First off I would like to say that Elisa was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly and attentive. I stepped away to take a call in the middle of the tour and she was so understanding. She did not rush through the tour, she made sure my dad and I knew everything about the facility. Honestly, her customer service sold me first and then the apartment. The apartment was super spacious and absolutely beautiful. Overall I had a great first experience.

I walked into Clearpoint Crossing Residences the other day and talked with Alexis. She was very helpful in explaining the different amenities and attributes of this location. She knew the building well and was able to show me the model apartment quickly. I was very impressed by the model apartment as well as the upkeep of the buildings. I look forward to communicating more with them.

I have been looking for a new place to live in Houston and am super glad to have found this place. Alexis has been very helpful throughout the entire process and has patiently answered all of my questions. Plus, the apartments have a great layout making the rooms feel more spacious.

Just wanted to update my review, after moving in everything has been perfect. We have no complaints! We had to call for maintenance to come and fix something and they were able to come out the same day. Front desk is always very nice and helpful when we call to ask about something.After looking at many different apartments I just kept coming back to this one. Upon arrival Chloe made us feel at home. She was very thorough throughout the entire process and answered any additional questions that we had. As for the apartment itself, we were very impressed with the square footage and updated amenities. Love that they have a dog park and playground for the kids.

Currently going through the application process but it’s been very smooth and stress free thanks to Alexas! The community is very nice and so are the office employees! I would 100% recommend Clearpoint! :)

I love this apartment complex! The floor plans are unique and actually feel like a home instead of a little box. It is definitely a family oriented community which I love! The leasing team (ESPECIALLY ELISA) is amazing! Very friendly and quick to respond to any question or concern.

Clearpoint Crossings offer a lot amenities that other apartments around the area do not. Great location and beautiful lake that gives the complex a serene atmosphere. Everyone is very helpful.

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF:Chloe was very helpful in terms of explaining the amenities and answering questions pertaining to the property and amenities prior to them being asked. Very clear and concise information as well as very prompt response times. She was able to provide all price breakdowns in writing which was rather helpful alongside the floor plans and touring the apartments.PROPERTYModern apartments with sizeable rooms, given the lot size and the amount of tenants, finding parking near the units will generally be a breeze. only downside for me would be the garage parking being an additional 100, however there are more affordable options for carport and regular lot parking is free. Gated community with really great property maintenance. Cant wait to hopefully move in here sometime next weekAMENITIESThe amount of amenities they offer is pretty extensive. The gym has all the machines you would need, but they will not have any free weights. For the bigger lifters out there they cap out at roughly 6 plates (other than the smaller weights) however there is a more or less a full range of dumbells, ellipticals, cables. They do have a massage room where you can book a massage therapist at a discounted rate which does smell very nice and it is dimly lit. There is also a sauna room, but i am unsure if it is dry or wet, regardless it is very nice to have. Lastly the community area does have a pool, a large event space that is very affordable to rent for the day, and the beach style pool is a major plus.

The management and team members of clearpoint crossing are beyond great. The apartment is so beautiful inside with updated appliances and nice floor plans. There are so many fantastic amenities for residents that make living here a place to call home for long term luxurious living.

From the min I walked into the front office Elisa made me feel comfortable and confident that I was looking at my new home. We had a little bit of time to get to know each other while walking to the apartment model. The views are nice to look at. This place is set back enough to be quiet, yet the location is easy to make our commute a breeze. Elisa has been working with us nonstop the last few days to make sure there aren’t any hiccups along the way. I’m so excited to move in. I can’t wait.

Went and viewed this apartment complex and I must say, the interior unit is amazing. I loved the layout, all the appliances are upgraded, and it really has a homey vibe to it. I spent all last week looking at several different complexes and this one was a clear winner. Ive been working hand in hand with Chloe and she is amazing. She gives me updates, always answers the phone and is as sweet as can be. Looking forward to being a new clearpoint resident.

I went through the process of renting here with Chloe and she was very thorough and explained all the different fees, amenities, the tour was great. Everything is really beautiful. It has a nice trail with a lake, beautiful scenery. The patios are spacious and the rooms are big as well as the bathroom. I gave it 4 instead of 5 because I think its slightly overpriced they hit you with a lot of different additional charges such as gate key, charge for spot to park,(if you want a reserved spot and its for each car) trash fee is 25, pest fee is 1.75. Etc other than that its beautiful its gated seems like a good area. Very happy to start living here soon.

My wife and I were looking for new a apartment to move into and this place couldnt be better. The moment we walked in, It was clean and well taken care of. They have a really good size gym, and a nice lounge area to shoot some pool. We checked out the apartment with Chloe ( who did a great job) and it was definitely up to our standards. Clean, spacious, nice size patio and our own washer and dryer which was a big plus for us. Highly recommend if your looking for an apartment In this area.

I was searching for an apartment I could feel safe.I had looked at other apartment complexes prior to coming here. Chloe did an awesome job of explaining fees, and went over and beyond to help me.

I went to check out this complex today after seeing others such as preserve at baywood. I was immediately impressed by Elisa who helped us out and showed us the community. What i liked the most about these apartments compared to others is the size of the room. It is very spacious. I did read a couple of reviews talking about limited parking, but Elisa assured me that the unit I will be in has a big parking space and they are working on building more. I am quite happy with the service and overall experience i had today. I will be moving in soon and i will update this review if anything changes.

Updated units, a dog park for my Daughters emotional support dog and to top it off its own lake.
