Honestly the best nail experienced Ive ever had in Paducah, Kentucky.It was my first time in, and I found the little area to sit, and pick nail colors, was super comfy. There was a wait but I didnt mind cause I was not only comfortable, but the nice soothing music kept me feeling calm.I had brought in a terrible set of nails done by another Paducah nail salon, (they were thick and wavy...) and Emily went to town fixing them. She did such a great job that it is hard to tell that the nails I have on are acrylic instead of the thinner dip. And I chose a pretty neat color switch chrome color... Which turned out better than I can even explain.I will have to give this place a super high rating on the Rikki Recommends rating scale. Ive never had a better nail job.

The nail tech I had just rushed the whole time and even while he was filing my nail it came off because he was filing so fast... he did both me and my friends nails and just rushed through the whole thing one of my nails are crooked and the back is filled with acrylic... after applying the tips for the acrylic he just went straight in the cutting he didn’t ask me what size or shape I wanted...The overall product is pretty good but the service just not the very best. Probably will not be returning back

This location will be losing a loyal paying customer! Three days ago I came in to get my nails done and got dip powder on my real nail, as the man finished at 7:10 PM he shared with me that my nails would be fragile. I informed him that I would be coming back because in my line of work I need my nails to be strong (at times throughout the day I clean a car or two or five). I stopped by after work today because one has already broke to switch to dip powder and the owner shared with me it would cost $38 as she’s already started taking the polish off. I explain to her I understand paying the difference of like $8 for shellac she shared with me that that’s not how they do it there. So I asked her from one business woman to another would you rather lose a loyal paying customer than make this right? She repeated they don’t do that like that there again. I am so upset I am shaking and this is what my nails look like! I refuse to give them any further business and wanted to share with you my experience.

I love Anna nails. I used to go to a different nail salon and wasnt to satisfied with my nails. Then a friend brought me to Anna nails I have been 100% satisfied with my nails every time. I have been back several times and will continue.

My favorite after trying many nail salons. They keep instruments sanitized and a clean shop. Good technicians and friendly.

My foot was scrapped so hard it started bleeding...now my shoes are ruined, will never go back and Iv been a customer for over 4 years.

Mike always does an amazing job on my nails I have gone to him for 4 years now. Emily is wonderful also. I have never had a bad experience. I am a hairdresser and I am always happy with my nails.

First time manicure/pedicure there!! The gentleman that did it did a wonderful job!! He is very polite and was very helpful matching the color I needed. Very clean with everything going on. Will definitely go back there! My daughter has been a client there for about 4 years.

I love this place! Emily does a PHENOMENAL job every single time! My mother and I used to another salon, but we moved here and loved it even more. Our nails always look so great! There’s a wide variety of colors to choose from that lasts for a very long time! Wonderful place!!

MC has been taking care of my nails for 3 years. He is amazing. He also takes care of my daughters, mother, father, and grandmother. Always with the most wonderful care and attention. I sincerely hope people will judge for themselves and not listen to the lies of a disgruntled past employee that felt that business was also free day care.

I was given a gift card that expired the end of September. I called to make an appointment they never told that I could come in and have them reissue another one that didn’t expire. Instead I was told that if I didn’t use it by the end of September I would lose out on the gift card. So I made my appointment about one month ago. I had to reschedule and then cancel my appointment today because I needed to be home to let a company in to get an estimate. I was really disappointed because I had to cancel. When I called to cancel I asked if they might honor my gift card I was told that if I would of let them know before hand I could have came in to get a new one issued to me. Funny how they wait till it’s to late to inform you that they do reissue new ones. My reason for these post is that they new my gift card expired in September when I made my initial appointment and no one told me that I could come in and get a new one. If I’d had known then I would have came in. Unfortunately by the time I got finished with the appraiser it was to late for me to get to my appointment. They offered to reissue me a new one but I told them I couldn’t make it in because I live to far to make it in time and they told me that it was to late.

Lovely place. Michael and Vivian did ab excellent job for my mom and me. Will definitely come back next time I am in town.Mom got a basic manicure while I opted for dipped nails.

Thanks to Emily and Mike my nails stay looking healthy and long. I love how mike shapes them an he is an expert with the polish. Never clumpy, no bubbles. And his French tip is on point.

Hey ladies I highly recommend y’all coming to Anna nails this my second time coming here and never have they once let me down.

I am updating a previous review I gave Anna Nails. Me and my sister had visited the salon to use our gift certificates and have a pedicure and manicure. We were not able to use those certificates because we were told they had an expiration of 6 months even though our certificates did not show an expiration date. After posting my dissatisfaction over this incident I was contacted by the salon and asked to come back in with our certificates. The owner took both certificates and transferred them to cards that he said will not expire. I wanted to let everyone know that this was handled to our satisfaction and I appreciate Anna Nails making this right and doing the right thing in the end for the customer. As I posted previously, the nail technicians that waited on us last week were very friendly and did a good job in spite of the misunderstanding with our gift certificates. I look forward to going back and using my gift card in the future. Thank you again.

Anna Nails management DOES NOT care about their customers, our satisfaction, or our concern. My first issue was my nails, I got SNS style but they were weakly done and they began to chip and break in half within a week. I went me asked for a redo but they refused even with explanation of other circumstances that were the issue of them and not me. I felt cheated and played, I 100% do not recommend their services.Reply: No, a nail tech did my nails the way she did them. I didn’t not ask for a special way for my nails to be done and I did not ask for my nails to be thin. I would not ask for my nails to be thin if I knew they would break easily. Your nail tech is inexperienced. I’m sorry for your and company’s INCONVENIENCE in satisfying your customers.

