The office staff is really helpful, also they get stuff done around the property. Tickets get resolved very quick. They keep the property clean. There has been so many changes around this place!
Been living here for a while now and I’ve seen some of the negative comments left by previous tenants. New management has been a huge step from the last, better service, quick maintenance repairs and just overall better. Would definitely recommend..
Diana and Chrystal are always around to make sure things get fixed as soon as possible. They’re always friendly and professional. I’ve been living here for 3 years now and anytime I’ve needed something they’re always happy to be of help.

I’ve lived in quite a few apartments in the area and my experience here at Weston oaks has been the best. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Though it is off of Burke, surprisingly the complex is calm and quiet.

I’ve been living here for over about a year now, and I have nothing to complain about. The management is very understanding and is quick to get my things fixed if needed. They give you the first 3 days of the month to pay rent which is nice, and the apartments over all are pretty spacious inside.
When Calling in for a maintenance request, problem gets fix the same day. Office staff makes sure the problems get fix, they are really nice. when complaining about a neighbor issue they take care of problem asap, property is quite and clean. I am really comfortable living here I for sure definitely renew my lease
I been living here for 3 years and it’s been so quiet of course just in the weekends when neighbors do cookout but other than that everything it’s so comfortable the office always answer the phone so respectful and nice never had complaints bout nothing and whenever I need them they came and do their work so nice and respectful I really recommend this property and the one next to it both properties are amazing

On my first experience leasing an apartment, the leasing agent at the office was very attentive and nice and even spoke English when I told her I didn’t speak much Spanish, I appreciate the assistance from the assistant manager and she deserves a raise

I have no hot water ..called nobody picks up . I understand that they are under new management but need to get it together. I have lived here for bout 1 yr 1/2no problem till now.What do I do to get ready for work in the early am. 2 am. With no water ?What do I do ? Shouldnt I be notified if they gonna turn water off ? It is in my rent payment for that? I need water!Never been late on rent... And if I am what happens?
I have been having mold in my closet with I have gone to report this twice and nothing been done, also the parking here for visitors they only have 4 for the whole complex and there always taken, I went to the office to ask about that and they said visitors can park a cross the street, that is so embarrassing to tell your guess to park down the street... this is so ridiculous as much rent that we pay here and we have to tell that to our guess to do that, I am so ready to get out of this place....... 😡🤬

