Been here a few times as my wifes company has a repair contact with Firestone so we come here. The outside could used cleaned up. One time they said they couldnt find any issue with her work car, and when we picked it up and they were back in the car out of the bay the car died.

My husband went for oil change and was charged more than quoted and he was very specific about what he wanted and didnt want. We have gone to this location for over 20 years, m but feel like there is new owners or management, that they tried to scam to charge more.

Nick is super dishonest. Went in to solely get my tires rotated and got a call saying I need to replace my battery for $200+ (which was brand new) I said that cant be and Ill get it checked out where I bought it because it had a 3 year warranty. Got it checked out and it was performing even better than it should be. Lets just hope they didnt screw up something in my car on purpose so I have to go back and give them more than the $20 I paid for a tire rotation.

They dont pick up the phone and they are rude if you go there in person. Find a way to serve the customers better.

Last month I changed the engine air filter and cabin filter in my wifes car. She bought tires at Firestone Palm Harbor today and they said she needed a new air filters?!

I took my mother n laws corvette there cause the gear shifter broke.. These people broke the glove box so now it wont close.. They broke under the dash and wont fix it.. There machanic said it WASNT like that when it came in but it is now and there not going to fix it and said it was our problem now and to remove the car off there lot other wise there charging storages fees...

Have been to other Firestones all over the country & had great experiences. Getting new tires on my Honda took way more effort & hassle than it should have. Then when I asked for an alignment, they got upset & said theyll just rush it through since theyre busy. As soon as I pulled away the low pressure light came on. I figured itd go away after a few miles, but stated on 2 days later. Stopped & checked my pressures and got 36, 31, 32, 24... How hard is it to get pressures right at a tire store? Next time Ill drive a little further to the Dunedin location.

This used to be a great place to get tires and simple repairs like alignment and oil changes. Now they are nothing but crooked salesman that try and upsell you every time you come in. They have flat out lied to me and told me there were bad struts in my car. They gave me a quote of over $1500 to repair them.I bought a lifetime alignment from them and every time I took it in there to get an alignment and rotation, my car would pull to one side or the other when I left. I would have to take it back, and that’s when they tried to sell me on the bad struts. This happened twice. They literally sabotaged my car and then try to make an unnecessary repair to fix it. Magically after I complaining about the car pulling, and refusing to have the struts replaced, they were able to make it stop pulling without replacing the struts.I took it to my regular mechanic and he determined there was absolutely nothing wrong with the struts.I wish I could give them zero stars. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Came for tire alignment. Picked up car and it pulled hard left. Did not do this previously. Came right back. Told me needed new tires. Came here previously and said I needed a new car battery. Got a second opinion and they said I did not need a new battery. Something dishonest going on here. Don’t trust them. They just want to take your money any way the can.

Price deception:1. About 2 months ago I was told about this ( 9/12/19) weekends special and that there were discounts for my wheel alignment, so I selected to do the alignment during this event. I was originally quoted $189 back in July, but the lifetime wheel alignment is now $199-$40 discount. Ethically it should look like $189-$40 discount on my bill. This is a loss of $10 savings to me (The Customer).2. I also was not informed prior to the service being provided that there is a 7% Shop Fee that totaled $11.20. This was explained to me AFTER the work was done. This is a double bait and switch.Writing this to corporate will not get back my loss of ($21.20), but putting this on social media, BBB and google reviews will surely get corporates attention and maybe to stop deceptive practices. This kind of business practice puts employees in an uncomfortable position, because they are the faces of the corporation and have to deal with the customers at the register.

Had my car towed to this location because it was firestone and close. Replaced battery and alternator at a cost of over $800. Got car back and check engine light still on. Told them about it they reset and left. Took to dealership service this morning. You guys loosened the cam shaft sensor and 2and a half quarts of oil spilled out. Never again. Kept on saying next time take car to dealership.

Dont go here. I dropped my Chrysler off for a variety of reasons, it had a fuel leak, which they didnt want to take care of. Understandable, for the sake of liability, etc.But one of the other reasons was because I needed to have my front and rear blinkers replaced on the driver side, some burnt out bulbs I thought. But they told me it was an electrical issue with the car, and suggested I take it to a dealership, which I did. After spending 60 bucks on a relay part, and more for a weeks worth of labor to chase the issue down, it didnt seem to fix it.Went to a local mechanic in town which charged me 15 bucks to replace the blinkers, which turned out to be the issue... some expired bulbs, like I thought, not an electrical issue. Dont go here, youll be up to your eyeballs in unnecessary expenses and lazy maintenance checks.P.S. No, I dont want a Firestone card (a credit card) I already said it once, I dont need to say it three more times. I already paid 200+ dollars to have a stupid battery replaced. Last thing I want is to be in debt.

This location seemed great at first! However they are deceptive, dishonest and flat out liars. Obviously integrity is a huge issue at this location. Told me they repaired my tire and rotated the tires. Lies! I picked up my car walked outside noticed they just put air in it and did nothing else!!!!!.. locked the door behind me and all of the staff was in the lobby with there backs turned and would not open the door. Go somewhere else! I live right behind this store location and I will for sure to inform all my neighbors about my experience. Management obviously allows this and does not embrace any moral values!

Kelly is great. Store Manager Doug is not. Maybe Doug should take a lesson or two in friendly customer service and not always acting annoyed. Used to be a huge customer with multiple cars....unfortunately as long as Doug is the store manager I won’t be going back. Stopped by yesterday afternoon to get a tire patched and was told it would be a couple of hours. I asked if I make an appointment for the next afternoon if I could have it done quicker and was told most definitely because the afternoon schedule is wide open. I show up today at 1:50 for my 2:00 appointment and sit until 2:35 and my vehicle has not even been pulled in so I asked for my keys and left. This is the 2nd time I have made an appointment at a Firestone and have had the same outcome. No need to set appointment if you have to wait hours.

