnt actively being addressed. Cockroaches too is a hugeeee problem. I keep my kitchen clean and floor free from food and cockroaches are everywhere. I spoke to a resident here and they told me they have the same problem. I have emailed the management office pictures of the mice Ive caught on my own and they said theyll get back to me. Havent heard from them and its been a month. Im not kidding. At this point, Ive caught 20+ and counting. Ive been a good resident this whole time. No late payments or complaints. I havent been difficult.. idk why its gotten to this point. My rent bill includes pest control services every month so why am I paying for something that is not resourceful? Ive spoken to a lawyer and they recommended me to take it to the news. If thats what it has to take to fix this issue or release me from my lease then itll go that far. I CANNOT wait to get out of here.
Im rating this apartment from 1-10 on different categories(1-bad, 10-good)Location---1Rent price--1(due to location)Interior design--7Neighbors/noise--9Utility bill--1Parking--4($10 fee if you want a reserved space)Overall the apartment itself is not that bad but several factors might deter you away from the complex. Roaches are a big issue but if you buy the right product they can be gone in a few weeks. The maintenence crew is pretty good in responding to your needs. The new management is much better than the one they had before. The utility bill is definitely overpriced. You should budget at least $44-$45 a month on utilities.
Trys to scam people out of there money, bad office service, lazy maintenance, for example theres a patched up hole downstairs that they shouldnt have patched up should have just fixed it from the jump now the person down stairs having leaving problems cause we soaked in the tub upstairs we cant do that cause it causes a leaking . you know what the maintenance told us he told us try not to soak so often ! Wow .. Then the people that stayed in here before us had a pet that pissed and shitted everywhere and let it sit so the odor is terrible underneath the carpet I asked the lady to please tell the maintenance man to come change the carpet they refused to change it ! They wanted to shampoo instead and the boner part is they didnt even do that ! So we had to hire a shampoo person ourselves ! #Just bad service all around DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE . I been living here for 2 years already. First in a 1bd/1 bath $624 and I really liked it because its super quiet, friendly staff, and its always clean! My second year, my family of 2 became 4 so I got a 2bd/ 2 bath and Im paying $1,025. You get what you pay for and I have a completely upgraded apartment with a fireplace, carpet, wood flooring, upgraded cabinets and its soo much bigger!! I could fit a full & queen in the kids room! I LOVE living here and I wouldnt change it for nothing!Ive never had problems with ROACHES. Look at it this way, If Your A CLEAN Person you WONT have roaches...

The reviews below are nothing how these apts really are..they are overpriced, they nickel and some you for everything and bug infested. If you have anything that needs to be fixed you can forget it! They never answer the phone they claim they are out on property but if you go into the office they are just sitting their lazy selfs down! Im so ready to move out of here. I cant wait till my lease is up!! At first I thought these were nice apts but after living here for 2 years I have completely changed my mind! The bad apts all around here bring them down as well..look else where for an apt!!
I was really hoping these apts were gonna be the one . I came from Emerald Pointe Apts and they were the worse.I came to these because I saw a lot of positive reviews and they were remodeled, I took the tour and Wendy seemed so sweet and concerned.950 a month was kind of pricey for me but I knew I could handle it and I just wanted to live in a good complex and not have any problems like my previous renting experience.Ive been here since Jan 2nd of 2016. It started off great. Very quiet but theres a lot that needs improvement. My 10th day I had roaches and they have treated it twice and theres still little babies creeping around. Ew! They dont have a night drop which I think is unfair for tenants that get out late. They charge you for every little thing . I looked at my statement and I was charged for all sorts of things that made my rent go up to like 1024. Im not sure. I washed clothes yesterday on 3/3 and tell me why only two dryers worked, and they didnt even really heat up. You have to pay for reserved parking to even park in front of yr apt which doesnt seem right, if not you park all the way to the back . Smh. Idk theres little things that upsets me. I mean Im paying a good chunk of money that should be able to be give me a good apt experience. Well I guess thats what I thought.
Moved here a month ago already having mice problems,theres no parking space I litterly have to park on the other side of apartment complex. They charge you for EVERYTHING. This is not what I expected .
The new mangment is so lame, Im still waiting maintenance to paint my kitchen cabinet doors since 7 months ago, and every month the manager still say its gonna be done soon... Many ammenities are unnatended like the pool or the gates the laundry area... in the end its not worht what you paid.
