It was absolutely horrible! They were the rudest people I have EVER done business with. They had a dog in the store that they treated better then me or any other customer that was in there. To top it all off my nails look horrible! I paid 70$ for these. I will Never do business there again! Who ever the guy is that works in there caused a complete scene in front of everyone and started screaming at me across the store which was completely unnecessary and he had no good reason at all we had never ever before spoke any words to each other whatsoever ..

I have used cherry nail salon in the past and moved around to a few other places because of some issues that I had back then. So a little over a week ago I thought well I’m gonna give them a try again. I had the dip done on my nails which I have done many times before. I have never had any issues with the dip the only time I would come back was for outgrowth. Never chipping or cracking, so I was surprised when one of my nails cracked. I was told that my own nail head cracked underneath the dip powder causing it to crack it was rough around the edges and I knew that I had to get it fixed quickly. So when I came in I was just there to get my nail fixed. I wasn’t complaining or causing a scene I was just getting my nail fixed. I could tell right away that Jack was not very happy with me and he let everyone in the salon know that it was in no way his fault but mine. Like I said I wasn’t there to cast blame I was only there to get the problem fixed. I have never felt so much like a little kid who just got in trouble, humiliated and embarrassed. I paid $50 And gave Jack a $10 tip Just a little over a week ago. But Jack nor that salon will never get any more of my business. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years. I’ve never had anyone treat me like that. Very very unprofessional!

Absolutely the worst experience. Nail tech was inappropriate with constant laughing and loud conversation. Ordered the spa pedi which is advertised as 30 minutes but completed in 15 minutes. Tech was rough and a toddler could have painted my nails better. I dont care if you are rainbow proud or not, but crude and rude is not good customer service. Shame on the owner for allowing her to act so poorly. Suggestion to gender bender tech...if your massage is a reflection of your skills, dont bother eating fish tacos.

They were very unprofessional, I had an appointment for 9, and I did not get in until around 9:45 after 3 other people came in after us and was seated before us. I sat down and the person doing my nails clipped my natural nail without asking, he was extremely rough with my nails, and he left me with very UNEVEN nails. My friend I went with chose a color she wanted and they put it back and picked a different shade of color. She then proceedes to ask for the color she chose roughly 3 times. She finally said to just do a clear coat. As we were sitting there letting our nails dry she was explaining to me what happened and another man decided to turn around and yell at her. We decided to leave. We were very disappointed and I will not be going back.

Would not give time to pick a color for my moms nail was rude and rushing here and gave her seat to another person why she tryed to pick a color

I was traveling through town in my way to Alabama from Oregon in an RV and needed my nails done badly. Cherry allowed me to make a same-day appointment and did a beautiful job. My fingers and toes are absolutely gorgeous, the staff was friendly and professionally, and a sweet well-mannered dog kept me entertained. I’ve been to Cherry Nail Salon 3-4 times in the past. My 1st experience was fairly good & each experience since has declined.The last time they kept me waiting nearly 3 hr total. Today, I went to the salon at 9 AM.There were already 3 other patrons seated around the salon being serviced. No one greeted me, asked if I needed help, or even acknowledged me slightly. I picked out my color & had a seat in the waiting area. About 5-10 min later, a tech told me which chair to sit in. The chair was next to one already being used by another tech & client. He had his gel lamp set on the chair. I gently tried to move it to the foot rest, before the tech snatched it out of my hand without saying anything. I told him I was sorry, & sat down for another 5-10 minutes.My tech finally arrived & just started drilling on my toenails. They did not say hello, ask how I was doing, anything like that. They did, however, ask if I wanted my toenails trimmed. It had been longer than usual between my appointments, & my nails were fairly long so I told them to please cut them bc I like them a little short. They didn’t ask how short, what shape I prefer, etc.They then instructed me to put my feet in the water. It was HOT. They never asked if the water temp was OK or if I was comfortable. They also didn’t ask what fragrance I wanted with my pedicure (I got the Deluxe Pedicure package, which includes your choice of scent). While I was soaking, for an unusually long time, the tech disappeared without explanation. When they returned, they had a large DD coffee in hand. They did not offer an apology for the long wait either.While they were trimming my nails, I was very uncomfortable but didn’t want to complain & was never asked if everything felt okay. When finished, I noticed my big toe on my right foot was EXTREMELY short, cut into the nail bed, & very round. I tried to tell myself to relax, maybe it would look better once they were polished.Then came the hot towel wrap (which I also wasn’t asked about comfort level for) & the hot stone “massage” if you can call it that… they basically just VERY gently rubbed the hot stones down my calves/feet for a couple of min). Anyone who gets regular pedicures knows the massage is the best part. I didn’t even feel like I had been rubbed down at all.They were very rough moving my feet to the position they wanted them to be in while polishing. At one point, they brushed my toes against their hand while moving my foot, causing smudges. They were obviously annoyed that they were having to correct the smudges, & I apologized for the inconvenience. It wasn’t acknowledged.Then, they were very rough putting the wax bags on my feet, jerking my legs around & huffing & puffing.The tech left me in my chair with the wax bags on my feet for AT LEAST 20 min, if not closer to 30, while they got 1/2way through another client’s pedicure. I understand the salon is very busy & they’re trying to work time efficiently, but leaving me sitting there for that long just felt excessive.Through my wax bag experience, there was a young girl (5-7 y/o) having her toe nails painted. The tech she had (a different one than mine) was obviously annoyed having to do her service & was very rough with her also.When it was time to pay I was charged $73, instead of the $70 I was expecting to pay. Not sure where the extra $3 charge came from but it was only $3 so I didn’t mention it. While I paid they didn’t ask me if I enjoyed my experience, pleased with the outcome, tell me to have a nice day or to visit again.The whole experience felt very rushed & unpleasant. I dread the ingrown toenails that I inevitably will get because my nails are cut so short.You’ve been warned.

