Was recommended by a friend to try dip and to ask for Mae. This was my 3rd time here and I love how my nails came out. Dip is a little expensive at $40 but it last longer than gel. Overall great experience!

I was out having a whole spa day. I had gotten a massage and a facial that morning and my boyfriend insisted that I get my nails done as well. I swung by the closest nail salon which just so happened to be this one, and decided to get a full set of dip powder. My tech was literally so amazing! She was so fast and efficient, I was in and out within 40minutes and the nails were to die for. The shape was beautiful and the color was gorgeous, and thank god the results were great because my boyfriend proposed! My nails looked so beautiful with the ring and I could not have been any happier with how they came out

The only place I go to for manis and pedis. They are clean, friendly and meticulous. It’s nice to walk into a place and be greet by your name before you check in. The staff remembers what you like. I have never had a less than exemplary experience at Cachet.

Over charge you like crazy! I have never paid this much for nails ever. They won’t show you how much it costs and charge you over $120 for a mani pedi. Unless your down to throw your money down the drain go to a different place.

Customer services are great! They did such great french nails. My toe nails are very tiny but they managed to cover the color without messing up my toes as I experienced before. First time was impressive and definitely will come back

My girlfriend got her eyebrows waxed and they looked gorgeous too. Last but definitely not least, its clean! This is a huge deal for me and they check that box also.

This is the best nail salon I have ever gone to. It is clean, comfortable and the atmosphere is very relaxing. All the nail technicians are equally talented. If you are looking for a manicure using “dip powder” you will not find a better selection of colors and brands anywhere. I only wish that I could find a nail salon up north that is as wonderful as Cachet!

Almost a year into this place and with the exceptions of some that seem nice there is one girl who used to be excellent at her work who has gone downhill. Her name is Annie. She has the worst personality I have ever come across in this industry. She hates her work and people. Its so obvious. Never is she warm in greeting her repeated clients. Oh, dont ever question something that doesnt seem right then you will see her personality. Not nice. Heres the part that gets me, its your money and shes in the service industry. She is rude and feels she doesnt have to answer to you. With that being said, its my money and I can spend it somewhere else and gladly tip the person who is appreciative to have someone sitting in their seat and loves their work. Too many salons around and there is another good one out there who will be consistent in her/his work and is happy to have your business. As for management, she has no appreciation for the customers either. Good luck in keeping the business going.

Every time I’ve come to cachet I’ve had such an amazing experience. I absolutely love how I’m remembered every time I come here, even after going 6 months without coming in after having a baby. Today was my first time coming back and trish Not only remembered me but helped me to figure out a new nail shape that would be more baby friendly. The whole staff is kind and so talented. Definitely the best salon to come relax and feel beautiful at!

Rush service just to get me out. As i am sitting there i noticed that they never clean any of the stations between clients (COVID ANYONE?) but most disgustingly they dont even clean the tools- They put them in a pouch that states disinfected to pretend that they have been cleaned. Stay away from this place

Found this salon on google about a year ago and I’ve only gone here ever since! Everyone is so nice and they have SO many colors! I send all my friends here and they all love it to! Highly recommend to anyone! They never disappoint

My husband gave me a gift card. I have had two pedicures there and both were horrible! First time was with a man. Came home to find out he cracked my big toe nail when clipping it and just painted over it! I noticed it was catching on the blanket later that evening. Second time I requested a female when I made the appointment and this pedicure wasn’t much better. Skin still rough around toe bed. Nails filed uneven and she didn’t get close enough to the where the cuticles are so it already looks grown out. I still have money remaining and don’t want to go back!

Today was my second time having my nails done at Cachet. I found a great place finally with excellent customer service. They stayed late to accommodate me. They were still very friendly and did a fantastic job for me. I am also VERY impressed how clean this salon is. I recommend them to anyone that is as picky as me. Spotless!!! Thank you Cachet

Very friendly staff, warm inviting atmosphere. Love the pace with which they operate, dont feel rushed in and out like other places. The owners get to know each of their clients and makes it feel like you are visiting a friend. I get powder coat/next-gen and the do a great job sculpting, always comes out nice. They have TONS of colors too!! Definitely recommend.

