This is the 5th time I have gone from long hair to short, and I can say this was the best transformation cut I have had yet.

I went in with my 2 year old nephew for a little cut. One of the stylist after 15 minutes drops her current client to come tell me he needs a mask- fine, I’m a health care professional- I understand! After we had been waiting for 45 minute he began to become a little antsy, like most 2 y/o in any in unstimulated environment. And then it was his turn.My nephew’s stylist, Kerri (same stylist that originally approached us about the mask) begins to tell me that she is uncomfortable because he wont keep his mask over his nose ( he’s 2!) and then proceeds to deny him AFTER I say he is autistic and has sensory issues. WOW!Thanks so much for wasting 1.5 hours of our time and turning down a child, because he is autistic.

Their web page said they are open till 4 on Sundays...the hours on the front window says they are open till 4 on Sunday...its 3 on Sunday and they are closed. Second time this has happened. Last time I will ever go to a sport clips

I’ve struggled to find somewhere that can do a great fade and this is the place! Everyone was very polite and they have an attention to detail that shows in the end result. Definitely going to be a regular from now on.

There was zero wait during lunch time and the haircut and shampoo were nice. They are kind of pricey but it is worth it for the experience. I also like that even though they offered to sell me overpriced hair salon products, I only had to say no once. There have been many salons that I stopped going to because of the high pressure sales tactics to make me buy hair products Ill never use. Ill definitely be returning to this location.

Checked in online was told arrive at 3:31. Arrived and was told it would be 50 minutes. Then was told it would be 15 minutes and then retold it would be 50 minutes?????!

Worst customer service ever. When you have a closed time and its not that time yet your not closed. So when you turn someone away saying your booked up for the day we close in 20 minutes and there is zero people in the place what your really saying is Im too lazy to do my job which is probably why you work in a chain barbershop to begin with. I used to like sport clips but after several of these really poor customer experiences Ive have enough. Might as well go to great clips at least they have reasonable prices.

I told them strictly only to cut the sides and then they basically cut my all of my hair on the top I do not recommend coming here

I REALLY do enjoy the quick massage, the hot towel on the face and yes...most of all... the amazing head massage during the shampoo process. Ugh I felt relaxed and very pleased with my cut when I left!!

I have always had good service here. The ladies working are always nice and make it a pleasant experience. I would recommend trying the VIP package your first visit. Shampoo your hair, hot towel, and watch sports while doing it all, not a bad way to get a cut.

My favorite sport clips in the area. Staff is much friendlier that some of the other locations, but the wait is usually much longer there.

I went with a friend to get his hair cut. And I was very disappointed by the customer service or lack there of. The never once welcomed guests as they entered the salon. They just expected clients to know that they are supposed to check themselves in on a tablet. An older gentleman sat there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to check him in. Then a lady finally came up to grab the next client still not offering to help until he asked her and she finally helped him. Then theres the hair cut that my friend got he showed a picture of the hair cut he wanted. The picture was a lower blended bald fade with long on top but still blended. He came out with a not fully blended high and tight with the top not cut and disconnected. Very disappointed in his hair cut!! Also one of the stylist was chewing gum. Which is very unprofessional and unsanitary.

Mari is AWESOME. She really thinks about what I tell her I want my hair cut like. She takes a moment and takes charge. Always turns out great. Need to hang on to her.

I went there within a week of them opening their doors. I received a terrible haircut and chalked it up to them being new. I went back a few months later to give them a second try. I received an even worse haircut. I returned a few days later asking them to fix the obviously butchered haircut. The same stylist from the previous time tried to fix it and did another terrible job. I complained and she said sorry and tried to charge me $5 for the inadequate fixed upper haircut. I refused and asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager. I told her this is the worst haircut I have received in nearly 40 years and will not pay as this is my worst haircut ever. She meekly apologized and said well I guess you dont have to pay again. I left and vowed to never return.

Just found a place closer to my house that is cheaper, gives a better cut with better services. I had my hair cut at Sport Clips a few times, didnt really like the cut but enjoyed the hot towel and the atmosphere. Ill be going to The Barber Shop in Apple valley from now on.

I went in with a shaggy mop of hair on my head and walked out with just what I told them I wanted; something short, professional and easy to take care of. It gave me just the confidence boost I needed for the first day of my dream job.

I HATED my sons haircut that was done here and I was very upset that they didnt even ask if he wanted to Lyell his current style. I bought him back in, and had Lexi fixed it. She did such a great job and was so friendly that I brought my other son in that same weekend.What started as a terrible I will never come back here experience turned into a I will always come here experience!

I was hooked after the first cut. Get the VIP treatment, you walk out feeling all refreshed and relaxed. Been going for about a year now and havent had any issues with staff all have been polite and friendly. I wish they had the hours listed here. Ha

Date of Visit: 12/29/2018 - My husband seems to like this place, despite the wait inconsistencies and lack of customer service. We arrived to a 30 minute wait (per their screen); they dont greet you, check you in, or anything...they just point to the tablet if you dont know thats what youre supposed to do. An hour later, my husband finally got called back. The hairstylist took 45 minutes to trim his hair...and he doesnt get a difficult haircut!! Wasnt a fan that I was stuck waiting for almost 2 hours for a haircut for my husband.

I came in to get a haircut for my 2 year old son and was completely disappointed in this place. We sat him up on the booster seat and he was kind of scared and was moving around and the lady claimed that she wouldnt be able to cut his hair because its dangerous. So we basically wasted our time to be told we cant get his haircut. Needless to say we will never be coming back here. I noticed right when we walked in the lady had a bad attitude she just looked like she was in a bad mood and she let it show and affect her work, very unprofessional.

I have been going to Sport Clips for a couple years now as various locations, but for some reason I have had major problems at this one the last two times I have went. The first of those two times, I went there and was told to wait for about 40 minutes. I ended up waiting for more like an hour, which is find things happen. However, what really ticked me off and I watched one of the girls there do everything, but cut hair while people waited. Is not everyone there supposed to cut hair? If she would have cut hair as well then every guy there would have been out a lot sooner. Today, I decided to give this store another chance because anyone or any store can have a bad day. Well, nothing changed. I work really close to this Sport Clips, so I decided to walk there. While walking there I saw a blonde girl with two ponytails outside on a smoke break. When I went inside I checked in and they told me about a 35 minute wait. About 30 minutes later only one guy has gotten his haircut by the ONE girl actually working and there was still another guy ahead of me. I decided I had to get back to work since I didnt know how much longer it was going to take and on my walk back that same blonde with the two ponytails was out taking another smoke break. REALLLY????? This is the second time I have felt like the people there have not been working to the full of their ability and I will no longer be going to this Sport Clips because of it.

They do a good job for my no frills haircut and I get to watch sports! Stylists are friendly and will usually talk sports with you, which I like.
