Great place!!! If you are looking for an honest and reliable place for your car, then look no further! I had to stop there yesterday with an emergency oil leak (from a bad oil change earlier that morning), and they were amazing. They fixed my issue and and hardly charged me anything. I will definitely take my care back there for service even though it is not close to my house.

Just tired of people not doing there job and blaming something else for the reason just making excuses for not doing it right the first timeWasting several of my daysHeres an ideal dont schedule work if you cant do the job.

I Ave been using this location for years and have always recommended them. They have never done me wrong and they have always held themselves to their quotes if they misquoted the estimate!! They are always professional and do the work in a timely manner.

I checked out a few tire places and this Tires Plus checked all the boxes. I received 2 estimates for 2 different tires. The staff was friendly and I was told they could change out all 4 tires with an alignment in an hour and thats what they did.

Just poor customer service (Ken and Jason) with new management since last manager was there. Snotty attitude. I just recommend going to another Tires Plus close by or another place all together. Also noticed my recorded mileage versus what they wrote on my sticker is wrong by thousands. Weird mistake. If forced to go here ask for Austin. Ken and Jason, you should know who I am. I used to bring all my vehicles between my company and personal (20+) there. Currently at the East Lake Rd location where they told me Id be in and out in an hour and Im leaving at 4pm after getting here at 12.UPDATE FOUR DAYS LATER: alignment still off, tires are more out of balance than when brought in, everything from my glove box left on my floor board. Just found out old, good management from before is now at Advantage Tire on Alt 19 Palm Harbor. I go to Dale.4-16-19 UPDATE: My niece went to that location to get a low tire pressure light looked in to...she was told by Ken after she asked why the cost for a tire was so much higher than previous Because your uncle gave me a bad review and hates my guts....this is who you want to look at your vehicle??

They are huge LIARS! I was getting my oil changed and tires rotated before driving back to school. They told me my brakes were at 90 percent... I got back to school and had my boyfriend look at them they are at 50 not 90 percent wear. They also wanted 500 dollars to do them! I could have got them professionally done for around a hundred! This isnt my first time catching them in a lie. The one by my university charges a quarter of the price.. DONT GO HERE.

Highly recommend.-----I switched from TK to TP about 2 years ago, and have had nothing but great experiences here, servicing three family cars. I find them to be reliable, honest, and easy to work with.

Just went in to get tires changed: friendly and knowledgeable service, extremely clean & sanitized, proper social distancing practiced.

Fast and efficient service. I went in with what looked like a popped tire, but it was actually a bad valve stem. As a result, they gave me a discount on the repair, which was appreciated. They also serve free coffee at the lobby, and have a large seating area. Definitely returning here the next time that I have any tire issues.

Ken takes care of everyone calmly and completely. Work is always done quickly and correctly. I like not having to be up-sold aggressively. They fix whats broken and they make recommendations for preventative work. All while be friendly and professional. Im very comfortable having my car serviced here.

I just replaced the valve stem at their shop. They were nice and provided me a great service and they were quick it took them 30 mins. I recommend them.

You cant go wrong with general manager Ken and his excellent staff John and tech Earl. Along with their knowledge, they all provide attentive service and quality work. I saw them using shop safety procedures along with OSHA safety requirements!

These guys are the best! They will definitely be my go-to mechanics from now on. This was my second visit to their shop & I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Just about every warning light lit up on my dash. And of course, I’m sent into a panic; thinking, this is going to cost a lot!! These guys could have taken advantage of this opportunity to tell me anything & charge me a ton, but they didn’t! They were honest & thorough! Very upstanding customer service!!

High pressure hell. Since when has buying tires become second in high pressure sales tactics only to buying the car to begin with??!! Hammering me to buy the extras when I dropped off and again when I picked up - not once, but twice. Price well over internet quote - had to sort it out line by line. Insisted I sign the waiver therefore to pick up. I know what I want - right down to make, model and size. Anyone know a place that sells tires without so much hype and pressure? The work is acceptable, but they kept three of my metal valve caps??? Not going back so lifetime balance, etc not of any use to me, unless they get a better manager as last one was much better.Update 5/4/2015 The manager of this store, Dale, called me today to speak to me regarding my review and never once asked me to change my review. He apologized profusely and offered to replace my valve stems so they matched and cover the cost of the replacement caps. He assured me he had taken my comments to heart and would work to change the sales tactics in the future. It doesnt change my experience, but it is good business to face an issue as he did and does go at least some way toward mending the issue for me. I will consider doing business with them again, where before the call, that would have been unlikely at best.

HORRIBLE!! Had a replacement tire put on my truck and halfway back to pa. 5 of the 8 lugnut stud broke !!! They apparently never torqued the lugnuts properly!! So $400 later it was no use to try and do something when youre a 1,000 miles away.

