When I walked into the salon I had the impression that the stylists here were all high end - hence the high end prices. Though the price quoted to me on the phone was more than what I normally pay for a shampoo and set, I was willing to take a chance and see what Nancy would do for me. What a DISAPPOINTMENT!! First of all, all she did was put rollers in my hair but did no styling whatsoever. I asked her to do something, anything - nothing. Then, she sprayed my hair so that when I left the salon, I walked out with loose, greasy curls. Her job looked very amateurish and she did it with no caring. I would NEVER go back and certainly would NOT recommend them to anyone. Furthermore, she charged me MORE than what was quoted to me on the phone. I had to consider this experience as a charity donation because it was so not worth the money I spent.

Gino is an amazing and talented stylist. He goes out of his way to please his clients. Best of all, Gino has a warm personality and his smile is contagious.The rest of the staff are all professional and nice to deal with. The place is spotless, and the owners take pride in their salon.Nancy is a great hair stylist, and she is pleasant and dedicated.I have been a client at Pizzazz for over 12 years, and I’m very happy with the service that I receive.

I have been going to Pizzazz for about 6 years and Nancy is the best! She listens and knows what I need and does a fantastic job. She is courteous and friendly and I like her a lot. I have recommended her to other people, especially my sister, who likes Nancy as much as I do! For anybody who wants a hairstyle exactly the way you want it, I recommend Nancy!

My first visit here for a mani/pedi. Lynda is excellent! Very friendly and attention to detail. Went above and beyond to repair a chip in my toenail. I think it was the best pedicure Ive ever had. Manicure was very nice too. I dont do color on my fingernails but she did a wonderful job of cleaning them up and buffing with a nice oil.

Highly recommend this salon for all of your needs. My hairdresser, Danielle is so remarkable that I discovered this gem when I tracked her down. I will never let anyone else touch my hair! Danielle corrected my color last Spring and everyone who sees me says I look ten years younger. Ten Stars here!

Moving from Jersey to Palm Beach only meant that I needed to find a new hairstylist that can make my visions come to live! Finding Maria has been a blessing! She is truly a hidden gem in Palm Beach! She knows what she is doing, provides with tips in how to preserve you hair healthy and brings your visions to live! As long as Maria work in Palm Beach I will continue to go back to her!

Love this salon. I got a wonderful cut and style from Trish and there is also an aesthitician (not sure of spelling) who does terrific facials. Ive been several times and always had a very pleasant experience.

Today I was very desapointed with this place located on PGA Blvd.The owner followed me to Publix supermarket inside of the same Plaza, requesting that I must give tip to their employee. To me if he is so concerned about tip for employees he should pay them more. While inside he made a coment to me that I was there for to long. To me yes I was there long hours because his employee to slow. At the beginning I went to this place to give support to one of his employee that left another location and had no client and for sure she was using my hair to practice and learn, so now because she probably learned a lot from other hairdressers he does not feel that he needs my business. I will never go back to that place. Very rude people.

Very disappointed in the gel manicure I got two days ago and two have already come off and I got them done for an out of town wedding tomorrow and I am having to try to figure out a way to fix them myself. Ive never had this happen with a gel manicure before.

Stay away worse experiences of my life the colombian hair dresser that works there destroy my hair it beenMore than 6 months and i still can do anything rude unprofessional staff unqualified my hair was falling when i comb it !!!!! A nightmare this place should be close!!!!!!
