I’ll bring my company truck to Jiffy Lube all the time has 125k on lol it it and the only one I’d the oil change was don’t somewhere other then jiffy lube so needless to see my truck is in the system. The manager helped me out to check it. He could not find the truck with the plate or vin he told me the truck had never been to any jiffy lube. Frustrated with the poor communication skills the from the manager i was working with. I left and went to another on in San Jose guess what they found my vehicle in the system no problem!!!! Wow!!

This was my first time back to Jiffy Lube since the COVID19 pandemic started and I must say I was impressed. The big change being that you stay in your vehicle now when you get your car serviced. No worries though, if you need to use the restroom, they will let you. Service was quick and as always affordable. I would gladly recommend this location to any of my friends and family in the area. Great work!

Had a very quick and very professional visit to the Jiffy Lube on Middlefield and San Antonio. Conveniently located and top notch staff.

Quick job done which I appreciate. What bothers me is when someone shows me the air filter and says it is dirty just because there are two dried leaves on it. I know how a dirty filter looks grey but if the paper is white, it is not dirty. Besides, I replace it myself buying filters from Amazon that is half what JiffyLube will charge me. I just hope Jiffy Lube train their techs to tell customers how things really are and not get them to pay for more than they should.

This was a quick stop for me and they were fully staffed (at least six people) and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Full tire rotation, oil change, 16 pt check. They could talk through the work being done a bit more, but I definitely recommend this particular Jiffy Lube.

The people here are the BEST! My engine cover under my front bumper came undone on the freeway, so I pulled off and called Jiffy Lube. They waited for me to arrive (after closing) to help snap it back into place. So helpful and kind. What could have been super stressful was fixed in 5 mins. Thank you!!! :-)

They were honest and professional and advised me not to get my car serviced there because it was a 1967 Pontiac Bonneville. Now, Ive taken this car to other jiffy lubes and they serviced it but this guy advised me not too & thats what I appreciate, Honesty.

No wait to get in. Not a long wait to have my car seen to. My only complaint is that I had a coupon for $29.99 but, checking my receipt later, only got $15.00 taken off. Havent been able to get back to see if theyll honor the coupon, but I hope they do.Normally, when I go, all goes well. This is the first time Ive ever done a review, which just happens to coincide with a trip that didnt quite end as my visits usually do.

After oil change, oil cap is damaged and everything in oil, unprofessional job.If you cant open cap careful dont do your job. Leave it for professional.

Got my car back in shape. They let me know what was necessary and what I could go without for awhile. Gave me an estimate and it ended up being more but they let me know before proceeding further. Also let me know of discounts that I could use. Best location Ive been to so far.

This is the 3rd time I come to this location. Guys were very friendly, service was fast and well done. I usually use mail coupons to get a discount but this time I didnt have one. I was able to use one I found online while waiting.

***Dishonest Employee***I shouldnt even be giving it 1 star after what I encountered today... I have been going to jiffy lube for over 4 years and have been getting all of my vehicles maintenanced at the jiffy lube off of Almaden, however, I work down the street from this particular jiffy lube and really needed an oil change. I keep some money in my glove compartment in case of emergencies and for some reason after my oil change was complete, something told me to check for the money.... low and behold the money was gone! I don’t know much about cars and I didn’t even know you needed access to the glove compartment to check the cabin filter until the employee told me he went in there and “didn’t see any money as he was checking the filter.” This is very upsetting to know such a great company is being tarnished by some unethical worker. I hope the employee needed the money more than I did because what goes around will definitely come around.

Almost immediately after I get out of the car I had an overwhelming sense of regret for coming to Jiffy Lube. The mechanic was condescending and saying a bunch of things which sounded plausible, but which I knew to be untrue. When I said as much, he got defensive and said, What do you know about cars? Well, quite a bit to be honest.I would never come here again, nor do I think any customers should be subjected to such BS.

Friendly but just able to do basic stuff. Came for a transmission service on my Mustang GT. They tried to find the transmission dipstick - there is none. They said it would not be possible. Usually you do it with an evac pump but they say itd not be possible this way. Had to go to another shop to get it done (its just a 5-10 minute job)

WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!1. Quality of the material is substandard.2. Service is bad. There are lots of footprint in how they charge.3. They flat out *LIE*! They said theyll take my oil change coupon when I sign in. Then when I pay, they reject my coupon and say theyll only respect *certain* coupon.I should have known this place is fishy, as they didnt have any customers waiting in line. Too bad I cannot give a negative rating.

I went there this week to change oil they said come back tomorrow because need to order filter. I went there next day they said come back in one hour because there was a line. I went there one hour later they said come back tomorrow because the filter was not here because of a car accident. I called today they said weve never served this kind of car and will never order the filter for you LOL

I didnt expect much from a chain, but these guys were exceedingly professional and polite (if a little slow) when I came in for a headlight bulb replacement and headlight restoration. Overall, very good experience.

They work so fast doesnt feel right

I had to tell them 3 times to vacuum my car. They kept saying that they did even though I was watching and the same dirt was still on the floor. Their final excuse was Well, we cant get everything even though they never even grabbed their vacuum tube.I have been here a few times now. They gave me trouble EVERY TIME! No more. I will never go back.