The first time me and my fiance came in here we got off on a rough note. But weve been back twice after that and I will honestly say this is by far one of the best places weve gone, hence the return visits. The store manager is always helping us out with knowledge and whats the best route to go. Its usually pretty busy and they always get the job done expetoonally fast considering. This is one of the places where they know you on a first name basis and I love that about a business. I know we got off on the wrong foot but yall are awesome at your job, highly recommend.👍🏽

I had a tire blow out this morning while enjoying my coffee at Einsteins in Palm Harbor. I could see the Tires Plus sign from where I parked. I removed the tire, carried it across Hwy 19 (8AM) lived.... spoke to Dale, who had me out of there in 20 minutes, at a reasonable price for 1 tire, and a ride back to my auto. His technician was awesome! Everyone was polite, and did not try to sell me something I didnt need, recognizing Id probably be back for 3 more tires. Thanks Tires Plus!

I made an appointment online LATE Friday night. Saturday morning I received my confirmation that I was set to go. I called and spoke to Austin before I came in about the service, payment, and the possibility I would be waiting. He answered all my questions and assured me I would be out of their in 90 minutes or less. They hit the mark to the minute! The customer service was great and you can tell Austin takes pride in what he does. I will be back for sure! Great job over there!

Always do good work that is equal to value or better

Yesterday I blew a tire. I walked a mile to the tire plus and was immediately taken care of. The manager, Andrew, drove me to my car and changed my tire for me. He then continued to take my car back to the shop and thoroughly looked at my car and showed me everything that was wrong with it. The guys there are very funny and caring towards their cuatomers. I will definitely go back to them

The place was clean, the salesman who I got the tire from had to get it from another place and it got to his store in time for my appointment. They put the new tire on really quick.

Pleasantly surprised about the service and the prices. No upsell, good, respectful service. It did take longer than I expected but it was done right with a good attitude.

We came in with our Mercedes SUV thinking we will have to replace our brakes. When we came pick up our car Brian said there is nothing wrong with the brakes, it is the sensor that doesn’t have to be repaired, but just to keep eye on it. Wow!! The new manager has the worst attitude, with even worse customer service, thanks for speaking to me like I’m an idiot, really made me leaving an Going to another location that much better...I’ve been taking my vehicles there for a long time, before at least with the old manger, if they couldn’t fit me in, they were at least cool about it, what’s worse is the staff is amazing, the guy at the desk makes them look bad

Tow truck brought me here with a flat. Without getting into a long story, let me just say, stay away. Totally bad experience with a staff that will leave you feeing like you got screwed without any foreplay.The manager did a totally poor job covering for his staff when called out. Needs to either instruct his staff to to either tone down the outrageous story telling when attempting to BS the customers, or to go and get a job with Disney.

Hopefully the CEO of this Corp is reading this review. The manager here is outstanding. He helped me with my issue with enterprise. I had rented a car which broke down and he was able to talk to enterprise in palm harbor and get me another rental. Because I was unable to get anywhere with enterprise after 2 hours explaining the situation to enterprise. KUDOS

Had the tires rotated at Brand X...Mart. Had driven under 100 miles when I heard a flapping sound coming from the front left. As this is a review for TiresPlus I wont go into detail.The lug nuts were coming loose. Thank God I stopped to check them right by TiresPlus. We stopped in and asked if they could torque them for us. Instantly they had a guy on it and tightened them all in under 5 minutes. I went to pay and he told me no charge. Now I understand you arent going to get everything free there but this simple act gained a new customer for the store. Unfortunately I didnt get names but we were treated great. Thanks again.

I wish there was an option to give this place zero stars. I recently took my Cadillac deville in to get my driver side window regulator replaced. When I had gotten the car back, later that day I had noticed two clips fell out from under the door panel, I went in the next day to tires plus and explained what happened and they told me that I can bring the car in and “we’ll see what happened.” Before bringing the car in, I know my door panel was not broken so obviously they had broken the panel right off. I just took the car to Murray’s auto motive on Tampa rd (a much better place than tires plus, I highly recommend them) and they told me that the people at tires plus had completely ripped my door panel right off. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a mistake that YOU guys made, and you didn’t even have the balls to tell me about it when I had asked what happened. I do not recommend tires plus to anyone, you will go in to get something fixed and then later on that day you will find something else that’s broken just so you can take it back in so they can get more money. That is not how a business is ran. If you do quality work and people trust you, they will bring the car back in anyway without you having to break more things on the car.

Been bringing our vehicles here for service for 3 years now. Their work is good, rates are fair and they honor their warranty. Best mechanic shop Ive ever dealt with!

I went in because i had a nail in my tire and just needed a patch. when i first got there they said they could definitely patch it for me.. after an hour of waiting they said they couldn’t. i would have to get a whole new tire BUT since its black friday well give it to you for $363.. i asked them to patch it anyways and they told me they cant patch it unless i get an alignment as well... why i wondered? well i left and took my car to my dealership and they were able to patch my tire but told me i’d be more worth getting a new tire, they only charged me $205. i do not trust this tires plus location. they were trying to take advantage.. not today tires plus!

Very mad!! We are on vacation at my uncles house & brought his truck in for an oil change. Didnt even need one though, & this place is so dishonest they didnt tell us my uncle was here less than a month ago. I feel completely taken advantage of, especially because this is where he received the previous oil change. Also, it took 62mins for an oil change we didnt even need. Complete waste of time & money!

