Make sure to get a written estimate and inspect what you expect for mechanical inclined car owners. Told it would take 1.5 hours but in reality expect 5 hours and the most likely event of an oversight of something you ask to be repaired. I was told it was completed and find they forgot the slow leak tire I requested repaired. Find them honest but not very thorough.

Aaron and the staff took care of my car quickly and in the middle of the day. I had an emergency and they were able to fit me in same day and have it done within 45 mins. Staff member at the front is a Steelers fan but I wont hold that against him. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone in the area! Thank you again!

I had gone into a tire kingdom at 9 a.m. in St. Petersburg and they told me they had to order the tires it would be 2-3 hours before they could get the tires in. At 1:50 p.m. I called because I still hadn’t heard back about bringing my car in and I was told they just got them in and it would be another 2-3 hours before they could install the tires. I called tire kingdom in palm harbor spoke with Charlie told him what had happened. He said he had the tires in stock but looked and found another location in St. Petersburg if I had wanted to go there. I told him I would come to palm harbor. He said they were fully booked and understaff but he would do his best to get me in and out. I was there by 3pm and my car was done in under 2 hours. The tire kingdom in St. Petersburg was goin to charge me over $200 for the job and Charlie got me out the door $75 less and fast. Highly recommend them..

Have been taking our vehicles here for the past 6 years and the service has always been outstanding. One thing that I truly appreciate is the friendliness of the staff. feel they are always upfront and honest. I told them my breaks probably needed replacing, but after they inspected my vehicle, came back to say they were still in great condition. Easily could have up sold me new breaks. And when I had a nail in my tire, they immediately had my vehicle on the rack and had it fixed in no time. Thanks Tire Kingdom, Palm Harbor for being a great neighbor.

Wonderful staff. I am a woman and hate having to do anything with car issues. But unfortunately my husband just passed away and I was on my own. The manager did not try to sell me new tires he fixed my flat quickly and very nice. They also carry a credit card for anyone who might have a large repair bill.

I purchased two tires and had them installed at this location and thats all I wanted. For some reason they decided to look under the hood and told me I needed a new air filter and they would install it for $30. Im not sure why they went under the hood when all I wanted was two tires. Unnecessary maintenance checks while I waited in their lobby during a pandemic. Just install the tires...

I noticed that the prices were raised by 20 bucks since the last time I got my oil changed. Ill be going it myself from now on. Unfortunately I still need to have them rotate my tires to keep the warranty in good standing.

Ordered Nitto 295/35/20 tires to be installed. When I got there I also asked if they could use a breaker bar and not The pneumatic lug wrench To takeoff the Lugnuts because of scarring to the wheels. One of the workers said they would make a note to remove the tires “if” they had a breaker bar in the shop. I had to explain that my front tires are non-directional and did not need to be broken off the rim and rebalanced. Seems like they did not understand that until I actually said it a second time of how non-directional tires works. Manager finally appears and says he does not obtain a balancing machine that can balance my tires… He stated they should’ve never been ordered. The sales associates acted like you were bothering them by taking the extra time do use a breaker bar to remove lugs from an expensive wheel. Use this tire kingdom years ago and they were great, now they stink.

Was trying to purchase tires and the customer service rep was not accommodating at all I will be going somewhere else for tires now on.

Honest, dependable and fast

After getting a screw in my tire and changing it to the spare tire, my spare tire goes flat. I got a tow to the palm harbor tire kingdom so they could patch my tire. After talking with Mike at the front counter, he went above an beyond to get me on my way. I asked for a quote on new tires for my Vehichle and he was able to give me a great deal. As busy as they are, he was able to get my vehicle in the shop and new tires on the vehicle in no time. Great service and awesome tech staff. You can’t go wrong with tire kingdom of palm harbor.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFULBUT AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PHOTOSTHE RESTROOM IS DISGUSTING. LOOKSAS IF IT WASNT CLEANED IN ABOUT A YEAR OR SO.

Had a nightmare experience at this location. Brought in my car that was having issues and was told the “top mechanic” fixed it, left two times and immediately had engine issues and had to return the vehicle. My vehicle had less than 70,000 miles. The manager lied and said he couldn’t give me a “loaner” vehicle after 3 days and barely a word on the vehicle (corporate confirmed they could have done so). An employee yelled at and hung up on my partner. A mechanic told me “he just couldn’t figure out what was wrong”, which later turned out to be a cooling g fan issue. I was charged hundreds of dollars for parts that were covered by my insurance and wouldn’t have cost me a penny if the employees actually checked. Less than 6 months later I have to bring my vehicle into a shop again for the check engine light and engine trouble. None of this is opinionated, it is pure unfortunate fact.

My front driver’s side tire has had a slow leak for some time, I figured today would probably be a good day to come in. I went in without an appointment and was helped immediately. Both guys in the shop took my care of me in my car. They were able to patch my tire and get me my car back in a matter of minutes. I really appreciated their service!

