I visited a few days ago and it was horrible.. I got french tips and there are bubbles and the nail itself and is not even and also has a lot of waves in the acrylic. The guy doing them was shaking so bad I thought I was shaking. He used his grinder device and destroyed my cuticles to the point that my fingers were literally bleeding. This experience has made me never ever want to ever get my nails done again. Please dont take yourself or anyone you love there. I was almost in tears. The clear coat is pink so I have black and pink french tips... Not cute.

Would not recommend.Came in at about 5:45 and left at about 7:45. Received acrylic with gel and deluxe pedicure. Half of the acrylics were flat without an apex. Its been 2 weeks and 4 of them came off while I was at work doing minimal labor before I had a chance to get a refill. Literally just typing on a computer. 2 weeks is when you should be getting a refill, not a whole new set. I was visiting from out of state and never had the chance to have this rectified.On top of that, the lady kept giving me the same shade in gel I didnt want. I would pick 3 different shades and ask if this is in gel and she would act like it was the same pink. And gave up.The quality of my pedicure was decent. The guy that did my pedicure was nice, but the women ran out the door leaving me there with him alone. Which is not professional and I had already tipped them. Before my feet were even dry he was turning the lights out. So I ran out pretty fast. Like I said, he was nice, but I didnt feel comfortable in the situation, and thats not fair to him for them to leave them there with a client for liability reasons.

Worst pedicure Ive had. Feet feel rough and dry still. Barely even touched the bottom of my feet. Other person I was with had same issue as well as jagged nails. Gel polish was pushed on me because it doesnt take long to dry. She also would not let me stay in the chair while the other person was getting her pedicure done because it had to be cleaned. Clean up was removing a plastic bag and taking towel and tools to the back. Regardless of there being one other person getting a pedicure. ( 3 other, open chairs, close to closing time.)

The price is good. The people there are kind and wanna give you what you want. Its not a lack of care, its a lack of skill honestly. I came in to get my nails filled in, I asked for them to be shorted. I have a specific shape, I got nothing I asked for. I showed them a picture of an idea I was hoping for. My nails are all wonky. Like the shapes are almost all different and theyre groves bumpy from where it wasnt filed evenly. During the fill in my nail tec never checked to see if any were loose or coming up in one side or another. The glitter I asked for I was assured they has it and the price to use it was really well but the nail tec didnt know what he was doing. After the glitter chunks were filed down I choose a lighter jet and asked them to just blend it but every single one of my nails look like ot was jusy a wide chunk of this jel glitter before a plain color. Almost thumb nails are turned down ans just so off and ugly. The color scheme is cute but I Ill be going back for a fill in or art work. Maybe their pedicures are better but Im really u happy my nails.

I gotta say it was a pleasant experience, nice work on my pedi and the techs seemed friendly.

Went in over this past weekend with my daughter and her friends. The finished product is so sad. My nails are lumpy, the polish is almost see through in some spots. I’m not sure how they were as busy as they were if this is the quality of nails they do! The tips that they “glued” onto my finger are already lifting! I will NEVER go back to them. I’m so disappointed!

VERY Disappointed!!!!! My nails looked better when I went in than when I left. My husband said this is the worst nail job he has ever seen a nail tech do in 20 years! Told her a little shorter!! She made them a lot shorter and the shape is terrible!!! Hitting my skin around my nails lots! And very terrible polish job!! Will NEVER go back!! Do not waste your time or money going there!!😡😡😡

DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible service. My nails are chipping after 3 days and when I called up there they told me they only guaranty their work for 48 hours. They charged as much for a fill as other places charge for an entire set.

I did not have an appointment and they fit me in right away without having to wait. From the front staff to the nail tech, everyone was very welcoming and provided great service. Thank you1

Very clean and nice salon. I came in here for my first time and was welcomed immediately with open arms. I would highly recommend this place for ALL people. I can’t wait to come back and see what they’ll do next!

The usual place I go to was closed so I thought I’d try this place. BIG MISTAKE! I went in to have my nails painted with gel polish and possibly get a pedicure but after the bad job on my nails I opted not to try a pedicure. I told her I wanted to keep my length just needed shaped up a little. I asked for square shape with rounded corners. She filed them so much that they are no where near the same length with two of them being filed down very short and also filed the edges to a slant on several of them. Also have a couple that have a dip in the middle of them. I asked her to straighten them up and it just made them worse. I just gave up while I still had nails! I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never had them look this bad. I will have to let them grow out a while before they can be reshaped because if I tried now I would have very little nail.

