My first time at this barbershop and arrived at open. It got fairly busy right after so I suggest walking in early or scheduling an appointment.Barber was skilled, humble, and extremely nice. He quickly understood my needs and styled accordingly. Quite happy with the results and look forward to being a return customer.Picking a barber can be quite stressful. Based on my previous experiences I can definitely recommend this establishment or at the very least that you give them a chance.Side Note: (only relevant now due to Covid-19)They were not strictly following masking and other safety measures.That said, I have been to several barbershops in the Plano area and not many are following safety measures anymore. **Am not taking a stance on this topic, just stating the facts.

I have been going to royal cuts for a about 2 months now and I have gotten my hair done by zaid and every time he does a great job! I like that he takes his time to do a great fade unlike other barbers that do it quick to get you out of the shop. Definitely recommend him if you’re in dfw area!

Best cuts! I drive from prosper just to get cut here. I have got my hair cut by three different barbers and every time it’s been a great cut worth driving to. It’s clean, modern, and the staff are always friendly. Every two weeks I take my 6 year old and 3 year old and they do an amazing job with them! Highly Recommended!!

I came here for a quick cut and coloring before I went back to school since my regular hairdresser was out of town. Right off the bat, I walked in and the atmosphere really couldn’t have been more unwelcoming. There were absolutely no masks worn in the establishment at any point. Do not come here during the pandemic. I’m fortunate to say I received a decent cut and coloring from one of the workers, Erika, who did my hair. She was really kind and friendly and did have her mask on majority of the time she worked on me and for that, I’ll give it two stars. But other than that, I will not be returning. It was very off-putting and disheartening to see an establishment be so careless and almost unwelcoming to it’s customers.

Straight fire! Love their cuts!! If youSchedule ahead of time they will take you immediately and you can get done in 10-15 mins. At first I was anxious on the speed of the cut, but they do their cute with precision and can do fades that take 45 mins in only 10-15 minutes! I was very surprised by how fast they finish. Please dont go to this place during Pandemic. Their employees dont wear a mask and the place is really unhygienic. They dont even take responsibility of their actions. When I called them to report the issue they were simply rude to me. Please dont spend your hard earned money at this place.

Assalamu alaikum. Went by this location hoping that a Muslim-owned establishment would have the scruples to protect customers health. Only one member of staff was wearing a mask. Customers were not wearing masks. Can you be sure that you wont be spreading COVID to your customers, their families, and friends? I informed the staff that I would not be doing business with them because of this.None of you believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself. Because the science is virtually indisputable (as are the ahkam of the scholars on this issue), I am required to wear a mask for nearly ten hours when nursing at the hospital (even though I am fully vaccinated), so I know its difficult but certainly possible. What a disappointment. That said, I am hopeful the brothers and sister working there will have a change of heart.

I have now seen 2 different barbers 2 different times and the outcome has been AWESOME! Do not hesitate to go here if you are looking for a place you can trust. They are VERY professional and well mannered. The area is super clean, they wear masks, and they listened to my every word and my haircut/beard line-up came out exactly how I wanted.

Place is ok, I mean its new so I would expect to be clean of course, but the guy that cut my hair did mess it up big time. Overall haircut wasnt bad it looks sharp but, but, but when I told him I wanted the square on my forehead I was expecting a straight line, and that looks like a mountain implant on my right side!!!!!!! Next two weeks are going to be horrible till my hair grows back. I wont recommend or come back here. I for sure wasnt expecting this.

This place surprised me. My father needed a hair cut and I was looking around for a standard barber. This place shot right past that. They are super nice even though we were walk ins. (suggestion call ahead) It is a clean space with comfy waiting area. The staff are polite and professional. Heck my pops has old man ear hair and they freaking waxed it for him.

I had to take the time today to write this great review about this place. Great friendly staff. They always have complimentary drinks. My barber Mohammad does a great job in cutting my hair. I cant say enough about this place. I moved to Texas 3 years ago, and one of the hardest things about moving is finding a good haircut. Ive tried multiple places and was basically at the point where I was just settling for flawed cuts. But I thankfully was referred to Royal Cuts and Samir. His attention to detail, precision, speed all are top notch. Ive been going for the past 6 months and will only be going here in the future. $20 for a guys haircut and its worth double that. And the best part, they are open late so you can come after work if you need to. Id give a 6th star if I could.

I went to Royal Cut Plano with my sons to get haircuts today. This is the second time I went there, expecting friendly and professional services. On the contrary, it was a very depressing scene. Not one of the barbers had a smile on their face. It seemed like they hated being there or it could be that I walked in there with three kids. If that’s the case, the owner should really look at his business model. My kids were not loud or crazy, they were very quite, polite, and did what they were told to do. I would understand if they were being disrespectful or acting a fool. It’s not a friendly environment. I highly discourage you from being a patron at this barbershop. This was my last time visiting this location!!!! I’m done.

If you want to have your hair cut really short, in an uneven, hipster style, then this is the place for you. Inspite of me telling him how I wanted my haircut, Mohammad cut it the in the only way he knows how. Basically these barbers belong to a generation that does not know how to cut hair with scissors and can only use the electric razor to cut hair. So its not that Mohammad did not listen to my request but he simply did not know how to do it or did not care enough to even try.If you have long hair (long compared to the younger generation) and are looking for a good barber, please look elsewhere. Otherwise you will end up walking around wearing a hat until your hair grows back. All those 5-star ratings are probably not fake. They probably are from kids who are very happy with the one trick this pony can perform. I dont want to mess their ratings up but have to warn people with longer (normal) hair.

All of them were either inconsistent or too expensive. Then I met my guy Zaid and I show him what I want and he does it. His attention to detail is unmatched. I been coming here for months now and didn’t mind the 30 min drive. However my last visit will be last visit to this location as they mess my hair badly. And after I pointed that is was not the way I alreadys get it, it was pointed out that was the “style”. I don’t know what was up with the guy yesterday but he was out of it. If their employees don’t want to work or are upset at other things they should take off on the customers. Very disappointed
