I wanted to relax and treat myself before we move. Now I have to move with a cut toe. It hurt and started bleeding and he was just continuing. I walked out. I now have nails way to short that I said didn’t need to be cut and I have to worry about an infection. Not okay. He didn’t even apologize. 🙏🙏2 days later pain is worse. I had clean healthy feet and now I am in pain!! I have spent $30 on meds for my toe over the counter and will likely have to see a doctor as it seems be getting infected. The level of incompetence is so frustrating. I DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! The painful toe saga continues…don’t let chin cut you!

I’ve used many nail salons in the SOFL area, but this one takes the cake. 5* quality and customer service. My husband and I both got pedicures and Li is just amazing. She took her time and is so compassionate; I’ve had problems with sensitive toes and ingrown toenails and she made feel comfortable the whole time. I will never see anybody else for pedicures besides Li! I’ve had a few different nail technicians and they also always exceed my expectations! If you are thinking about going here, you won’t regret your decision!

Love this salon and its sister salon on PGA boulevard. Very clean, great massage chairs, and nice people. Ive been to halo more than a dozen times and am never disappointed. Highly recommend.

Immaculate and equipment properly sterilized. They were happy to share cleaning/sterilizing process with me which i really appreciated. Relaxing pleasant atmosphere. Great pedicure and really lovely staff. I will be going back next week before leaving the area. Thank you!

Great new spot! My wife is so happy they opened here. The salon that was here previously was TERRIBLE, clearly. Considering this is a SECOND location for Halo, you know they are doing something right!! Very clean, beautiful atmosphere, and smiling faces. A perfect salon!

Good dip manicure

Very clean, great mani pedi, nice staff.

I made appointments for 3:30 for pedis for my husband and a mani and pedi for myself as well. We got there on time and were told the wait was 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, my husband was taken back for his pedi. 15 more minutes and I was still waiting. The staff was clearly no where near being done with existing clientelle. I told him I was leaving and I left. We will not be back. My time is valuable, and it was wasted today.
