Attentive, cordial, efficient staff. Reasonable prices, excellent service. They provide multiple services like oil change, and basic maintenance. They took a long time to get my car done but they were hustling. I was happy!

Went to in and out for a quick wash before having some family in town. I mentioned that I travel with my Australian Shepherd literally everywhere I go and it had been about 6 months since cleaning my car out, so I asked about their pet hair removal deal. The gentleman opened our back door and quickly realized that it was going to take a little more work than the $25 or so that they typically charge. We said that was okay, and did wait over an hour, but this gentleman and his team went above and beyond for our car. He updated us multiple times throughout the time that we were there to make sure we were okay with the wait and to let us know why it was taking longer (our was was disgusting). We were charged $45 total, but I’m not convinced that the work they put in was anything less than $100 worth. They vacuumed, cleaned out our cup holders, cleaned the compartments in our doors, cleaned off the windows on the inside, polished our rims, and then hand dried our car! It looks just as it did when we drove it off the lot. I will never go anywhere else for a car wash, in and out has definitely won me over! Thank you guys (and gals). They also have a tip bucket, so be sure to bring a little bit of cash. They deserve it.

In & Out did a superior job on the vehicle, inside and out! It needed extra attention and they made it shine like it came out of the showroom!

I have gone to this facility on a number of occasions, and the service had been decent. This last time, however was the last. I stopped in first thing in the morning for an oil change. After 25 minutes or so under the car, the gentleman in charge stated that he did not have the right bit to remove a pan plug on a 2013 Mazda. At that point, I was in a hurry as the wait had me running right on schedule to be at a meeting in Orlando, so I asked him if I was good to go. He said yes and that nothing had been opened up, so I dropped the hood, har him guide me out of the bay, and took off. Upon arriving in Orlando, my car began smoking. The cap had been removed. My car was out of oil and without a cap. In short, I purchased enough oil and a cap to get to a different oil change location. I asked In and Out to cover only the cost of what I had to spend to get my car to another place. The answer was no. If they cant make a minor problem right, what happens when they make a big mistake?

Almost 35 dollars for a car wash & vacuum??? ok- price crossed off their sign and 18 for standard wash eg gauging vacationers apparently...tried to also say that it would be additional tacked on for the vacuuming because carpets actually needed vacuumed. Come on Express wash. This is ridiculous.. Glad my wife said stick it...

Over an hour for an oil change and basic car wash. They left an oil cap under corner of hood so it wouldnt close correctly.Also oil on my engine where they must have set the dipstick down. Most insulting is the manager apologized for delay, says he gave me a discount for my trouble, reading the bill..no discount whatsoever...Photos posted are of my car and how busy they were not at the time I was there. Will not frequent again.

Exterior only wash, $4 up charge just cause there’s pollen on it. Got in when done and it reaked of oil from their driver. Won’t be back.

The manager working locked my keys in my car while doing an oil change. And instead of calling a locksmith and handling it on his own insisted i find a ride to another city and back to get my spare key. Then had the audacity to ask if i wanted to pay for a car wash. Really unprofessional.

Nice place. Brought my Audi in for an oil change. The tech noticed my rear brake pads were almost to the limit. He changed the pads and I was out in short order. Had I waited any longer the rotors would have been damaged and it would have been really expensive. Good call guys! They also washed the car thoroughly. Spent some time detailing everything. Highly recommend!

The large sign out front says free car wash with oil change $29.99. I have been there twice. Both of my cars were exceptions which cost more.I told the owner that I wanted the $29.99 oil change and wash. While waiting the owner came up to me and asked me if my filter required a special o ring??? Isn’t he the expert?? I waited for over an hour to get the oil changed. When I went to pay my bill was almost $50 and he didn’t wash my car!!! He didn’t tell me until checkout that my car didn’t qualify for the $29.99 oil change because it has a ‘special’ filter. He also told me to keep an eye out for leaks because he wasn’t sure if he installed the filter correctly!!!! Seriously?? What a scam!A few years passed and I made the mistake of going back there last week. This time he tells me up front that my car will cost more than 29.99. So I ask him how much. He seemed irritated that I asked and asked me if I was ‘cheap’ . He then then quoted me ‘ a little over $40 dollars. He couldn’t give me an exact price?? At checkout the price was $48 another scam . They did run my car through the car wash but didn’t even vacuum. If that wasn’t bad enough I saw a huge puddle of oil in the garage today. When I got under the car and checked... the oil filter wasn’t even hand tight and was leaking.This place is deceptive and incompetent. I will never go back!

First time oil change here. It was busy and had to wait about 30 min or so, but was a good experience. Both indoor and outdoor seating if your waiting. They workers are courteous and quick. They did a great job and will return.( Palm Harbor has several great lube places and this one really does the job)

Absolutely terrible experience and job. Went to get my car washed and thought it would be quick. Took almost an hour to get it washed and vacuumed out. Was told it would cost more because my car is an suv. Then was told due to having love bugs on my car there would be an extra charge to get rid of them. (Isn’t that the point of a car wash? To get rid of what’s on the car?). There is still dirt on my car post wash. The worker also told us since there was items in the back of the car he would not vacuum the inside. However he never for the rest of the workers who then started to vacuum. Once he realized what they were doing he came out and yelled at them to stop. I would never EVER recommend this place. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Terrible cleaning job. Just all around terrible.

