Everyone at this nail salon does a great job! 🥰you guys are a hidden gem. Nails are shaped to perfection. Great service. Theresa at the front is perfect for helping you decide on a color and design. Krystal is my go to but if she were away I would trust any other of their nail techs. ALSO Krystal is a secret brow master. Ive been coming here for over 5 years and it feels like family when Im there.These were done yesterday by Krystal, believe it or not these are not my real nails. She always makes them thin and natural. And YES they stay on!

I got my nails done for the first time at this nail salon on my birthday because of such great reviews. Im so glad I found this great salon! The results exceeded my expectations, Maria and Dorothy are so friendly and amazing nail techs. I went for a second round after two weeks with a fill and NYE design. I left more than satisfied with my NYE nail design. Thank you for providing such great/calm atmosphere especially with everything going on.

Didn’t have an appointment but after a short (and may I add precise) wait time, I was seen on time as promised. They really made me feel at home. Front desk was helpful in choosing a color. Technician was attentive with my problem areas. They paid so much attention to detail that when I mentioned casually in our conversation that I was starving, they even offered me their own personal snacks to make me feel better. Wow!

I went in as a walk in today and was immediately greeted by the nicest lady in front. I was lucky enough to get in right away for a pedicure by henry and he was the best! He was so patient and kind my experience here was a 10/10. Trust me coming from a very picky customer I highly recommend this nail salon. I’ll definitely be back as a regular🤗

Came here on dec 27, got a full set of plain acrylics, not even after 2 weeks, day by day they were constantly falling off, reported the problem about 2 weeks later . Lady emails me and tells me she would love to come in, I talk to her about it and I set an appointment to come in . I asked her if there would be any discount due to the fact they put the nails on so it’s there fault it’s like this, she then takes 2 days to respond and says “ At this time, there would be no discount. Too much time has passed exceeding the period of guarantee for our work. Should you find yourself in the same predicament in the future, please inform the establishment when it happens and make time to have the issues addressed. The quickest ways to have your concerns resolved is either over the telephone and/or in person. I would advise against using electronic-mail as it prolongs any potential results to any matters that had emerged.” And asked if I would still like to schedule my appointment, I’m pretty sure too much time would have not past if she didn’t take an extra 3 days but do not come here, the nails are weak and won’t last long .Just do not come here, save time and money and go somewhere else

I love this salon! Everyone is so polite. All the nail techs there do an amazing job (from what I’ve seen). I’ve been going to Jimmy for about 3 years now. He is the best! Pays attention to detail. Listens. My acrylics always look amazing from the time I leave, to when I fill 2 weeks later. No matter which shape I decide to go with - he can do it all! Again, I recommend! Overall awesome salon and staff!

Wil is THE BEST tech I have had in years.

The most comfortable place I’ve ever went to get my nails done . It’s family owned and operated and they are just quite amazing people. I actually love them. They fixed me up from the wack job that 2k nails did #Never going back to 2K. But I love this place and highly recommend. THEY ALSO SPEAK IN FLUENT ENGLISH AND DO RUDELY SPEAK IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE AND LAUGH.

I just adore this place. Henry did my nails and did a fabulous job. Hes been here since theyve been open and has never worked anywhere else. I normally have Dorthy do my toes but she was booked. Next time, Ill just make an appointment so I can be sure Ill get the best! I saw someone get their eyebrows waxed and tinted. They seemed very pleased. Going to have to add that to my routine visits now too!

So happy I found this gem and my new salon. I am loving my nails and toes both ladies did an amazing job. They both listened to how I wanted them done. This is family owned and operated. The lady at the front desk took her time to help me go thru different pictures I found that I wanted to try and helped me pick the one I had done. I will certainly be back

The receptionist is very considerate and helpful. The salon staff are great at what they do and make sure the customers get the service they pay for. The staff is quick and efficient in their work, so customers are out quickly with great results.

