Fun for kids
Im currently a member of BBC Paramus and I cant express how disappointed I am with how the Owners are handling this pandemic. I have emailed numerous times and they will not allow cancellation without penalties. I havent gone to BBC because I do not feel comfortable working out with others while the State of NJ has not given the approval of gyms to reopen.I am fully aware of contracts and memberships fees. I have been a member of OTF for years, but if other gyms can understand the situation everyone is facing, then BBC of Paramus should as well.I am currently being charged even though 1) I am not using the gym 2) I will not be using the gyms until I feel comfortable.I regret joining this gym because of the lack of professional, communication and handle the Owner has displayed. For anyone else dealing with this situation please let me know,.
First, the trainer is amazing with high energy all the time! Secondly, every single woman that I have come in contact with at this location is amazing! They are all very nice, energetic, crack jokes,and push you when needed most. It is truly a judgement free zone and highly addictive.
Had a FREAKIN BALL !!! I signed up for the trial run of this class since I saw my friends results (has her post baby body snatched) The instructor (Kells for short) was great. The routine was clear, the music was bumpin, and he was very helpful making sure the exercises were done right and you were using the proper weights for your skill set.Location wise this is not possible to join BUT if I were closer it would be an obvious sign up. The facility was spacious, comfortable, good equipment, and a small shopping area. I was able to repeat a few routines in future workouts which is always great. I strongly suggest if you can to try it out and join. That workout was intense and through, and even though I was obviously the new girl the class was very welcoming in general.
Seriously hooked on this place. The trainer is great, really pushes you without being mean or rude. Work outs are different every day so you dont get bored, and you are constantly working out a different part of your body. My 1 year old, who is usually very clingy with me, loves going to the daycare. All the people are really nice. And Ive lost about 7 lbs since i started going there 2 weeks ago!
If you love intense workouts that make you sweat, this is the place for you! Its a different workout everyday, focusing on a different body part. Cardio days are 2 to 3 times a week and will exhaust you no matter what fitness level youre at. The classes are always challenging. I love the trainer Kelechi. Hes very positive and encouraging, and pushes you to your limit.
Love Burn Boot Camp!!. Kelechi is the best. Every day is a different workout. Love it.
I am glad I found BBC! It’s so close to home. The class is 45 minutes which is perfect given my limited schedule. We do different exercises that doesn’t make each round agonizing. I am a sweaty mess afterwards but I love it because I did something good for myself.
More like family than just a place to work out. The community is great, and the coaches help keep us accountable. The workouts are awesome.
The vibe wasnt great
I cant say enough great things about this Boot Camp! Amazing workout, amazing trainer, great atmosphere and lots of fun. Ive been going everyday since the first day it opened and I now look forward to working out.
I have been going to burn boot camp Paramus since day. I am on a mission to do whatever I need to do to feel good and look good and I feel like so far BBC is really helping me accomplish that. In just one week I lost 4 pounds and recently they have us on the whole 30 diet that I think will really help me lose the remaining 15 pounds.. I did my focus meeting and I was able to set my goals, talk about my problem areas and the trainer made me feel real comfortable... I love that everyday we do something new and you feel how hard you are working! Going to BBC is like an escape from reality it’s my own sanctuary where all I worry about is getting Through the reps. So if you haven’t tried please do so...
I have to say i didnt know what i was expecting of this program, in fact it is the first time i heard of it, I know, where have i been right??? Needless to say it has superseded my expectations. I came across this program by referral from one of my cousins and she motivated me to join and try it for free for the first 30 days. I am now Hooked and believe will be going passed the 30 days and signing up for a membership. What has sold me to this program? The fact that you dont have to be an athlete to follow it, that the center has FREE childcare, the girl power, comfort ability and fun environment and most of all the highly motivated trainer Kelichi! This program has kept me super excited, Never follows the same routine, i look forward to actually exercise. Fully recommend it!
Couldn’t be happier with burn! A quick 45 minute class that impowers you to be better and stronger. Super clean facility, free childcare (during some of the classes), and everyone that works there from is super friendly. Kelechi is an awesome trainer, he really motivates you to push harder every time you are there which makes you feel really good! The ladies that work in the childcare room are also super friendly. I recommend BurnBootCamp to everyone i know!

I started attending Burn Boot Camp from Grand Opening day 5 weeks ago & I have been going ever since, 4 times a week and I have not been able to stop talking about it to everyone from my family, to friends, to co-workers. I love it ooooohh so much!!! It is, hands down, my favorite exercise class I have ever taken! Actually, it feels more like you are getting a personal training group session than a class.Range of reasons why you should consider joining Burn Boot Camp:- You have early morning and evening classes and the workouts will be the same for that whole day so no excuses that you can’t go at a certain time!- You have free childcare moms! Yup, so again you have no excuses! Wait did I mention free childcare?- Burn Boot Camps are opening up each day so you are able to go workout at any Burn Boot Camp at no extra charge- Workouts are never the same and the trainer will offer an alternative exercise if you are unable to perform the one shownI may have known about Burn Boot Camp prior to everyone else at my camp because I had also heard about them through my sister in law who wouldn’t stop talking about it either because it had motivated her into working out again. She and I don’t live close to each other but that doesn’t matter when it comes to working out at Burn Boot Camp because recently I was able to attend her Burn Boot Camp when I visited her in Pittsburgh and she was able to attend my camp this week as she is visiting us. Every boot camp follows the same protocol for workouts, in which is posted on their Facebook or Instagram page every Sunday. So you kinda sorta know what body group you will be working out each day except for those athletic or metabolic conditioning days because you are sweating buckets! Literally buckets! (ugh it’s a love hate relationship with your trainer on those days)- A workout lasts 45 minutes Hello! Did I mention it is ONLY 45 mins and includes a warm up, the workout, and a finisher- Last but not least, you have these Focus Meetings with your trainer where you get your weight & measurements taken, and you talk about your nutrition, basically like a personal trainer but it all comes with your membership!- Oh! And if you’re lucky you will get a trainer like Kelechi who will be shimmying to music while saying “Let’s go ladies! Work, work, work!”Sincerely,Joanna M.

Burn Bootcamp Rocks! I’m normally a runner but felt like my workouts were getting a little stale and not giving me the results I was looking for. I gave Burn Bootcamp a try and was immediately hooked. The group atmosphere makes the workout fun and definitely encourages me to give it my all. Each day offers a completely new set of exercises so it never becomes boring and the head trainer, Kelechi, is so dedicated to helping each lady reach their goals. I’m losing weight & feeling great. Thank you Burn Bootcamp Paramus!