Bait and switch so be weary of this place. Did a google search looking for a carwash near me. Went to the site and chose them due to pricing. Site says 17.99 for ultimate was but owner said, no its 27.99...hmmmm. Owner kept approaching me, in my personal space trying to imtimidate me without a mask on several occasions being rude and belligerent. I had asked him several times to speak with a manager and asked him if he was, which he said no...typical for this type of fraud. Finally, i said I was going to post a negative review and he freaked out...haha. Doesnt Pinallas county still have a mask mandate to help protect the elderly? . Typical bait and switch. Shop at own risk!

Terrible service. They were not paying attention and left my car in the drive thru carwash so long that the car behind rammed into my back end. They are refusing to take responsibility because they have a sign that says not responsible for scratches. Understand if it’s a mechanical malfunction on their equipment but if it’s failure by the employees then they are responsible. He was very combative, tried to refuse a refund on the carwash and tried to say he would fix it himself.

What a terrible experience. Like other reviewers have noted, the promised car wash with oil change cost extra to clean the inside of the car. I was promised one price ($12.99) and charged a different price ($18.99), which I had them correct. There is also an additional $10 charge for canister oil filters (Toyota, Lexus, etc.) and an additional charge beyond 5 quarts. It gets worse - I waited so long for the car that I went around and looked through the car wash area. I noticed my car being backed out of the car wash, sprayed with water, and pulled around to the front. When I asked, the person in charge said it was hand washed. It clearly was not- there were still bird droppings on my bumper. I ended up with a refund for the car wash and left. A warning to others- never come to this car wash.

Hands down the best car wash service I have found. They did an amazing job at detailing my car and getting rid of dog hair like no other place. My car looked brand new. I loved the fact that I was asked if I wanted air freshener before hand- I am sensitive to those things. The customer service was excellent. I will def be back. Thank you!

Terrible experience! Not only did i get overcharged from what is advertised, they neglected to actually perform the service they sold. Advertises car wash with oil change, however neglect to state vacuum inside. Paid an extra $10 for an oil filter that should be included with an oil change as its required, but also an additional $30 to vacuum the inside which they did not do. When I approached them about the matter, I was informed they had new people back there. I already waited 90 minutes for my car and was not going to wait another hour for them to vacuum. Overall paid $80 for a rinse, oil change and wasted 90 minutes of my Friday evening. Never again!!!!

Best car wash around, they do an amazing job cleaning your car. Workers are also very honest. I had a tablet Id been missing for about a month. Id looked all over including the car. Apparently it was jammed under something in the car as the workers located it. I was was sitting on my seat when I got back in the car. They could have taken it and I would never have missed it.

Place was horrible. Manager quoted me $69.99 for Mobil One oil change and car wash. Then Manager stated my vehicle takes six quarts so had to pay an additional $9. Then Manager stated my vehicle uses special filter which is not the case due to the fact I normally change the oil and filter in my vehicle myself. Business clearly is up-charging customers. The $69 they quoted me should include a filter. The sign says oil lube and filter but clearly not case.

My fiance & i have been together for almost 13yrs, we have been coming to this location all the way from St. Petersburg to get our car & trucks oil change for years. The past several times we have came the people who do oil changes have been sloppy, not giving us all the paperwork & also finding out not doing all the work as the fluids. Today 12/15/2020 we came to get our cars oil change and out of all the people there an associate came up and said the person who does oil changes is not there! What?! Will never come back again!

Excellent car wash operation. I requested that they make sure my hatchback was opened and the doorway areas were thoroughly cleaned. They were willing to accommodate me. They spent a lot of time when I got the ultimate package both inside and outside. Best car wash in the area. Almost like a detailed operation.

(clearly posted per the sign at the front of the property, FREE CAR WASH WITH OIL CHANGE - $29.99).At the pay counter, it was presumably the owner/operator who had my total at approximately $70. I asked why so much? His response was car wash and oil change always separate. I replied that the attendant quoted me $40. Again, his reply was No, car wash and oil change always separate. Admittedly, I was still a bit in sticker shock and was running late to work, so I paid and left.Per their own advertisement of free car wash with oil change, I was blatantly misled and/or lied to!I will NOT be a return customer, and I WILL share my experience with others.

She then got the Manager/owner?, who said he had talked to me when I arrived.Not true!I only talked to the girl, never him.So they knocked a bit off the price, but not enough.I can conclude that she quickly asked Mobile 1?, fast enough to catch me off guard, and push the most expensive oil on me, without making sure we were aligned and I knew what she was saying. Superior Car Wash and Oil Change. I recently had two cars cleaned at this location and my vehicles have never looked better. Also had the headlamp restoration done on my 05 Honda and they look brand new again. They have a friendly staff and they do not rush to get your car done.Great prices, quality work and cool waiting area.Thank you and I will definitely be back again.