I am in town for a baseball tournament and went in for a pedicure for my awful feet. Was undoubtedly the best pedicure I have ever received. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Will definitely be back next year.

Iv been to more salons than I can count and I’m so happy I finally found one that I can stay at. Bao is the nail tech I go to and there’s nothing he can’t do. I’m always so impressed with his talent! I show him a picture and he replicates it beautifully! I believe Cachet Nails to be the best in Palm Beach Gardens! I am super picky about my nails and how they are done but this place is really accommodating! I have never left feeling that they didn’t care whether I was happy with the process and the results. Bao is my go-to nail technician and he does the most amazing job!! Trish, his wife, also does a fantastic job and is wonderful. And as for the rest of the staff, they are always friendly and smiling!This is the only place I trust my nails to, so if you are in search of a nail salon... this is it!!

I’m really disappointed in the service I received here. I came during a break at work to get a fill and gel polish. The guy who did my nails was really nice, but he cut me multiple times around the edges of my nails and the gel paint turned out horrible looking and patchy. He had to re do my thumb twice because it was messed up and kept asking if i has nudged it as if it was my fault. My nails weren’t cleaned off before behind painted and i can see specks and chunks of powder underneath the paint. Really disappointing.

Annie is amazing!!! The entire staff is but Annie specifically does my nails and toes every 3 weeks. I have never met a group of nicer individuals running a nail salon. I ALWAYS get the time and day I want for an appointment and never wait more than 10 minutes or less to begin my services. Annie is amazing. My nails and toes last 3 weeks without chip or any type of depreciation besides growing out which is natural. I typically get a gel pedicure and either a Nexgen dip or gel manicure, each lasting the 3 weeks. They have a forever customer with me.

The staff is not friendly. The lady told me one price on my nails and feet. She then changed the price 3 times on my nails. I told her that it should be the first price. She shouldnt falsely lead a customer.

Came here and got a set of dip with tip on my nails and the nails look beautiful & they did a great job but then multiple of my nails were popping off. I went back in and they told me to come in for a full new set which was appreciated, little did I know they only replaced 5 of my nails and called it a day. They yet again looked beautiful but all of them are continuing to pop off (the whole nail is popping off it’s not like they are breaking) They are a beautifully clean nail salon with very nice workers and they make the nails look good but just because their work is pretty doesn’t mean it was done well. They continued to ask me if i worked in the restaurant business like that was the reason they were falling off. I’ve been to plenty of other nail salons throughout the time i’ve been working in the restaurant business and i’ve never had this issue. Unfortunately, I don’t think i’ll go back to this place...

They are so nice in here! I even brought my daughter for her first ever nail dip. I wish the nail colors were better and there wasnt such a huge $20 price jump for ombre but besides that, I love coming to get my nails done, here.

My gel manicure has been on for a week and is already chipping and my nails are breaking. They filed my nails so thin that they are no weak.

Literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Polish was streaky and I had to go back and reshape my toes myself even after having asked the employee several times for square toes. I was in yesterday and am unsure who did my pedicure. it was an older lady. I have attached a photo where you can see most of the gunk especially on my big toe. if the color wasnt working I wouldve much rather them just recommend another color rather than adding more and more coats of color and adding the coats on unevenly

Im fairly impressed with the service at this salon. Felt so comfortable while getting my waxing done. Not only was I comfortable, the lady was really good removing all the hair without a problem.

Gift card policy’s are not clearly stated. Was given a $50 dollar valué gift card from my work as a gift. Went to get a pedicure and was told I could not leave the remaining balance on the gift card as tip. No one carries cash on them anymore. From there I inquired about just using the gift card on product and was told no. Great gift card Cachet....(insert sarcasm). I opted to throw the gift card away rather then deal with the horrible customer service I received.
