Nice pedicure! Enjoyed it quite a bit. Just walked in they accommodated immediately. Boy did my feet need it. 😏 I dont see why they are not busier. The chairs are so relaxing. Beautiful decorated interior. Very luxurious feel with out the PGA price tag. You dont need to buy a Groupon they honor the reasonable prices on the spot. Received a hour pedicure. With callus removed, exfoliation and hot stones for $40. Well worth it. Other locations would of cost $60 plus. This will be my go to place for any further pedicures. The other bad reviews complained about paying for upgrades, like gel or fench, of course thats extra. It is everywhere, common sense. They also have a rewards card. Buy 10 services and receive a free massage. 😎 I wish more nail places would adopt this. Nice to be rewarded for loyalty.

I’ve always wanted to try the jelly pedicure and came across this place. While my interest was fulfilled this however was probably the WORST pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Feet weren’t scrubbed with the tool they use, my toes weren’t even filed down properly or evenly for that matter and the dead skin is still there. Normally one would feel the heels, bottom of the feet and well your whole foot feeling soft… not here. $35 for this was beyond a waste of money.

Elsa did such a great job on my nails. She did exactly what I wanted and I couldnt have been happier. I will definitely be returning. Its not the most up to date salon but it was clean and they use quality products.

Oh lord! The worst pedicure I’ve had. I have to do a second one next week. Manicure was also a hot mess. I had to repeatedly point to things. Like I could’ve done it myself and do a better job. I’m annoyed that I just handed them money for the bare minimum.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars for their pathetic customer service. I booked a session for two reflexology massages for my hubby and I to go on my birthday (this Saturday) through groupon. I called the spa just to confirm if I needed to bring anything to the appt but instead I find out that they will not take my coupon!It is not so much about what she said but how. She showed no concerned that their information listed is incorrect or that I had to call to find this out. All she said is that I could either do Monday to Thrusday or go to groupon to get my money back. When I explained how I already selected the booking time and there is nothing there that says there are restrictions, she pretty much said it is not their problem because they didnt get my payment and that I needed to figure it out on my own. To top it all, she just hang up on me! Such a shame!

I loved it! This is my first time doing nails at the place I have to say, the best manicure Ive had in a long time. Definitely my place to get my nails done! When I walk in the decoration makes me feel like home and relaxing. Their service is wonderful, staffs are very professional and friendly. They patiently help me pick the right color when I cant decide. Theres a bar table that serve you soft drinks and wine while you wait and while doing your nails. If your looking for a nail salon HIGHLY RECOMMEND this one! You cant miss it!

So happy I came across this gem of a salon. The moment I walked through the door the atmosphere was clean and peaceful. Elsa was so attentive and kind. My nail technician Fate was wonderful! The jelly pedicure is truly something that you must try! I have never had such great service there is no doubt I’ll be back :-)

I also went here based on the reviews. I got the jelly pedicure ($10 more than reg pedicure) based on the suggestion of the girl at the front. I wanted gel polish & after asking some questions was told it would be $15 extra. Ok fine.. Customer service is definitely lacking. I felt like me & the other customers were a bother. Since it was my 1st time, I thought I would give them another try. Fast forward the next day, I brought my teenaged daughter in so she could experience the jelly pedi. She wanted gel polish also & asked for white tips. They didnt tell her that it would be $10 extra for the white tips. So she ended up paying an extra $10 for the jelly, $15 for gel polish, & $10 for white tips. Thats $35 just in upcharges alone! Crazy smh Im giving 2 stars because we enjoyed the jelly experience, but to be honest my feet feel no different than a regular pedi. I highly doubt that well be returning here.

I went to this place because of the ratings it had online. I went in for a full acrylic set with gel on top and a very simple design on the ring fingers. They said they could do it. The acrylics themselves are so thick and acrylic ran on the sides of them. The polish was rushed. On my thumb, after the polish was dry, the nail tech filed the side again so the polish came off and he didn’t fix it. As for the design, a different nail tech did it. It was very quick and sloppy. I asked for a flame with another color outlining it. The outline is terrible and was fogged on both nails after the top coat went on. I’m very disappointed with the set I got but I give it 2 stars because they were friendly and available the same day I called.