Went here to get oil change and tire rotation. Had to get synthetic which said $55.99 on the wall was charged 69.99. Oh warning, tire rotation not included. Slapped on another 21.99. was beyond expensive but wash was nice and car running nicely.

Extremely misleading prices. They add nonsense charges without telling you or asking. You can get an oil change pretty much anywhere for much less. They are scam artists. Our bill was $40 more than what is in the price board...Extra oil, an additional car wash we didn’t ask for, an additional charge for an oil filter which should be included in the oil change price obviously.

Have to tell them and watch them that they do the inside windows of your car cuz they dont do it.

Been going to this place for a while. Although, the relationship from the start with the business was rocky, I only kept returning because of its convenient location. Although, the owner and i formally met through the sherriffs office (his associates destroyed the internal trim on my new car, and by new I mean literally 25 miles on the odometer)several years ago, he made it right by offering a free wash.Fast forward 3 years, I go back today to get services done and the guy tries to charge me more than the posted price! Literally $45 for a wash and wax! Only because it was close to closing and he wasnt enthralled by the additional labor that it would have taken his people to vacuum the dog hair off my seats.So to the owner, you sir are a pathetic man and individual to treat your customers that have been loyal for years, less than respective. You are cheap and are quick to force additional expense every chance you get, and sincerely speaking, I hope you lose the business through competition. I would give negative stars if possible, but lets be honest here, I am giving enough reputation and advertisement by spending my time to write this.By the way all of the documents, including the police reports from that day will be issued to a lawyer. Took my car there for a simple wash. Waited over 30 minutes before they even moved my car around to be washed. When it came through the wash I looked through the window and noticed my car bumping and pushing another car. Everything the tracks moved my car, it bumped into the car in front of it. When I said something they called the manager who was not on site. He came in and never once apologized, only said,I guess I need to adjust the machine. He did not even look to see if my car was scratched. I told him I was never coming back there and that I would write this review. All he could say was you look like a nice guy, why would you do that? Dont go there. Unless you do not care about your car

I went to get a car wash here about a week ago, they did a decent job but it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed my dashboard was popped off from the top. You would have to be extremely aggressive with the car in order for this to happen, which doesn’t make any sense because my car wasn’t that dirty anyway. They also broke my ash tray compartment and then just set it on top like nothing happened. A couple days ago, being in a rush, they were the only place close to do an oil change. Despite what happened, I figured they couldn’t mess up a simple oil change. I went in, asked for a regular oil change without the included car wash. I paid for the service which came out to be $75, which blew my mind because they have a sign that says $30 oil change outside, but I just thought my car took a different kind of oil so I didn’t say anything. The next day my “low oil” light comes on, I pulled over to look at the dipstick and come to find out I barely had any oil, and it was steaming. Needless to say, I paid $75 for nothing. They completely took advantage of my limited experience with cars.

One of the worst car washes I have ever been to, $40 later and my truck was still full of bugs, they didnt clean the roof or sun roof, windows looked like you used a dirty cloth to clean. Owner/manager had the cheak to ask whats wrong....... heres whats wrong buddy.... Ill never come back, and nor will every person I meet that talks about car wash. Enjoy my $40 bucks....

Went to this business Sunday for premium wash. Stopped by a friends house when I left and they asked what happened to my car, there was a taped receipt on my bumper and under it was a pretty decent scratch. The receipt was not from my car wash but it was from their business. When I called the next day the first thing they told me was it couldn’t happen at their car wash and when I took it in later that day to show them and talk to them about it the owner told me it was an old scratch and the receipt just blew up in the air and happened to land taped to my car over the scratch. While I was standing there talking to him I realized that my car was very dirty and it only been 12 hours since the car wash and I have a garage so on top of the scratch my car did not get washed well. This is a business that I will never use again .

A good vacuum, wash and dry. Nothing spectacular especially when you realize that including tip it was over $30. Tire shine lasted about a day, I had to clean off some stains in the paint. Next time I think Ill go to the self serve with a roll of quarters for some me time...lol

Terrible. Ive been here three times with two different vehicles. I keep trying because it is the closest wash to my house. I havent had the long waits that others described, but the wash always completely misses areas of the exterior. I buy the premium wash, which is to include undercarriage. Well, I just checked my truck and the undercarriage is not even damp - a ripoff!Three strikes and youre out. I will not return here.

I am happy with the level of service here. With 4 people swarming my car wiping everything down I didnt have to wait long but, I would have liked to see a little more attention to detail. Even with this being said, the stuff they missed was very minor.

Went on Friday to have my car detailed they put about an 8 in scratch along the lip of my rim. The manager tried to suggest to me that one of my “spiteful” neighbors must have done it even though the scratch wasn’t there when I left work and came straight there first. Tells me he can give me free washes but why would I go back if they damage your vehicle and won’t pay for the damages!!! 0 STARS!

The man in back very rude refused to clean my trunk in a car wash unless I paid for a Premium car wash when my trunk did not even need to be done and when I told him I didn’t need my truck done he told me goodbye
