I have been living here since September 2015 and love the apartments. Manager isthe best. She knows and cares a lot for the people that live here and for the property. She is always helpful with your needs. We also have the best Maintenance person. He is there anytime time of the day or night for any type of emergency.

I am so glad I moved to Parkway. One of the better decisions Ive made! Mary Bley is the most caring manager Ive ever known. Bryce Ramirez is very professional and proficient at his job as Maintenance Guru and really knows his job. Jerry Young keeps the property looking so nice all the time.I cant name a favorite - theyre all my favorites!

Moved in earlier this year in April. Bryce and Mary were very helpful throughout the whole move in process. Im very grateful to them for all their help. Bryce keeps the property looking great and takes care of any maintenance issues quickly

Brice, came and helped put my curtains and rods up. He is very kind to the residents. I appreciate him helping me . He took his time and explained to me about the rods. Brice is a great asset to the people that live here at Parkway Senior Apartments. Thank you very much for helping me .

I have been living here for 2 years and everything is amazing! The manager Mary Bley is great and super helpful! The maintenance supervisor Bryce Ramirez always keeps the pool spotless and takes care of my maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Ive lived here 6 yrs & love it. The landscape is always maintained. The residents are very friendly. The manager Mary Blye is Awesome, will take time to help you with any need. Cares alot about each & every resident here. Really shows respect for the Seniors. Bryce our maintenance engineer can pretty much do anything that needs fixing & goes beyond treating each problem in a timely matter. Before the pandemic there was All kinds of Activities weekly to keep the Seniors busy & have fun or to set in on very important things pertaining to Seniors. Were slowly getting back. These kids Love their BINGO! I ALWAYS FEEL SAFE LIVING HERE @ Parkway Senior Apt.

Great response to maintenance problems. Had an emergency with refrigerator over holiday weekend. Mary Bley was kind in agreeing that it was an emergency, and Bryce Ramirez was here with a smile on his face within the hour to get the problem fixed. And he did get it fixed very quickly - he knew exactly how to deal with the problem. Both Mary and Bryce are always generous and smiling and helpful.

I have lived here for 3yrs and Im very happy.. The office manager has always been very helpful and the Bruce in charge Maintenance very quick to take care of any issue that arise ..This is the best place I have ever lived in..highly recommend

I have been living here for six years and I love it! The grounds are always kept clean and whenever anything breaks, our handyman Bryce fixes it the same day!

I loved the place when I lived there. I had to break my lease because I needed to move to help a family member. I paid the buy out amount for breaking my lease. When it came to moving, I did my very best to leave the apartment clean. I stayed the last day cleaning till 10. I never got back any of my $400 deposit. The manager found anything she could to keep all if it and said I needed to pay extra. I dont think Seniors are treated right. Leaving on a limited income sure hurts and then to be treated this way is not right.

Our Mom lived in this facility and loved it. We tried to get our Dad into the facility and it seems the lady in the front office blocked him from getting in. He was first on the list, several apartments came available, yet no phone call. Its sad that the office staff can show preferential treatment to seniors in need.

Bryce gives Excellent maintenance service. Take good care of my aunt Melida Bruners property and apartment.