Didnt get the road hazard that he recommended...and that brings me to yesterday when I brought in a tire that I had destroyed...Dale helped again. Gave me a good price to replace it. These people literally risked my life.I went there last week and got 4 new tires, when I left there was a big raffle sound. Came back and tires were loose so they tight them. The total investment was $600 and 4 hours of my time in the 2 times I needed to come back to repair their mistakes.I went home and after a couple of days the same sound and my car shaking, so I decided to take it to GW automotive in Clearwater and all of my tires were loose by 1/4 to 1/2 of an entire turn of the wrench - I don’t know the exact words but what I mean is they were so loose that the calibrated wrench went thru several times! UnbelievableHope you guys learn that you put my life and my kids life in risk.Don’t risk your life in this place.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Dont go here I went in for tires and brakes when I left my abs and traction tin control warning lights were on. When I pointed this out they said wasnt their fault even though thats what they worked on. Called customer service twice both times they said I would receive a call back been four weeks no call back. Only go here if you want a broken car and substandard work. Avoid a void avoid

Dont believe their 59 minutes or you get $59 back. It took them almost an hour and a half to do my tires but they just put on a time under an hour and were too busy to help me when I tried to ask about it. Not honest at all and tried to talk me into so many other things. Heard them doing the same thing with other people and thankfully those people had just had the services done and told them that. They backtracked really quickly. Definitely DONT recommend and I will NOT be returning. Honesty is important in all businesses and not a single person I interacted with at Tires Plus in Palm Harbor had any.

Dropped by to get a nail taken out of my tire. Quoted an hour and a half. Did the job in an hour. Didnt scratch my aftermarket wheels and did a great job on balancing.

The staff was nice. But I got there when the place opened and I waited 2 hours to get two new tires put on my car, when I was told it should be done within the hour.

A bit crooked, I got a flat on my way home from work Thursday night. I had a tire extra from when I bought my set online. Guy Thursday night said it would be $20 total to mount and balance, so I had it towed there but did not make it by closing. Get there Friday morning, different guy, acted like a complete jerk from the get go. Maybe cause he knew I had to go to work and was in bind, charged me $33. Even rounded up my bill 65 cents for a Boys and Girls club donation without asking, which I did not notice until I got home that evening. Up charging a tire when you know it is what is in between a guy going to work is shady enough, scamming for donations though? come on...

They do excellent work everytime I go in. Andrew has amazing customer service and is polite. I wont take my truck anywhere else.

Just got a call from the manager because of my review. I didnt leave a number that I wanted to be called or anything but found my number in their system. He wanted me to change my review because it might hurt his business if someone would see my review. First of all its MY opinion of the store and not anyone elses. Second of all I didnt appreciate him calling me and asking me to change. I believe that is so wrong. So for that I will never walk foot into another Tire Plus to get service, quote, or anything else even if they was the closest or cheapest store around. So now I give this a store a one star because of them calling me and being rude about the review I did on their store. I did give them a two star because of the cost of tires I was quoted. But then changed my review to be updated. I wish not to be called just in case you have the desire to call again which is harassment.

Got a flyer that said if you book an appointment online they will have your oil change done in 30 minutes or the next one is free.Mine went quite a bit longer and I mentioned it at the register Gary told me I have to tell them I want it done in 30 minutes or less otherwise they just take their time. The store was completely slow and not even busy. I even told him I did not want my fluids check when he asked me, but they still did it anyway.He never apologized and did not even offer me the free oil change. Luckily one of his co workers came into the office and heard him arguing with me, and that worker gave me a free oil change coupon for next time. I wont be going back.

Dont ever go there. Horrible staffs. They managed to mess up an oil change. After that they said I needed new tires and they gave me a ridiculous price to get 2 tires changed and I said no. After I said no the manager got mad and started giving me an attitude and told me youre not going to find a place with a cheaper price I went across the street got my tires changed for half the price. Very rude and manager acts like hes a god but in reality he cant do anything right. Prices are way too expensive. Seriously save your time and dont go there. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. HONESTLY WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.

I went in there today and dale was great. He listened to what kind of ride I was looking for and recommended a bridgestone potenza. Called for a quote on air conditioning repair. Was given a quote of 700 then received a bill of 1100. I shouldve just walked away and gotten the work done somewhere else. The bill was negotiated down to an unhappy medium of 900. Work was done in a timely manner and my air conditioning works. However I received my car with scratches all over the headlight where the mechanic was working, Im assuming he didnt cover the headlight like he was supposed to. Terrible customer service, I had to call four times within two weeks before I finally found out that no one ordered the headlight and they have decided they can get the scratches out. I was told to bring my car there mon-fri so they could send it out to be repaired. Well that didnt work with my schedule and I was given no other alternative. Alas, I am driving around with a scratched up headlight because Tires Plus didnt have any respect for the cars they were working on and the managers had no respect for their customers. Hopefully my air conditioning holds up because I refuse to go back there!

Bought 4x new tires from them. When I picked up the car, wheels were not balanced at all!!! I went back and asked them to check. They did do something this time, but the car was still vibrating at around 50-60 mph. Took the car to the dealer, their mechanic said wheels were completely out of balance...Wont be using their services again...