I Moved in last year before the hurricane and did not have any damage. Never had any complaints really, Manager there I forgot her name I think Doria is really good. Overall a good community.
Too bad i really like this apartment since its peaceful compared to my last experience. This place seriously has lots of issues. My A/C is not working. No matter how many times my husband calls to get maintenance to fix it. It will work for a week and then stops working. It still doesnt work no matter how many times you put freeze spray. Second, my bathtub on the second floor is messed up. The handle doesnt shut the water off completely. Water leaks out and floods the bathtub. I believe there a drainage issue here. Also, why are both bathtubs covered in paint?? Paint is coming off like crazy and i can see horrible stains that are yellow and it is difficult to get rid of it no matter how times i clean it. They need to be replaced asap. Last, where are the staff?? We are trying to pay rent, but no one seems to be there at the office. It been happening since this past weekend and the door sign says Closed.
Where do I start with this mess of apartments. Okay, back in the beginning of March when I first started apartment searching I had went in to their office to get a floor plan which they didnt have, they had no information to give me besides pointing to a wall of pics of floor plans which I had to take a pic of with my phone. After tons of apt searching, we decided to get applications of 3 different places including theirs. When my husband went in to get one they told him to get approved that we needed to give them the app fee plus a deposit. I thought he mightve misunderstood something because we usually have never done it that way. But when I personally went in to turn in the application I had only given them the app fee and the lady, which I later come to find out was the Assistant Manager Tracy, asked for the deposit. Since we were leaning towards these apartments because of the location, we had the money order ready, so I had given it to the lady. I also asked her when the apartment will be ready, she had told me within the next couple of weeks (the middle of March). She had also told me that we would hear back to see if we got approved the same day or the following Monday. We would never hear from them, we always had to call or make a visit. The few times I had visited the office it was always jam packed with people coming in having complaints with their units. And each time I went in I was brushed off or rushed out. I had come to find out that the apartment she was trying to put us in was still being rented out to someone and she had been holding us off til the end of March. When we decided to go with another apartment, I went in to their office to possibly get my deposit back, right away she became very rude and denied it, as if I had the nerve to ask for it back. She started raising her voice at every question I asked and eventually started yelling anytime I had responded back to anything she said. I had kept calm and composed myself quite well the whole time while she was being very unprofessional and disrespectful. I am so glad I decided not to wait around for them and go somewhere else, because I cant imagine being stuck with management like that. Even though she was just the assistant manager, she had the most disgraceful attitude I had ever dealt with. When I had mentioned it to my friend (also an apt manager) he mentioned that he had tenants that had experienced her behavior before and she was viewed as a racist lady against Mexicans. Which I didnt understand because she was Hispanic herself. And the apartments I had applied at was in a community with high Mexican/Hispanic population. Bottom line, I think office visits are key to seeing with what kind of management youre going to deal with and they were the worst Ive ever seen. Plz be aware, this was just the application process for me and it was bad. I definitely would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone EVER!!
Have called numerous times for mold growing on the ceiling, and they have not done anything about it, the bath tub and sink paint is coming off, and they have just towed my vehicle because apparently I did not have the parking permit even though I had it on view for everyone to see. If this can be resolved then maybe it would be better. At the moment they are charging me $231 to get my vehicle back and it is all their fault for not being able to see the sticker I clearly had on view, I am extremely unhappy with this place at the moment.
New management has fixed the inside of apartments a lot, they are way nicer than a couple years ago. No pest issues in my apartment, office staff is very helpful.
They need to rebuild the entire complex do not rent bad maintenance services. Inside apartment growth a green molded and smell so humidity inside. Bathroom shower tub are old and all they do paint them with paint after you used a rusty ugly color began coming out tearing the tub opening holes inside. I definitely dont recommend anyone to live there is not worth. Dont trust the new management signs because it only managed company change but is still same owner trying to get in people to rent their trashing place all they do covers with colored colors to make it look good and pretty. Just becarfull before moving in....
You better hope nothing breaks because Weston and oak pointe take forever to come fix and lie to you to shut you up saying that they will come fix it. Also its best you get a cat because no matter how clean you keep your apartment you will see mice!
Said they had an appartment ready. Went to look at it and well door was wide open with graffiti on all the walls. Guess the former tentant was very unsatisfied. They gave us keys to another unit and again door was opened. This unit had dead roaches on the ground and no icebox or stove. Beware if they say theres a unit opened for you to view or move into.
Been here for at least half a year, it was. Good up to now .they cant even fix my freaking ac, or replace it, I pay 940 a month is it worth it, hell no, paying that much and they cant fix the AC or replace it, no thank you, management dont even care or do a thing about it, Ive already sent out 7emails, . And why would they respond, are they scared to replace the AC, its not money coming out there pocket, all Im saying is if your looking for a place to go .dont come here, youll just end up regretting being here, I rather go back to Las villas, at least theyd help my situation out and ac would work there, I messaged management nothing .... Very disappointed, on how they take care of people here and Im more than sure others have the same issue as me, my house is 83 degrees and its night time right now. Its 9:22 pm so my house being that hot, its mest up that, thats how theyre gonna leave me, I need to break the lease asap, regret coming here
Been here going on 20 years n out of all managements this one take caare of the customers and the outside of apartments, its quiet and calm.

Management is very poor ..friend of mine has been WITHOUT A.C since 6/21 and has kids in the home and been calling and calling the answering service since Thursday and no one had came out to fix the issue

Tengo ya 2 años viviendo en estos departamentos y desde el dia 1 las chicas de la oficina y la manager siempre amables conmigo, el departamento limpio, el área es tranquila, cuando he tenido algun problema de mantenimiento en ese mismo dia se soluciona el problema y los señores de mantenimiento son amables y rápidos.