I usually always have an excellent experience here, Kelly and Andy are phenomenal! Had a poor experience with a short pasty man with white hair though, that has ne considering changing Firestone locations... bummer because Ive used Firestone exclusively for over 10 years. As a woman I dont care to be in a frustrating conversation about your appointment schedule Sir, and it only takes one poor experience for me to take my business elsewhere.

Nothing like being 45 minutes from home and getting a flat. Not knowing where any tire places were, I relied on my GPS. After calling a few other places I called here and got an extremely helpful gentleman (Bob) on the phone. When I told him that another place offered me the same tires for $20 less, he said not only would he meet that price, but he would beat it by $1. Once inside the shop the service was quick and friendly. They gave me a list of a few other things I needed on the car as well but didnt try and force anything on me...all just FYI stuff. Even though its nowhere near home, I would absolutely return here. You cant beat friendly, fast, honest people.

I cant say enough good things about the people that work here. Kelly, he was AMAZING. he was friendly, helpful and explained things to me. He didnt pressure me into services that I didnt absolutely need and he didnt try to scam me. I will ALWAYS go here as I feel comfortable with their knowledge and expertise.

Came here to get my brakes replaced and do a full checkup cause a place in Daytona said my breaks were shot. Dudes did their own inspection and figured out they werent bad at all! They couldve cost me 200+ but told me about it anyways. Great service.

Weve always had great service with tires and oil changes. Very nice people. Can drive up and ask them to add air to tires and they gladly do it no charge. I always give a couple dollars for the vending machine, but not expected.

Would be zero. Drop my car off 9-930a for an oil change. I needed it by 1pm (they said it shouldnt be a problem). When I went to check the status of the car at 1:30pm, I found out it had not even been taken back yet. No real care or consideration in the manner. Only went here because it was next to my office. Go some place else.

Update: took complaining to the BBB to get my issue resolved. The store manager, the general manager, and the corporate office were unable to help me with a simple request. How disappointing.) This was a 5 star place. That is until the manager decided he doesnt have to help me, talks over me, and says there isnt anything they can do about their archaic computer systems. Will not be returning to this location ever.

The service is quick and the price was good

Took my car in for scheduled alignment last week and while the car was being aligned they inform me that car had a major brake fluid leak. I am 100% sure my car did not have any leak before Firestone put their hands on it. Manager said they do not deal with break lines there. I have the feeling they broke the lines while doing alignment and now they do not want to accept liability.

These guys are honest at this location! I have taken my car in for tires and new brakes and never had any problems. About a year after I had the new brakes installed on the front I had squeaking so I took it in. They looked at the brakes and said sometimes that will happen but there was nothing wrong and gave me my car back.

Our family has taken several of our cars here and have always received great service. They do what is right and make recommendations not to get you to spend more money, but what will be best for you and your car in the long run.

Would rate zero stars. An hour and a half for OIL change and tire Rotation. (not many customers when I arrived and several mechanic type people not looking busy) Right front wheel lug nuts were HAND tight when I returned home. I Couldnt figure out why the front-end sounded strange and shook on the way home. Had to return to the shop for my lug nut key. The dip stick ring came off the dip stick; tell me; things happen. Too busy trying to sell me an air filter as well as other issues I had. It may have cost me several hundred by time they put the hard sell on for everything else wrong with my car. Still looking for the right place for my business.

860$ for tie rods? Theyre crooks. Got a second opinion and my tie rods are fine! Overall this place sucks. Theyre customer service isnt top notch and I will never return here and I suggest you dont either.

Terrible service. My car entered running and left unable to start months ago. They said they couldnt figure out the problem but put old parts back on that we had already taken off to fix the problem they also rigged the electronics wrong. My car still wont run and weve tried everything. They honestly screwed me out of my vehicle completely. Dont go here

Two different cars I had to bring back to have oil put in! Yeh, go for oil change, few days later oil light on, checked, no oil on stick. Took it in, they filled it and acted dumbfounded. Second time sealed the deal. Done with these rip off artists.

I used to come to this store in Palm Harbor all the time to do oil changes and tire replacement. I always happy with their service until a week ago. I went to get my regular high milege oil change over the weekend. I was waiting for more than two hours for oil change. They told me that overflow cap went missing and blamed me for losing it. I was very furious since I just had my oil change two months ago from the same place. Which means I have driving the vehicle without the cap for at least two months. The staff there was rude and said that they have nothing to do with it and its not their fault. I was finally convincing him to give me the overflow cap to put it on which is after two days later. They didnt put any fluid in the radiator (that was losing) which later I found out that my temperature gauge in the car acting very abnormal. I had to go to different autoshop and fix the problems which cost me quite bit money for it. Nevertheless, I would NEVER EVER EVER return to the store in Palm Harbor because of their poor customer service and car repair. .............

Been to this location several times and have never once received my car in the time they reported. Some visits have left me in the office for over an hour longer than they estimated. Poor service and high prices for such a large brand is just bad business.

Currently this place is not run very well, it used to be better run and was my service choice, but then something changed. Dont know what, but it affected me going there. Suddenly, the up sell started being the norm. And I havent been back since.

I called 10 minutes before they were closing and even though they trying to get out of there, Andy answered the phone and was extremely professional and he went out of his way to find a part i needed and he answered all my questions.