The sales person was nice, however, they overcharge on labor in my opinion. Also, their warranties are trash. Although they prorated the tire a month after warranty expired, the labor was very expensive. Also, they did not completely look over my car afterward as there was another nail found in another tire. It wouldve been nice to offer a free diagnostic to just look at the other tires. Im really not pleased with this place, and I probably will stick with my dealership for tires in the future.

Had an appointment for an oil change on a Sunday morning. Took about 1.5 hrs. Coffee, TV and nice clean waiting area. I noticed that they were real busy but kept taking walk-ins anyway. Anyhow, they were real nice. Took the time to explain some other issues like my shocks leaking, causing irregular wear on my rear break pads. They alerted me about a nail in my tire and even patched the tire for $35 bucks right away. Id highly recommend this place for any of your car care needs.Update on 4/18. We dropped the car off for the shocks/brake pads repair. Brett was very helpful making calls to the vendors, quickly confirming that our personally purchased parts were in good order. Turns out Advance Auto parts had sold us pads without hardware. No problem for him, he simply picked up the phone and convinced a driver to bring the hardware kit up to the shop! Wow, above and beyond service. Thanks again Tire Kingdom!

There are not many businesses that have Outstanding representation like Bret Warner! He was extremely helpful through my tire purchase and worked closely with Hancook to get my tires replace under warranty. I ended up purchasing Pirelli Tires, which I am completely happy with! Today was just a rotation, but overall my experiences have been positive with the level of customer service for years.

They were prompt, courteous and efficient. I had a 7 a.m. appointment to plug a tire. Unfortunately, because my tires were 7 years old, I needed 4 news ones. Aaron searched and found a very reasonable price and had them brought over from the Odesso store and I had new tires on my car at my convenience. I will definitely bring my business back to them.

I came to this shop to have my tire patched after Goodyear quickly dismissed me saying my tire didnt have enough tread to patch, without ever measuring it. The tire was patchable and they had me in and out. I also had this shop (different advisor) replace the radiator and associated hoses last year in my older Infiniti, they had it done faster than I expected and Ive not had a problem. Goodyear is closer but from now on I will just go straight to this shop, saves time and aggravation, plus the waiting area is really nice.

Very unprofessional. 3 of my lug covers for my rims fell off after they changed my tires, because they were not properly put back on. I will be contacting corporate

Couldnt find the leak in the tire. However they did identify misalignment in the wheels. The dealership found the leak and confirmed the misalignment, the next day during routine maintenance.

I needed 4 new tires and alignment done. The need for new tires was pretty significant. I purchased an SUV from someone who ran the tires down to pretty much nothing. Although I didnt have an appointment, I stopped in to see whether they had the right size tire and how quickly they could do the job. A sales associate named Stuart Viars helped me. They had the right size and type of tires I wanted in stock. There were other people having work done on their vehicles as well. However, they were able to do everything my car needed quickly. The new tires look great!

Mike is the best & most decent mechanic I know. Brett & Aaron are really terrific people and have taken care of all of our vehicles for nearly 10 yrs. Recently, Ive returned to their shop because of issues at the local shops where we moved to & I plan on continuing to drive the 30 miles to have them care for my vehicles. Ive witnessed people mistreat these fine gentlemen & they keep their cool & do everything they can to make things right even staying after hours so the customer has a working vehicle.

I called corporate to tell them that I was unhappy with their not nice employee. And the employee told me that to change the back light bulb was going to cost 74.00. I said no Thank you. I called another mechanic I go to and he charged me 22.00 as I called 2 other places. No one charged over 30.00. When I told corporate how not nice the employee was he didnt seem to care. They said thats their rate to change a light bulb, I said I know your in business to make money but thats to much for me.

I stopped in with no appointment bc my tire light went on. I had bought 3 tires from the location a month before. The guys were very helpful and fixed the air pressure in all my tires the light went off and I was on my way. I was thankful not to have to go to the dealership for a quick fix those guys are great!

I buy all my tires here. Their Buy 3 get 1 free tire sales are great. Lifetime rotation and balancing. Service is friendly and efficient. Prices for alignments etc. are reasonable.

These guys are fantastic! On Winter Tires Plus to get a tire put on a rim and they tried to make me buy their tire theres do not go to tire plus accros the street!!!! Go to Tire Kingdom the guys are honest and hard working in the get the job done!!!!

Recently discovered a nail in my tire so I drove in without an appointment. They said they could get me in in an hour. After waiting only 5 minutes they took my car. I sat outside on the curb and watched as all of the mechanics worked efficiently in the garage. GREAT personal service from the manager and mechanic and a great price. A very professional business.

Learning new tricks, great for dogs, not for cars. I drove from Orlando to come to the place Ive gotten tires from several times. Car was running fine when I dropped it off, when I picked it up it was shaking, yard. When I came back in to talk about it I was basically called an idiot and told I can come back in a couple days to talk to the manager. Not going to fly, Ill be coming back in the morning to figure out how soon they can undo what they screwed up...

