Mr Randy is the most honest person in this type business I was charged for a part I didnt get. He called me and said we over charged you. I will be back there for my car needs.

While most local repair shops would send me to a dealership an hour and a half away, Randys Tires & Automotive services my car quite competently, along with all of all our business fleet vehicles. Randy has proven to my husband and me that he stands behind his word and his work, and is fair in his pricing. Theres a reason theyre always busy--the reward for work well done is, of course, more work.

This is now my go to tire shop. I had a good experience with these guys. They are very on top of things and most important they are honest mechanics. I highly recommend Randys Tire Shop to anyone!

I have used Randy’s for several years now and he has always treated me fairly. Very honest, down home mechanic with lots of knowledge regarding auto repair. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

They were contracted by a body shop to repair our 2021 Toyota corolla after we were hit in traffic. After a week or so we were called saying it was ready for pick up. When we got there they told us the car drives brand new that all the problems have been fixed as soon as we pulled out of the driveway and onto the highway it handled just like we had just been hit nothing had been fixed so we took it back to Randy‘s tires and he proceeds to tell us that he was only contracted to do certain things first off the damage to the vehicle was unknown so we don’t understand how he could be contracted to do certain things went at first I didn’t even know what was wrong with it then he got mad and I’ll atMy wife and during this whole time he kept calling our car a 2014 for some reason and while they had it the first time while working on something in the steering column I’m guessing they broke a spring so we took our vehicle back to Toyota and they will be handling it from here on out they may be good at changing no and change and tires but I would seriously not recommend them doing any extensive work on a vehicle

Why is it that only Randy ever has my tires and doesnt want me to go down the road to sell plasma to get them?Good guy, that Randy.

I have had them replace a tire, fix a hood latch, replace some brakes, replace a cam sensor and a water temperature sensor and they were fair, fast, knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a leaky tire. They were able to round me up a new one, quick, fast, and in a hurry. Thanks Randy

Tried replaceing my cv joints and thought it would be easy. 9 days later, I broke 3 different driver side seals trying to get the axel into the transmission of the reaons making the transmission leak a little. I took it to randy and he did what I could not in less than one day I hate to say. Thanks again Randy!

Was on vacation my tire was making a loud roaring noise, had been to other shops they told me just my tires they didn’t actually take time to look. My husband took it to Randy’s they took their time and drove it around and figured out what it was and had my car fixed within the day! These people are very professional and affordable I highly recommend.

Their service could be a little more professional they should tell you the price of your repairs before they fix it so the customers will have notice of how much money they will pay ahead of time!

Randy and his Staff are the best. Ive never had an auto problem they couldnt fix in 25 plus years. Randy is my mechanic for life. Always friendly, fair priced and knows what their are doing.

Went in for a timing belt replacement and got it back the next day. They changed the water pump idler bearings belt tensioner for a great price. They are fast and affordable

Everyone there seemed so friendly. Had to have a quick repair on a tire from a nail. Got in around 8am and left maybe 25-30 mins later. Fit me right in and got me out in no time. They also worked on our other vehicle too about a week ago. Did a great job. Definitely will be coming back for any of our other needs on our vehicles. Friendly, quick, efficient and cant beat the prices. 😁

We are from WI on a roadtrip down the coast when our tire started leaking. So stopped in to see if they could repair our tire today. No problem Randy said. It was fixed in 15 minutes and only $20. While sitting there I over heard the customer speaking very highly of Randy and his business. We left with a smile and a safe car an hour later I realized I forgot my phone there. After a quick drive back, I found that they had secured it safely,waiting for my return. So 5 stars for quick work and 5 stars for honesty and integrity. You cant go wrong with tires r us.

Bought two tires to have front two replaced. I was charged for a different size than what was actually installed and also the tires that were put on were different sizes than the back ones. On top of that I didn’t make it out the parking lot and noticed the tires were knocking because they weren’t fully tightened down which could have seriously caused problems to my hub if I wasn’t literate and kept driving off. Never again

I take my car there for all my repairs. I trust Randy to be honest with me.

I hate writing poor reviews... But just like positive reviews other must be able to see the other side of who their dealing with.... I brought my car to be looked over cuz I had just bought it. I just wanted a second opinion from a “professional”. They suggest two tire changes, and changed my Blower Resister for the AC - fine. But before I left the shop I specially asked them to run the computers on the car so that it can tell them what’s really going on. Now after picking up the car, I drove off... Hit 40MPH the engine light came on... so I stopped for gas and brought it right back. When I enquirer, if they had done a full diagnostic on the car Randy said no! I was shocked. Because they had the car overnight and no one did the rudimentary checks for a look over of a just bought car. Make things worst, he changed one single coil and changed the spark plugs. But the next thing I knew, my car is showing multiple miss fires on the code reader, So, I did some research and diagnose the car my self went to Autozone for parts and tools... and in 20 minutes I replaced my coils and spark plugs - now my engines idles smoothly and my fuel economy got better. And my car stopped dropping power when I accelerate.Randy touched my car and it cost me - $711 - issues remained.Autozone suggested some corrective measures and it cost me $146 - car fixed!Felt like I was ripped off when I look at chasm between the two receipts for the same issues. Damn!

I had a nail in my tire that no one else would fix, they said the would. They had my tire patched up in 30 min and for $20. They were wonderful, polite, and professional. Would highly recommended, and would do repeat business!

Had been to my regular tech [Firestone] but they were busy and couldnt get to me. While riding by Randy s I noticed that they were not busy and he was outside the establishment watching traffic. So turned around and enquired about oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment. He looked at my truck and said yes he coulddo the job. I brought with me due to my favorite oil usually not available or to expensive with most. My own oil, filter and $54 worth of an oil additive. Supposed to revive stuck injectors. Called Hot Shots anti stiction. While he had my truckon the rack. They all start taking regular breaks in the back after a suspicious customer who drove right into a bay without even being directed. Then removes something from trunk. Then everybody there is acting like some one who just drank a pot of coffee and revived with a heart defibrillator would act. Then tells new that hes not capable of doing my alignment now. And rushes me out. Then from his shop. To the beach wall Mart. A funny smell. One that smells exactly like the oil additive. But a little burnt. Coming from my exhaust. So in their dazed and confused state of mind. I have now paid somebody to put $54 Of additive into my fuel tank. That shouldve gone into the oil. So for???? Now will have to smell this awful aroma from my truck. And my oil level is low. Never again

I have always gone to Randy because I thought that I could trust him to be fair and honest. Yesterday I brought my Jeep in because the back widow would not stay up. After keeping my vehicle for 5 hours, Randy Charged me $105.30, The repair I paid for was Randy taking card board I had in my backseat, folding it and making a wedge to keep the window up! BTW the window fell 20min later! More then a RIP OFF! He completly took advantage of a single eldery woman JUST to make a buck! And he damaged my door panel, not putting it on correctly so its just flopping in the wind. NEVER GO HERE!!! ITS A SHAME GOOGLE MAKES YOU GIVE ATLEAST ONE STAR!! HE DESERVES NONE.

Ive been going to this business for about 15 years. I trust the work Randy does above anyone else in Panama City. Highly knowledgeable and responsible. Qualities hard to find nowadays.