The lady I had was not overly friendly. She was having a conversation with her friend on her phone, ear buds, then looks at me while she is doing my nails and says, I talk to my friend, you talk to yours I had made small talk with a customer

Nice staff, long wait, elegant setting, but if you even remotely want your polish to last longer than 1-2 days- you can NOT get a basic manicure here. The regular polish on natural nails chips worse and faster than if I paint at home without even using a top coat and lights to dry. There for my cousins birthday and opted to pamper her with the upgraded services and her nails held up as expected and she did enjoy her pedicure, although as a first timer for getting a pedicure nobody informed her the chairs had the massage feature and the remote was not in sight so, it wasnt until I was able to ask her, from across the room, how she liked the chair massage she even became aware she had that luxury. It took them a moment to locate the remote for her chair and they couldnt get it to work initially... There had been a storm where power had been lost in many places in the area a day or two before and some of the outlets werent working as they hadnt yet reset that breaker. After a few more minutes, she finally got to enjoy the last short bit of her pedicure with the massage chair functioning. So, I believe their hours and the appearance of the salon itself is the absolute best thing going for this salon. Otherwise, nothing exceptional here. I feel the prices were competitive for the area, but a bit too high for a shape up and polish on natural nails. A basic manicure here, as described, is WAY overpriced for the quality you receive.

My first visit today and will definitely return. Very nice, friendly staff and got right in for pedicure, manicure with dip powder. Beautiful decor, 2 TVs that were actually on, very clean, sterilized tools and the massage chairs were the BEST in Paducah. Never felt rushed in any way choosing nail color like I have in many salons.👍🏻😍

I’m from out of town, staying in Paducah & wanted to get a pedicure for vacation, & this place is very clean & I was impressed with the salon itself. Unfortunately the pedicure left much to be desired, no foot soak, short massage & the paint didn’t even cover the corner of my toes! Wish I would have gone to my home salon where they do hot stone massage & extra leg & foot massages for ALL pedicures!

Getting my nails done here right now they are amazing, we called ahead and they even stayed open for us to get our New Years nails done and let me tell you they did not disappoint my nails look amazing. I love them. Definitely found my new nail spot. I’d recommend a thousand times.

Great place to get your nails done. The technicians are so welcoming and do a great job. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep today. And this is the only place my 8 year old will let them cut her nails.

We called ahead to make an appointment for 5-6 ladies that needed manicures and pedicures. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment. We waited 20 min and then they finally got to work on us. This turned into a 4 hour process. They only had two people working for the five of us. At one point the guy got up in the middle of doing one of our manicures and left to go give another customer a pedicure. Within 48 hours all but 4 of my nails had come off. Not worth the money I paid!

I treat my wife here once a month to dipped nails ($55.00)- Today her nails were done by Don and they are uneven and had a hair stuck in 2 of the nails. The color in some areas are transparent. Her fingers hurt from how hard he filed. She told him multiple times he was hurting her fingers and he laughed. I spoke to the manager he blew us off and made us pay. I requested to have someone fix the uneven and crooked nails. The manager refused and said ask for a appointment next time with one of the girls. We went over to U.S nails they said it was a bad job and said they would fix them for $ 30.00. They also said try talking to the manager a secound time they felt it wasnt right for us to pay them to fix them. I drove back over there and asked if they could please fix them. They refused and said get someone different next time....

Warning! They make up charges and literally there is ALWAYS an issue with that. I was charged $90 for a basic $28 pedicure and a polish change and one repair. You do the math. Then when you ask them to explain, she just starts making up charges. In the discussion, she changed her explain of charges THREE times, so that makes it blatantly obvious that they arent genuine charges. I was a regular but Im tired of being taken advantage of and seeing it happen to other customers when Im there. Complete RIP-off!

This was my second time here for a pedicure and it was great! The salon is clean, they line the water tub with disposable liners, and the pedi chairs are in good working order. The deluxe pedi had a scrub, a mask with massage, and a warm lotion massage. Heaven! When I’m in Paducah this is my choice for a nice relaxing pedicure.

I made an appointment just traveling through got here ...the ac was off i picked my color and was place in a chair for a pedi ...it was rushed and painful....at the end the job was incomplete and I had to do it myself

Well my wife went in there and I tried to surprise her with a anchor on her wedding ring finger and they said they could do that and come to find out they put it on the wrong finger the nails is done really horrible and the dude that did it his hygiene was totally whack literally pimple juice leaking off his face onto the nails and that was a white guy with the leaking pimple juice and once I corrected the situation they automatically went to not knowing English so then I asked for a store owner and they told me the store owner is never there pretty much and that they run the place but they couldnt say anything else in English she didnt even have time to dry her nails off it was so whack sorry baby girl Ill take you somewhere else next time