Mary had always done my nails, previously, and always did a wonderful job. I was reluctant to go back once I realized they were under new management. I was very pleasantly suprised! Emily did a fantastic job with my mani/pedi! I will say its a bit different atmosphere, but still a pleasant experience.

MC has done my nail once at Queen Nails Spa on the South Side and I am glad I have found my favorite tech again after all these time asking around. I came here to review on behalf of myself but I ran to couple bad reviews and thought I could be helpful in this case. For most folks who believed one side story, I was there on the day when one of the nail tech was cussing and yelling as well as slammed the picture frame on the table which caught my attention. All I heard from MC was asking the lady to leave but there wasnt any yelling or such from MC. Reading her comment got me upset how people can turn around and changed a whole story to another and I hate how people used their child for sympathy, supports from the others.I do not know what was going on about the whole child situation but why would your child stay there to begin with? Again, I do not get paid to write all this. I was one out of two customer getting our nail done that night, the other lady was getting her pedi.

Always quicker here than at the mall or Luxor and way cheaper. Each time the girls have done a great looking g job too!!

For eyebrows theyre great! But my nails are all crooked and bumpy. Not really worth the money spent in there

On a whim decided to get my nails done while traveling. Very fast, nice, professional service. The young lady gave me exactly what I asked for. She was up front with cost so there werent any surprises. If I make it back through I will definitely go back.

Full set! Lyna give me the price for regular $30 and I totally agree but just about 15 minutes later she try to tell me do something else. And I don’t think she understand English, she keep said “you will be beautiful “. Check out $55 with couple fingers cut and stickers design ( look like I am a big kid)I’m so disappointed about my full set.

I recently gave this salon another try since I found out there’s a new owner/management took over Mary. I live just couple blocks away and it’s too conveince for me instead of going all the way to the mall area. Since I’ve heard here and there complaints about their new changes. I’ll go ahead and put my two cents in what I like and do not like between the two owners1/ What I love about the previous owner Mary is that yes she’s friendly and always carried on conversation during the service to when it became a little annoyed because she won’t let me ever talk which is ok because she likes to talk.2/ what I don’t like and also the reasons why I stopped coming to the old Anna Nails since I noticed how Mary reused her parafin wax for multiple times to the point it’s so disgusting to even look, yes her services were below the market prices but I do not want to use the same srub as everybody else, or the same brush dipped into hot oil from their warmer and lack of color choices. Almost every single color were out or way too old. Mary and the table next to her covered in layers of dust.3/ Employee kid jumped and hung on me without any saying from the mother. I was trying to be nice but honestly, I came to relax. I understand little princes like to get their hand and toes done like I would take my daughter to get her done too sometimes but to stay at a business is absolutely a no. Mary did say something to the her employee about her kid jumping on me but the answer was somewhat “not now”. I just rolled my eyes and tried to pay so I could leave. And that’s when I told myself I’ve had enough.Now move on to what I love about the new Anna Nails, 1/ Disposal liners are being used for each pedis and pedi kits.2/ Their colors and dip powders are up to date and hundreds of new colors to choose from.3/ TV are up ( I’ve asked Mary about this and she said she didn’t like it)4/ They switched their tables for more room and I love their lights too. Did I mention I’ve also noticed their station are clean and sanitized?5/ No more screaming kid jumping and hanging on people. Last time I was there I’ve been told that employee got fired( wouldn’t surprise me because Mary told me a lot about this employee of her. Thank God she’s gone.I did heard complaints about their prices and how it’s not the same without Mary. Yes their pedis were minimized down to only four different kind and to me I think it’s reasonable. The most exspensive pedis from Mary was $60 and it’s now $50 from the new owner this is also what I would get every two weeks plus shellac. A gel fill from Mary before was $40 and it’s now $35. They also offer seven days guaranteed for their gel and powder excepted for regular polish. My hands and toes always look so good and I’m always happy when I leave. Ofcourse it won’t be the same because every human being are different and each owner has their own ways to run the place. We either come if we like it, or go somewhere else cheaper but to me cheaper doesn’t mean a better service. I’d rather pay extra but it’s clean and sanitized. Not sure if it was my luck to witness with my own eyes or not but I got to sit next to a lady who wanted double everything and kept complaining about how much she paid with the old owner, to find out the lady owed her own restaurant where I’ve been before and I think her foods are pricey too lol. I felt sorry for the tech that day she was so patient and nice.I don’t normally write a review this long but hey why not? Don’t judge the book by it covers, as long as they’re keep doing what they’re doing now, I will keep coming to Anna Nails.

I have gone to Annas nails for two years and always enjoyed the atmosphere when Mary was the owner. when the new owner took over the atmosphere changed. I no longer felt like my business was appreciated but like I was being done a favor. I also noticed the difference in how people of other races were treated better than I was ( not making it a racial issue, i honestly dont care who doesnt like my skin) just stating the facts. The things that took place in the shop last friday and the difference that was made between victim and perpetrator proved my feelings and thoughts even more, and with the actions taken by MC today proved it all with out a doubt!! I would like to suggest that u treat ALL ur customers with the same respect. We all work hard for the money we spend at ur establishment. Jasmine, Im sure you will do Great with your new adventures. your the only one Ill allow to do my nails. God never closes one door without opening another. speaking of doors. MC your secretary did shut the door, I saw her!! whether it was accidental or intentional and i dont think it was, she still closed it!!! I was sitting in a chair at the front of the store i had a very clear view!! but anyway. customers servive is very important!!! Be Blessed!!!
