Andy is the main guy that sits at the front. Not sure if he’s an owner or not either way he’s very rude and unprofessional. All I asked for is acrylic over my natural nail with a pale pink polish on top, I saw another woman there with another nail tech and thought hers looked absolutely beautiful. She even had short nails like me. My natural nails are originally naturally nice IMO but the quality of these nails made them look horrific. The services here from him received I wish I could give negative stars. I’m so bummed I wasted my money on this person. I wish I knew someone local that was better and cared. I’d love to give my money to them instead. -C

Request Nina if you want a manicure with dip powder. I showed her a picture of ombré nails and she exceeded my expectations. She was very meticulous with my nails and corrected any flaws. Very happy with how they came out. I will be requesting her services again!

The older lady did my nails at the front space, And horrible! It looks like a 3rd grader painted them with polish all over my skin! I will not be returning. It sucks bc everyone in there seems really nice. Maybe if you get a different tech it could be a better experience.

Clean and comfortable! Only complaint my pedi polish always look like I leave with a two week nail growth. Polish started too far out. But, I always go back. I add polish in a day or two.

The employees here are so incredibly friendly and do a great job! They are determined to match any gel/powder color you choose to the nail polish for a pedicure

Always a great experience! My favorite technicians is Ann but really they are all great!

My nail polish looks nice, but they only accept cash for tips. I felt really foolish when I realized I only had $2.00 in cash. I wish I could have added the tip to my credit card charge.

I have gone here 4 times, and left happy twice. I keep wanting to give them a chance but over all I think its over priced for the low quality your getting. My nails look cheap for $35I will be going somewhere else from now on.

Pedicure was wonderful. Manicure not so great. Andy did my nails. I discovered I had rough edges on my nails. I had a spot on my thumb that looked like it wasnt done correctly. I got dips.

Nice place but the proce is ridiculous and they dont even do that great of a job.. nail fever is the place to go. Not as fancy as ct nails but they do an amazing job on my nails and its reasonably priced

Ben is fantastic. He is VERY good and takes his time. Excellent with nextgen and chrome! The shop is SO clean and very safe. It starts with touch less temp, mandatory mask and hand washing AND every station including the pedicure stations are enclosed.

My friend and I went in and were separated despite making an appointment for us to get our nails done together. Then my nails were done I thought everything was okay. But now it’s a little over a week later and 4/10 nails have popped up 2 of them completely coming off. This is highly unusual for nails and just shows they weren’t done well. I haven’t done anything that would cause them to break, and yet they just pop off. It’s frustrating because I spent $60. For $60 they should last a whileeee and be able to be filled, etc. I simply don’t recommend it, but you can take that how you will.

Ben is amazing and my french dips always get compliments. Best pedi as he massages my calves really well, too.

Always do consistently good job, never left there unhappy. Great setup for social distancing and newer massage chairs for pedicures. Always very clean.

I was looking for a nice nail salon to get my nails done also a pedicure they were very confusing and not helpful when I was asking questions they did my pedicure and gave me a ingrown nail also when the guy was done doing my manicure he left the dust all over my nails and my dips came out totally ugly it was not what I wanted I told him I wanted short and square nails a few days later my nail came off went back the same guy fix my nail it’s even worse they’re crooked and he did not even shape them I will not be going back to this place even with their 4.3 stars terrible experience

Nancy is great! This was my first time coming here, and I must say that my first experience was amazing! I know where to go now to get waxed, manicure and pedicure

I wld Have given this facility 5 or even 6 stars if it offered it before the last few times recently...Ive gone many times for years... even referred many people to this facility as I had been a client since they opened however this was the 3rd time I have gone very recently without an appointment which they always take walkins however bank took 3 people I had of some of us that were sitting there because we believe they were dressed fancy and they treated them like Queens While the 3 of us sat there in waited and waited and waited I decided I was not going to let them do this again as they had done this to us before on another visit I will definitely not be going back in normal any of the people I know not to mention the quality has gone down Hill so its time to find somewhere new in my opinion

The only good thing I can say about my experience is that my nails are even and shaped nicely. Other than that my fill was overpriced, took almost twice as long as anywhere else, the paint is not well done, and the skin around my nails is scabbed over on two of my nails and looks awful because he kept grinding my skin

No communication whatso ever with client!! Very dissatisfied!! No English I guess!! Not a good experience!! Pedicure OK just no communication to make customer happy or comfortable!! I felt like a Robot was doing my feet!!

Adam was Great. Clean and did a very good job on my NexGen Set and Pedicure.

Great place. Clean. Many colors to choose but they dont explain things well and if you seem confused theres one guy who have me an attitude. I was new to dip nails and he made it seem like i was the problem. No thanx
