We bought the service package for my wifes Q5 when we bought the car. It supposedly comes with a loner when the car is dropped for service. Shes been told to reschedule multiple times because they didnt have a loner available. Today, she has to settle for the shuttle, like she was dropping off her old Toyota.

At Audi of Palo Alto, youre not just a number. Real old time service with real old time quality done right the first time. IMHO, the best Audi dealership in the SF Bay area.