Ive been going here for a couple months now. But the last time I went in there was a young girl there that was very rude. I came in for acrylics but she told me that my nails are to long so I asked of she can cut them...but she still said she couldnt do it and kept pressuring me into getting the dip which I did not want. I get if your business is a bit busy but dont rush a paying client because you just dont want to do it. Definitely lost a customer.

My favorite spa place in this area. They have the special offer of an hour foot reflexology. Therefore I always do the foot reflexology while waiting for my wife to get her nails done. They have the best service and prices in town. Highly recommend to everyone.

Super bummed. Last 2 Pedi’s were not good. Both sold callous and massage as part of it. If rubbing lotion on feet is considered a massage, then I got one. $44 plus tip is not worth it. (First 2 times were decent. I think the owner may have been the one to do it.)

Where do I start? This nail salon really knows how to cater to their customers. Their entire staff are really professional and they make it their goal to cater to your needs。This is not your average nail place down the road. If you are looking for top quality service, this is where you need to be.

I couldn’t praise this nail salon highly enough. I can easily say they offer the best pedicure in Palm Beach Gardens, and at an affordable price to boot. It’s hard to find a place that meets my standards for cleaning is comfort and quality. They offer drinks fruits, Which makes you feel so special. I can see that they treat everyone so friendly. I got a gel Manicure today done by Elsa. I’m not one to make reviews but I truly feel like I need to because of how disappointed I am. She definitely rushed through my gel manicure to get to an appointment that happened to arrive (AN HOUR) early even though I should have been priority. Not even to mention I started with another lady and she completely just stopped and let me sit there until Elsa came. Anyway. 4 hours later and the clear coat has already peeled off my nails. Thanks for wasting my money. I will never be returning.

First time knowing I could get my nails buffed and got them so smooth and shine! My nails always have some lines on the surface with no reason, which bothers me a lot. I asked the technician if there’s any way to fix it. She offered me this shunning buff service, I didn’t know what was that at the time. However, the result is amazing. It’s completely flat and shinny. Great offer! I got a VIP card when I check out and left some balance in there. Definitely coming back for my manicure and pedicure!

If you have a Groupon or a coupon, don’t waste your time... they will make up an excuse to not offer you the service. I just had friends turned down because they had a coupon/Groupon.Sarah offers a good massage, but the management is a little sketchy. Just a heads up!

I found this place online, and came here with my boyfriend. The best pedicure I’ve ever had. Very clean place very nice ladies and great results. I’m usually dreading the visit to the nail salons and fear of getting my feet hurt or infected. But I’m so happy I finally found the one since we moved to this area. Our feet and nails look gorgeous. Just had my second visit. First time, an excellent manicure by Elsa. Amazing attention to detail, and the manicure really lasted. Last week I had a manicure by Fate, and a jell pedicure by Charlie. That service should NOT be missed! Both operators were, again, great and very professional. I am headed back for another manicure this weekend. This place is just awesome!

Phenomenal pedicures and foot massages, I love this place. Fresh fruit, cold refreshing beverages, and comfy chairs. Top notch service all around. Elsa has been wonderful to speak to on the phone and very friendly yet professional. I cant personally speak to their manicures but the pedicures are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend.

I wont be returning. I was overall happy with my gel manicure. My pedicure was terrible. Took the pumice so hard to the heel of my foot I had painful abrasions. It was deep and lasted almost 2 weeks. Tried bc of a Groupon and offered upgraded pedicure.

The powder manicure is the best I have had and lasts for at least 3 weeks even after all the cleaning or canvas painting I do. Very reasonable prices too. Plus the salon is very clean...

I absolutely love that they are open later than anybody else. It was literally the best dip and pedicure I have had in a very long time, and there was an incredible amount of attention to detail. They’re so nice here & they really listen to you. I’m a walk in usually due to my busy schedule & they always help me in a timely fashion. My nails always come out exactly as I vision.

