Best prices in town which is so important right now. On top of that the customer service at Mavis of phenomenal! This is the best shop, my ONLY complaint is that they don’t do EVERYTHING an auto repair shop does… mainly Just tires and oil changes.

What wonderful service!!!!! Chris was fantastic. Didnt know he was the manager because he was overly nice and very hands on with my car. I love when a boss jumps in and works just as harder if not harder than a regular associate. Will definitely be back just to have Chris work on my vehicle.

We brought 2 tires in with slow leaks to Mavis. They called and said they were ready and did NOT charge us and all has been good. I felt with this type of customer service I wanted to give them my business. I scheduled an oil change on line and they took my car right in and I opted to wait and was out in 40 minutes and the price was very competitive. Staff was friendly, accommodating, waiting area was awesome. Great experience. As I waited, I heard them deal with various customers, very welcoming and professional to all. Amazing service. I stopped by after hours because my tires were low and I couldnt figure out to use the air pump. Someone was still inside closing up and came out and assisted me. Even though he didnt have to he took the time to make sure everything was good. I will for sure be bringing my car to Mavis the next time I need something done!

I want to give a big shout out to Chris the manager at the Palm Harbor location. My son was looking at buying a used car and he fit us in for a car Inspection for Free! While waiting there was a customer who asked a lot of questions and honestly couldn’t decide what she wanted to do. She kept asking him to lower the cost of the repairs. Chris worked with her for almost 20 minutes to get her the repairs she needed and his best rate, answered all her questions (multiple times) and remained calm and polite the whole time. Mavis should be proud they have a manager who has great customer service skills!

I highly recommend this company. Service is excellent and they have great prices on tires. I otta know I called every tire place around and they won hands down.

Read lots of great reviews but that was not my experience. I needed to get a tire patched. I was there for 3 hours! They checked out the car without my authorization and found lots of problems. I ended up paying for service that wasnt needed because I was worn down from the long wait. Also, they didnt even repair the tire and put the spare on. Now I have to spend more time getting the tire fixed. I later found a Yelp review from May 2020 with the same complaints.

I needed tires for my 2019 Mustang. After doing some reasearch, I went with the BRIDGESTONE POTENZA RE980 A/S. Mavis has the best price in the area, so I set up an appointment on line. When I arrived, everything was ready to go. They gave me an estimate as to how long it would take, and their estimate was right on the money. No surprises, and the wheels & tires looked great. Ive been driving on these tires for the past 2 weeks, and I have absolutely no complaints regarding their workmanship.

First time got 4 tires and an oil change.Im extremely happy great bunch of guys.Told them Id be late pick up but got there hours early and Howard rushed it out for me and gave me a discount on my oil change. Definitely got my future business😊

Got some work a little while ago and they were amazing! Bryan was a great help. Another shop told me many other were wrong and when they looked at it they found exactly what was wrong and nothing more than what was needed. Would definitely recommend.

Five Stars plus ! Chris, Howard, Brian and technician(s) stayed on task with a difficult brake noise problem until the cure was found. Particular thanks to Howard for identifying the root cause and personally implementing the solution. It would have been easy to have reached for my wallet, but they didnt. They instead fixed the problem and didnt waste money on unneeded parts. It took a few visits and every time I came back they were keen to hear my input and to continue working for a solution. I was glad I was at Mavis in Palm Harbor. Many thanks. We, along with the previous owner of this car, have purchased all tires, air conditioner compressor, brakes (front and rear), oil changes, fan motor replacement and more from this store. By far the best customer service I’ve received at any type of business let alone car maintenance which can usually be a major headache. I came in with a slow leak in my tire of my rental car. The girl at the front desk was the most knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating person I’ve dealt with ever. She even chatted with me the whole time I waited. You Are lucky to have someone like her as the face of your business. The service techs were equally as knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out within a half hour and they even recentered (computer thingy) So the display in my car was accurate to my tires. I will absolutely be back and truly thank them for such a wonderful experience

One of the most honest places in a long time with experience. Love how there’s no in between just plain and simple flat out prices. Literally fixed my washer fluid line that was chewed up by a rodent for free. Was just at Toyota yesterday for service to top of all fluids and never said anything about it. Letting you know pretty honest place. Brakes needed and Toyota was charging 600$ for just brake pads front and back. 99$ brakes can’t beat it at Mavis. Oh don’t forget they fixed my washer fluid line. Save your money and spend it on something special.

Top Notch SHOP!! I came in about 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday and the guys here helped me fix a tire so I could get to work on time. Super affordable and they were happy to help . They got the job done in 15 minutes. Ive been to this shop before and they do a great job. While you wait there is a brewery next door and several restaurants/ sights close by in downtown palm harbor.

I took my vehicle here twice for repairs and it was done correctly each time. The last time I had a noise that wouldn’t stop and I took it back to the shop. I knew they could tell me anything and I wouldn’t know any different, but they did not do that! They fixed my very minor issue in minutes and didn’t charge me and no issues! I’ve only been here once, but I was impressed with the service I got. I came in with no notice or appointment for a tire patch. They had me in and out within an hour. Real nice staff, too. I can’t remember the guys name but he drives the blue jeep that’s always sitting out front, he was super friendly. We talked for the better part of 20 minutes, then my tire was ready to go. I’ll definitely be coming back
