Easy to get in and out, Id come back again.Edit to add: they also checked tire pressure, washed my windshield, and checked my lights, which I wasnt expecting and was nice. Oil Changers on San Antonio and Leghorn in Palo Alto, is very fast and efficient service. All vehicle fluids are checked. All lights and signals checked along with tire pressure. Wiper blades checked too. Opens at 8. You dont need to leave your vehicle.

Their service is wonderful, especially store manager D was very professional and kind. Advised me to change engine room filter (sorry there were no stocks) and checked and inflated tire pressure to a best level, showed me a stick after he changed oil. Initially came in for an oil change, but also ended up getting my transmission oil and cabin filter changed.They were quick and efficient as well!Jay helped typed in all my information and getting me set up.Pablo did the work on my car, and did a good job checking all the things and explaining things to me with visuals (like how my transmission oil shouldnt look black, but more of a strawberry color).

I went to oil changers on a Monday night at 6:20 pm and was able to be seen immediately. They were great, changed my oil right away and put air in my tires. It was reasonably priced, efficient and they two men who worked on my car also made sure that my lights worked well. I used to go to Jiffy Lube but would definitely come back to oil changers in Palo Alto in the future.

Im amazed and embarrassed I havent taken the time to write a review sooner, I have been coming to this location for the past few years and have been extremely happy. The staff had always been really nice and easy to work with.Biggest thing I like about this location is that they dont try to up sell you on things you dont need like some other chains will try to do.Other major perk is that you stay in your car the whole time (a major plus in the world of covid-19 but theyve always operated that way all the years Ive been coming here) so theres a lot more peace of mind, not sitting in a lobby and hoping they are treating your baby right.My most recent visit, which was way overdue, I was guided in by Pablo and Jerome helped get me going on the paperwork and updating my commuter cars file. Managers Dekaleon and Santiago were helping to keep things moving as well as brining in a second customer into the next bay. Santiago immediately recognized me and asked how Ive been, small things like that mean a lot as a customer because you can imagine how many 100s if not 1000s of people the staff will see between your oil changes, especially if youre running full synthetic and pushing the reasonable limits of that interval, not that Id know anything about that.. Anyways, I digress.Bottom line, this is my spot for oil changes, full stop. Being able to stay in my car so I know whats going on, friendly staff to help me, fair prices, and fast service are what Ive consistently found here and I couldnt ask for anything more. Thankfully they are close to my work but Id still make the drive from the East San Jose foothills to come here, finding a shop you can trust is worth going the extra mile(s)!

Fast and efficient, Covid compliant best that I could see

Brought my own oil and filter and still was charged $50 which is $10 more than 9min oil nearby. However, what really disappointed me was technician pulling my air filter out and telling me it was in a really bad shape and needed to be replaced. I replaced the filter only 4K miles ago. Felt like an attempt to upswell.Everything else was done quickly and well.

I am someone that does my oil myself all the time. I recently moved and dont have the space to work on my cars. My oil drain bolt was stripped and I needed their services to get my oil changed properly.I came in expecting to get out of my car and have to wait in line but neither of those things happenedI simply drove right in and they got to work. Asked me a few questions about my car and gave some helpful tips as well.I was done within 20 minutesNot only was my oil changed but my windows are washed, my lights got checked, and they topped off my coolant.I was also informed as per their policy I am welcome to return if my oil gets low and they will top me off.Big thank you to Santiago, Jerome, Ray, and D.They are a great team who worked on my car together.

Fast and friendly service

I was there about two weeks ago, changing my oil. I had a mechanic named “D” and he was very great at what he did. He informed me about the oil change, warned me about the high mileage and what is needed for the high mileage, he checked the headlights, rear lights, refilled my washer fluids, checked my windshield wipers, and many more. He even thanked me for my service in the military, crazy thing was I never mentioned that to him. Attention to details is what they do out of due diligence to get your car in shape. Thank you and God bless. It was a safe drive for me to get from CA to Idaho because if oil changers.

Just a perfect oil change experience. You don’t have to leave your car. The gentlemen working here filled the air in my tires and wiped the windows clean just as a part of their customer service. They told me other things I could take care of, but gave me an accurate assessment of the level of urgency and told me to take care of it the next time I am here. I happened by this spot randomly, but this is definitely going to be my go-to spot from now on.

Maybe I came in on a bad day. I dont know; I was the only customer at the time, but all of the employees were very curt and not very professional. Spent a lot of time talking to themselves and laughing (and cussing), but when it came to talking to me they were all frowns and rudely barking orders/questions at me like I was being a nuisance. I wasnt instigating anything, I didnt complain about anything. they just didnt like me I guess.I can let bad service go if the product Im paying for is worth the price, but for a $80 oil change, its not worth being treated like Im bothering them with my presence.

One of the few car maintenance related establishments that remain grounded pricing/ business wise in an area that justifies delusional inflated pricing. Glad I have this place as an option to keep my car running. I have been ripped off by jiffy lube and mechanics on the regular. It is nice to roll up in a 2000 camry in the year 2021 without having to remind car work related employees that I am not owning this car by choice but out of economic necessity.

Has been changing oil there for years. Best service, fast, friendly, reasonable. When they recommend some extra service, they are not pushy at all, always just a suggestion. Very nice. Also they pay attention to the state of the other thing, for example tires. Highly recommend!

First time at Oil Changers on San Antonio Rd. in Palo Alto. Jerome and Ray did a fantastic job with my oil change. They also check my fluids, tires, break lights, and headlights. They were very friendly and professional and I felt I was in good hands. I didn’t even have to get out the car. I was done in 10 mins.

I came on my lunch break from work and they literally took about 7 minutes or less to get my oil changed, top off fluids, etc. all for a great deal. I’ll definitely be coming back !

Very quick. They even checked my lights and put air in my tires. Didnt need to leave the car. About $80 for synthetic hybrid oil and addictive. Only thing is I needed to manually restart my maintenance required light.

Wow! An oil change as quick as a car wash!!Amazing service. The guy asked me to stay in the car and the team changed oil while explaining to me each step of their work. Each time I visit for an oil change, the service has been fast and the technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the quick check of other parts of the car such as the front and rear headlights.

Very well setup during Covid - there are two lines at one time, drive thru. We stayed in the car with masks on and one window half down, everyone was wearing masks. The team changed the oil, checked the air in the tires, cleaned the windscreen. All in all took about 15 mins with no line when we got there. The car is feeling a lot better now
