Willy and Jose are awesome! Anytime we have any sort of issue, they are immediately responsive and make sure that we are taken care of. They are friendly, efficient, and make sure that our concerns are addressed before they leave. Edgar is fantastic and is quick to address any concerns or suggestions we may have. Willie, Edgar and Jose are wonderful and they assist me for everything in my apartment and anything I need help with.

I wanted to take a minute to write about the staff at Avalon. From Edgar to the rest of the team, they really do a nice job of taking care of their tenants. One person in particular who stands out is Willie (the head of maintenance.)Anytime I see Willie; rather it be through his office space window, or when he is out working in the property, he always greets me with a hello and a smile. Anytime I have had an issue related to my unit, it is handled in a timely manner. So many times we read reviews about what the staff at an apartment complex does wrong, I think its only fair that good staff gets acknowledged as well.S.K.

Wow, this apartment community and experience has been outstanding! As a long term renter throughout Los Angles, Avalon Pasadena stands out against the rest by leaps and bounds...the best apartment Ive ever lived in. If there were more stars to give, I would. What makes this such a great place to live?....the management and facilities team. Edgar, Willie, Jose and the rest of the team genuinely care about you and your stay. They all have gone above and beyond for us multiple times. We really have enjoyed them all on a personal level and of course on a professional level. They are top notch and keep the community running smoothly, its always clean and maintenance orders are taken care of immediately. The location is excellent as well since you have so much to walk to, everyone really seems pretty happy.

It is a great experience living in this community. Yes, its a perk to live in such a central location. What really makes it is the Avalon team. All of them are incredibly helpful, attentive, and personable. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The community is quiet and safe. Youll be very well-taken care of here.

My husband and I just moved to Avalon Pasadena 3 months ago and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here. I always look forward to coming home; the property is well-maintained and safe. All the staff, especially Willie and Edgar, are incredibly prompt, friendly and professional. They always go the extra mile to ensure any questions or problems are resolved with the greatest ease to the tenant. Super happy!

My wife & I have had an overall pleasant experience during our stay here at Avalon Pasadena.The building itself does come with a few inconveniences - the elevators frequently break down, the water takes a long time to heat up in the mornings, and the sinks are very shallow. It also stinks that we have to pay extra for another parking spot, as the 1 BR apartments only come with one parking space.But that said, there are many other good things about living here. The maintenance staff has always been very quick to fix everything; Edgar has always been very friendly to us & helpful with addressing anything else weve needed. The location is also very convenient and close to lots of shops & restaurants. Finally, I very much appreciate that our apartment unit appears to be well insulated, since it stays fairly cool in the summer & warm in the winter.

We have lived at this Avalon location for 3 years. We have found both the maintenance/administrative staff to be professional, responsive and friendly. We have had after hours issues that have been quickly attended to in addition to the day in and day out typical needs. The building is clean and has been maintained very well during the Covid pandemic. They have gone to great lengths to make sure residents are aware of proper protocol.The support team here is very communicative and will always provide information when needed.It is refreshing to have such friendly and caring support when living in a multi unit community. I would highly recommend Avalon Pasadena to any seeking a great location and kind staff.

Great place to live! The entire staff (Edgar, Willie, Jose) is amazing! And whenever there is any sort of maintenance issue, Willie and Jose are always at your door by the next day!

Willie is always prompt in his response to my maintenance requests, professional in his demeanor, and skilled in his repairs.

They make the difference in making my stay here an outstanding experience. Edgar and Willie are terrific professionals who truly care about providing excellent service, and work diligently to delight the residents. Edgar is always available and made my lease renewal process painless, while Willie is helpful in fixing the few problems with the apartment quickly and effectively. These two guys and the rest of the staff who are involved in the day-to-day activities of this operation truly create value for the Avalon organization. Thank you guys for the excellent service!

Living at Avalon Pasadena has been a dream. My husband and I moved in last year and we are beyond happy with our decision. The staff at Avalon are so friendly and helpful. Edgar is always ready to help us when we have a question. He is truly a gem! Also there is Willie. Willie is part of the maintenance staff and he has made our lives so much easier. Whenever we need something fixed in our apartment, he responds within the same day and gets the job done. In addition, a leg on our sofa cracked and my husband and I could not go out to buy a replacement part due to the COVID-19 pandemic but Willie came to our rescue. Even though it is not his responsibility to fix our sofa, he went up and beyond and crafted a replacement leg for our sofa. We love Avalon Pasadena and highly recommend it.

These two address every question/concern/request that Ive had in a very professional and prompt manner, and always with a smile. They always take the extra step to make sure all residents are happy. Great place to live in the Pasadena area. Relatively quiet and a peaceful community. I especially love the 24hour accessible gym it is always clean and in top shape anytime you want to use it. Excellent maintenance team as well. Willie is always helpful and a very fast worker so you never have to wait anxiously for a service around the apartment. I especially want to give credit to Edgar, the building manager, for helping me out in every little detail when I first came to Pasadena. It made my moving-in so much easier!

I moved in apartment for a month and Im really satisfied with this place.The people who work for this apartment are awesome. Edgar and Timmy at leasing office always kind and helpful. They greeted me in the hall with a wave and a smile. Also, Willie in charge of engineering is really diligent and helpful. Whenever anything small went wrong in my apartment, he were always there to ensure that it was fixed immediately.

I was looking into an apartment and the building is nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly. And willie let me in the complex and he was very friendly and professional. So this is a safe Environment and I just love the staff they were very friendly they have my thumbs up and applies to them

Just moved in and the staff (Edgar & Alexis) have been very helpful & welcoming. The complex and units looks great after all of the recent updates/upgrades. Im already enjoying the amenities as well (pool, hot tub & gym). And the location is excellent! Walking distance to food, shops & public transportation with easy access to the 210 freeway. Looked at several properties in the neighborhood before deciding on Avalon Pasadena and I definitely made the right choice.

Going from a large house to small apartment, downsizing, was a chore, but, this chore was made much easier due to Edgar in the front office, both when we were looking to rent and then when we moved. Add to this the spectacular staff of Willie and Mark when we he some minor issues and, well, we made the right choice of apartment living at Avalon, Pasadena on Oak Knoll.