I was really surprised by my experience after reading such positive reviews. I went in for a mani/pedi with my mom last weekend. A lot of the bottled polishes looked old and not in good shape.I asked for nail art, but the technician said she couldn’t recreate my picture (white flowers with small leaves) by hand so she was going to use a foil pattern. The foil didn’t transfer well and looked messy. I asked her to paint over it, and if I hadn’t said anything she would have just left it messy. I don’t think it’s right to advertise nail art if the technician can’t paint simple white flowers. Also, my gel lost its gloss as soon as my technician was done. She blamed the lotion, then the humidity. I’ve never had that happen so immediately after a manicure.They did have another technician fix it, but it’s been less than a week and my gel is already lifting on two nails. They did say I could come back to the salon within a week if anything was wrong, but honestly I can’t wait to get these off.Several sugar ants on my technician’s table; I recognize this is South FL but that was a bit gross. Salon needs some updating and tidying. Only positives were that the woman at the front desk was nice, and I got to spend time with my mom.

The girl at the front desk is the most helpful and sweetest receptionist I have ever came across. I had no idea where they were located and my GPS was sending me in circles so I called the salon and Teresa answered. Not only did she help me with turn-by-turn directions, she also offered to stay on the phone with me to make sure I was going the right way! OMG!Henry took care of me and my Gel Pedicure. The color I chose wasnt the easiest but I could tell it was a breeze for him. I am very picky, in a respectful way, and he handled it very well. I have been to places that wouldnt give me the time of day just because I know what I want and how I want it. With Henry, he took his time and asked me my opinion every step of the way as if he was my best friend. Not to be stereotypical but his English was perfect so I was able to communicate to her effortlessly. My nails came out exactly the way I wanted it to and I am so happy I found this place.As I was talking to Henry I found out that everyone in this salon is related. Its so family-oriented here unlike other salons. The people here arent working like theyre on an assembly line or competing for sales like a dealership. Because theyre family, they really take their time to do what YOU the client wants and not do what they want to rush you out and take the next person.I even noticed that it started getting really busy and clients were waiting for their turn in the waiting area. Dorothy didnt even flinch. She never tried to speed up the service. She took her time like I was the only one there. Love this girl, already! I overheard Teresa at the front desk telling some walk-in customers that there would be an hour or longer wait time and they happily accepted. What?! Thats insane how loyal these people are.To top things off, after checking out at the counter, Teresa took it upon herself to right out the directions to take me back home! This place is unreal!

This is the only nail salon I will go to. All times Ive tried other local salons I always end up back here to get my nails fixed. They always make sure I am happy and my daughter loves going as well. The staff is great and super friendly. Best place around.

I have my preferences with certain techs, but love that they always do a great job and are attentive to my requests. Will continue to come here for as long as I’m in Palm Beach County. I have been coming here for over 7 years. I used to have acrylics but switched to the NexGen (dipping powder) 3 years ago. Absolutely love the dipping powder. I usually get a fill every other time. (Yes, you can fill in the NexGen.) Certain salons dont tell you that you can fill them because it takes time and costs less. PBG Nails honesty and ethics trumps every salon Ive ever been too. Staff is super friendly. Everyone is family there. Prices are great for such phenomenal services. I recommend Maria for eyebrows, Jimmy & Henry for false nails and Dorothy & Lynn for gel manicures/pedicures. Theresa at the front desk is extremely helpful too.

Lynn gives the best manicures and pedicures. She includes a hand and foot massage that are AMAZING!

Staff very pleasant, but place is in desperate need of a make-over. However, the reason I would NEVER return is because I was told one price for a pedicure when I made the appointment AND when I arrived confirmed the same price. At checkout, though, the price was higher without any explanation even when I questioned it.2/24/18 follow-up. Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, in addition to the overcharge, my pedicure polish started coming off after only THREE days and my gel manicure didn’t even last two weeks, started lifted. Very disappointed.

Local nail place decent prices friendly staff. Powder dips seems to last much more then gel paint.

Very disappointed in this nail salon My daughter got a full set of nails. They quoted me $30 when I went to pay it was 35 because of the shape of her nails. Without telling her they were going to charge for five extra dollars for the shape. Not good business

Bad experience! They charged me $50 for nexgen over my natural nail.. no tips just the powder overlay. Then the cashier tells me when I come back its only $25 for a fill. A fill? Nexgen?? Wow.