This location is by far the best TK spot in the Tampa Bay area. Same Manager for many years, who always takes the time to answer questions, educate you on issues with your vehicle, & the entire staff goes above and beyond when servicing your vehicle. It also isnt one of those places that tries to cross-sell everything you can imagine & thats a huge plus! Even when theyre busy (which they tend to be a lot because many regulars prefer this location), theyre always mindful of prioritizing those who are waiting in the store vs people scheduled to pick-up later, ensuring your wait time is minimal. Highly recommend them for oil changes, tires and other maintenance...all of which Ive relied on them for throughout the years.

They dont honor their promotions. Buy two get two free? No, your tires are not on sale. We will bit any competitor price? No, we are not going to compete Costco prices. 7-8 years ago this was a nice store. Now I have more luck with their competitors.

Really terrible place. At least if you need to repair a tire. I had flat tire because of small screw in it. They told me that I have to change rear one and it will cost almost 200$. Without any additional options.I just sealed it in another place for 15$.I hope Tire Kingdom provides better service with selling and installing new tires but I will never be their customer after such kind of service.

I dont have high expectations for tire shops as they have a long history of misleading customers. We have been here a few times for different services. The reason for my review is that in my most recent visit they literally told me that the tires were cheaper at Sams and Costcos because they use less rubber. It was all I could do to not laugh out loud. Needless to say I save a few hundred bucks at Costco on my new tires and only used them for the alignment.

Disappointed stoped in a 4:29pm hours say open until 5 I was the only one there I needed a simple oil change but was told it couldnt be done that it would take 45 minutes and I need to make an appointment for the following day.If your open until 5 your open until 5 then you close and clean up and go home otherwise the hours should state open until 4:30And an oil change should not take 45 minutes especially if the car wash next door can do it and did in 20

O.K....Ill admit I was skeptical about going to Tire Kingdom, thinking they would try to fast talk me into lots of extras. Well I phoned 1st for a price of a set of tires for my 94 Corvette & made an appointment. Went in to find a modern, new waiting room with a view of the work area and a hot cup of coffee waiting for me. While there, struck up a conversation with another customer who had been bringing he and his wifes car there for years. That felt reassuring. About an hour and a half later the car was ready. When the Asst. Manager presented my bill, he admitted he made a mistake on the price quote: The tires were actually $20 LESS than he quoted! Would I recommend the Palm Harbor location? Absolutely!

I received a coupon on a Winn Dixie receipt for a $19.99 oil change and rotation. I called and set an appointment and went in on time. The waiting area was quite nice. Very new and very clean with comfy seating, complimentary coffee and free wi fi. I was greeted by Dominick and started the procedure. Apologizing for being slow as he was new Dominick nonetheless had me set up quickly and efficiently. My car was up on the lift in no time and being that a tire rotation was included my tires came off and brakes inspected. Mike was the tech who took care of my car and did a great job. He spoke to Dominick who in turn brought me out to show an area of concern. A rear brake cylinder was starting to leak and needed replacement. I was asked if Id like the work done and after the quote decided to hold off. There was no high pressure or stories of doom which I appreciated. I was out the door in about 40 minutes total. I would recommend them even without a coupon ($24.99) Nice, clean and the job done well with no big upsell pressure. Thanks!

I purchased a 2002 Chevy Avalanche Z71 from the original owner, and have owned the truck for approximately 3 years. Truck has had intermittent rotational noises, road noise, and brake problems that started very shortly after I bought it. In an attempt to resolve these problems, I purchased, and Installed Moog front hubs, Power Stop brake calipers, vented rotors, and pads, wagner hydraulic brake lines, and new tires. This resolved some of the problems, but not all. I recently had a catastrophic failure of the rear differential, and had the truck towed to the Palm Harbor, Florida Tire Kingdom. I was contacted within hours, and informed that the rear differential was the source of the problem. I opted to have the complete rear axle assembly replaced, and to have the Power Stop brake components transferred to the replacement axle, as well as new parking brake components installed. Amazingly enough, the total cost I was quoted was less than what I was prepared to pay after doing some quick pricing research online The job was completed in a very timely manner, and the total cost of the job was as quoted. I have had the truck back for about 3 weeks, and I have to say that I do not ever recall this truck driving as well as it is now. The rotational noise, and road noise are completely gone, feels like the truck has been freed up, and the brake system is performing flawlessly. Brett, Stuart, and Mike, absolutely OUTSTANDING job.....I commend you all on a job well done. From this point on, my vehicles will see no other shop than yours. Was pleased that the tires on sale were in stock, if you have a budget stick to the plan. Only time will tell if they are a quality tire.

Said it was a bad AC system. I needed to replace the entire unit. Now my AC is working. Maybe because I had to drive threw a puddle of water & Mudd. Ask someone else & they said clutch maybe sticking on unit. Works now.