I havent personally gotten anything done here, but my wife and daughter love it, and I usually wait for them. They get personal attention - the owner knows their names when they come in, and they do extra special things like provide snacks, drinks, and do little embellishments on my 6yo daughters nails. The location is also very clean, and modern looking. 💅

Elsa and Jay are amazing! And so is the entire staff. I feel so pampered when I come here any my nails always look amazing. I love how they take care of your cuticles and callouses even with the dipping powder manicures. The nail sticker options are also amazing, as is their wine selection! I come here since they just opened, and never go anywhere else. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I play tennis, and my feet are always in pain. They have the spa pedicures with jello stuff to soft my callus and remove it with callus eliminator to make my feet nice and soft again. Love this place! I do recommend this place to everyone I know!

The best nail salon I’ve been to. Elsa made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and she took her time with my nails. They are PERFECT. Ive been looking for a nail tech for months and have tried numerous places, and this one is by far the best. Elsa is a true artist and this place is a hidden gem, so I had to book my follow up appointment from the first visit.

Elsa is horrible. Worst experience. She does not know how to do Ombre. She is a beginner. She also rush the process and I was bleeding on my cuticles. Had to rush home to apply Neosporin, because I was afraid to catch and infection. I will NEVER go back here.

I want to give zero star if I could. My mum went to this nail salon with a mailed in coupon. It states 19 bucks for a regular pedicure. When my mum walked in with the coupon the girl kept persuading her from doing spa pedicure which costs 58 bucks. My mum responded 3 times no because she needs only the basic one to trim her toe nails and polish but the girls tirelessly repeated. And the girl looked unhappy for a regular pedicure and talked in their own language between them. My mum had to say yes because she never ever turns anybody down. It is so sad to cheat a senior lady to spend in doing something that she doesnt need. Never go back.

Today is my first time going there, and I will never return. Full sets and pedicures are too expensive. Nail techs are inexperience but theyll tell you they know how. My nails are ugly and my toes were hardly touched (not cleaned just polished). The nail techs knew I was unhappy and still charged me a ridiculous price. To the public, I would not reccomend any one to this place. No stars from me at all.

The place is very clean, comfortable and the only place in west palm that open early on Sunday morning . The staffs are really, really nice, highly recommended them.

I’m very happy with my experience and service at Pink Pinky! I’m extremely picky when it comes to my nails- the thickness I want (thin as possible), the precise shape (almond with no point at all), etc...you get the idea. I had a full set done of dip with tips from another nail salon located in Vero Beach only 8 days ago. I hated the way they came out with a passion but did not have time to get them fixed. Not only was I unhappy with my nails, one broke on the 5th day! I made an appointment with Pink Pinky Nail Salon after hearing great things about them from acquaintances. I’m very happy I did. Auggie did my dip nails with tips, and did exactly what I wished for. The shape, thickness, and length is on point. I noticed that they add extra steps that other nail salons don’t offer, unless paying extra. For example, he added a gel-top coat on my dip manicure with the UV light.I will definitely be coming back and referring my friends and clients. Thank you Pink Pinky!

5 star experience!! The pedicure was amazing and my nexgen nails were shaped exactly like I wanted!! This will be my regular nail place from now on!!

I got my nails done here last weekend I paid $70 for a FULL set acrylics. Not even three days later TWO of my beautiful nails already pops off I went and got a refill next day three nails more breaks throughout my day. It’s ONLY been a WEEK and I only have FOUR nails left. Not to mention I’ve been getting acrylics for three years and not ONCE did I EVER break a nail without doing ANY hard work. So disappointing NOT worth $70 AT ALL. Don’t let the reviews fool you.

Love that they are open until 9PM. They are probably the only ones in the area opened that late. I had a dip manicure done by Auggie and a pedicure with Tina. Auggie and Tina worked together at the same time, which was great because I was in and out in no time! For some reason my pedicure kept messing up (twice) and both times Auggie was as EXTREMELY patient and fixed it. There was also another girl, Elsa, who was very nice and showed me some of the other work they do. Definitely give them a try! They do jewels, ombré, stickers, matte and more.
