I have lived at FountainGlen Pasadena for almost seven years and I have been very happy here. There is a great feeling of community here that is promoted by an excellent management team. They plan interesting and fun activities. At the same time there is not the pressure of participation if that is not ones inclination. I have made many friends here over the years and there is a great sense of comfort in knowing that people care about their neighbors and look out for each other.Our new on-site manager Eunice, and her assistant manager Amber, are turning out to be the most caring and enthusiastic team I have encountered here. They are joined by an equally effective and caring maintenance team headed by Reggie with his assistant Chris. All of them are professional, competent and genuinely caring. The building is well maintained with a lovely courtyard and in an ideal location in the Playhouse district. I hope to be here for many more years!

A very friendly place to live. Located in the Pasadena Playhouse District with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Many social amenities are provided by the management. Maintenance and cleanliness of the entire facility is excellent. The apartments are modern and well built with high quality appliances. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

Finding FountainGlen Pasadena was a life saver! As a way over 55+ resident, I feel very comfortable here. The gated community and secured parking make me feel safe. I appreciate the office and maintenance staff, Eunice, Amber, Reggie, and Chris are all professional, efficient, and approachable. They are fair in the way they run things, and I know I can take any concerns to them with no worries. I appreciate how they go out of their way for residents, with parties, and other activities to maintain a community here, which gives us the opportunity to know our neighbors, and make new friends. On Mothers Day Eunice and Amber brought coffee and donuts to us in our apartments thus helping us celebrate. It was a beautiful thing to do. The unit is laid out perfectly for a disabled person, including the hall bath which is wheelchair accessible. The tub, and shower in the other bath, have safety rails. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The balcony is perfect for a small herb garden and perfect place to hang a hummingbird feeder. The building is quiet, and residents respect each other. There are quiet places with plenty of shade in the courtyard where we can sit either alone, or with friends. There is a giant chess set, and a lovely fountain. Wonderful amenities include a jacuzzi, gym, club room, and laundry room. All in all, a beautiful, safe, and great place to live!

Fountain Glen Pasadena is a great place to live. Support staff are always available and courteous and friendly for help on maintenance issues and any other issues.The location is ideal for walking to shopping and dining.We are all looking forward to the end of social distancing when we can enjoy our fitness buddies and other fellowship with our great group of friends.I would like to suggest in the beautiful courtyard; that being, making a more convivial conversation area by removal of chess board which is virtually unused.Bravo to Eunice, Reggie and Amber!

We moved my mother-in-law to Fountain Glen 10 years ago and we liked it so much we moved my mother to Fountain Glen two years ago.The location is great and the grounds are kept spectacularly clean by the maintenance crew Reggie and Chris. Any service request is handled promptly and thoroughly. The new manager Amber is really kind and professional and helpful in dealing with any issues.

Soon it will be a year living at this community. Many changes have taken place. All for the better to better our living experience here. Our manager left us at the beginning of the year. With much delight of all residents Eunice was promoted to Manager. She hired Amber to join the team. Amber fits in like butter. One of these fine ladies is always available to assist.Our maintenance staff is superb. Reggie is a superhero. there is not a problem that he will not tackle and conquer. He always greets you with a smile. Chris is doing 2 jobs. He keeps our community clean and he is learning the trade from Reggie.Many of out residents are active within our community. Teaching arts and crafts, planning Movie nite, or just gathering around the community for our internal Happy Hour, or playing BridgeI would recommend this property. You cant beat the location and the price.

I am a resident of Fountain Glen Pasadena. I have lived here for 7+ years. In those 7 years I have seen many managers come and go and I want to give a big shout out to our new management team. Eunice and Amber. They have been a breath of fresh air to this property. They are an example of a team that really cares about the residents and our needs. Recently during this Co-vid 19 crisis they have gone way over and above to keep residents informed and to help us feel better about a terrible pandemic. Several weeks ago they distributed goody bags to all residents with a sweet note. Today they announced another project. They do all of this practicing safe recommended practices. Masks, gloves and safe distancing are strictly adhered to. Just seeing the smile in their eyes makes you feel better. Thank you Eunice and Amber, this is the best time so far for Fountain Glen.

I have lived at FountainGlen at Pasadena since it opened on December 1, 2003. In my 17 years here I have been very happy and it continues to get better. For me FountainGlen has everything I need. The location in the Playhouse District is superb as one can reach anything you need by foot. For example, grocery, department stores, Vroman’s bookstore, restaurants and theater are within walking distance. The apartment building is attractive, well-built and exceedingly well maintained. The layouts of the individual apartments are well designed and very livable and each apartment has a good-sized, lovely private balcony. Amenities include a beautifully furnished, large open courtyard, a community room, a hot tub jacuzzi and a well equipped exercise room.However, the staff and the people are what makes FountainGlen at Pasadena such a special apartment home. The administrative staff (Eunice and Amber) and the maintenance staff (Reggie and Chris) always put 100% effort into getting the job well done. Reggie and Chris respond quickly to residents’ maintenance requests with efficient resolution of the problem. The management skills, kindness and genuinely caring attitude of Eunice and her assistant Amber have fostered a spirit of community and friendship here at FountainGlen. The FountainGlen community is an eclectic and accomplished group and Eunice and Amber have developed a real community spirit here as a result of the events and social interactions they have arranged. As an example of their thoughtfulness on Mother’s’ Day they came to each resident’s apartment to offer them coffee and a Krispy Kreme donut. I have lived in apartments all my life and FountainGlen at Pasadena is unquestionably my favorite. I feel very safe here and consider myself fortunate to be at FountainGlen. It is in every way a place you can call HOME.

This is good place to live. The management is excellent. The location is great. I enjoy living here, and feel It is a good overall value.