My experience with this place has in the past been very good but...the last visit was unfortunately not so much. I went in to have 1 nail fixed that had broke off and they werent really that busy so I figured it would be pretty fast for me to get it fixed and move on. Like I said, they werent really busy but after I got there a few people came in but I just sit there thinking that I would be next since I only had one nail to fix. However, I just sat there waiting and watching the people who wanted full sets or pedicures and they just skipped over me again and again and again!! I waited for approximately an hour and finally I just left cause I had other errands to do. Needless to say, I was very disappointed ☹☹☹☹☹☹

We were checked in promptly and given an accurate estimate for how long we would wait. Everyone there was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful.

First they were almost an hour late for my appointment. My tech was not very friendly. I’m used to seeing tools taken out of package in front of me. This didn’t happen so I’m not sure if they only sterilize or what. Did not get the shape of nails I wanted. 105 dollars..... won’t be back.

I had an appointment made for noon. I showed up 15 mins early waited an hour to have 4 walk-ins go in front if me because they knew the group. Will never come back.

I absolutely love the staff at Cherry Nails. Tammy is my favorite. She does the best manicures. I can show her a photo of what I want, and she will make it look even better.

Got a full set (powder) by Serena and a spa pedicure by Jack and was very pleased and will be highly recommending both of them! That pedicure was the best pedicure Ive ever had in my life! I also suffer horribly with plantar fasciitis, which is very painful and have been avoiding more cortisone shots as they are not a pleasant experience. After my pedicure, I have noticed less pain in my heels this morning! AMAZING!!!

Its the worst nail salon that Ive ever been too. My nails are uneven. I got my eyebrows waxed and now I have to go home and even those out. They also lied about the total. Ilo never go back. My 12 year old daughter could have done a better job. I wasted $74.

I paid $105 for me an my daughter to get gel manicures an as soon as they were done we hated the job they did, so the very next day we paid to have our nails redone, don’t wast your money !!!!!

My nail tech Tammy is awesome, BUT I called to make an appointment with her and a man answered and just said hello I said is this Cherry nails? He said yes and hung up! I called back and he did the same thing, but before he hung up I said I need to make an appointment. He asked who with and I told him. He asked for my phone number and then hung up on me. I wasnt sure if my appointment was made or not!! Very rude!

I’ve been going to this salon since it opened and it’s always a great experience! Serena is amazing and always does a wonderful job. The place is clean and relaxing. All of the employees are friendly and I always enjoy my time there!

Felt rushed through on both visits there are a cpl sweet people there but the techs I got both times seemed to rush through and not care about my satisfaction. I won’t say don’t go because I believe some techs there are customer friendly and do a good job but please do your research and ask around to ensure you get one of the better techs there or you’ll leave with nails that don’t look professional and you natural nails and cuticles shredded.

Had a wonderful experience today at Cherry Nail Salon.I have tried almost every nail place in Paducah, and Serena has blown them all out of the water. She gave me the exact shape I wanted, perfect curve to them, and has an excellent color selection.I cant recommend them enough! Cherry Nail is my new go to place!

They tell you to come in for a fix. You tell them what you are there for. They tell you go get a color they dont tell you get same color or explain you here for fix so you get same color and we fix the broken nails only. Now if you get a whole other color then we have to charge you full price. They will send you to the worse tech where your nails will mess up in two weeks so they can charge you full price. So they will get bout $50 out of you every two weeks. No matter if you say you dont want that tech they still send you to them and then say they didnt hear you. So they are nothing but scam through and through.

Jack is wonderful he makes sure you are happy. Gotta have an appointment he stays busy. Everyone love him.

Worst salon I have ever gone to. They screwed me up last time, but I ignore it and gave them another shot and then they really messed up my mothers nails. Paid $200 for 2 sets. Let down overly priced and gave us things we didn’t want at all. Just go to lovely nails or queen nails. Got hurt, got burned, rushed and got ripped off. Spent 2 hours for nothing.

Service is good except for Emily. She messed up mine and my friends nails, then refused to fix them. She even refused to do my nails the way I wanted because she said they were ugly. Jack fixed them and the receptionist Lexie was very helpful.

Super disappointed with this nail salon! Went here for a gel manicure. I waited for about 30 minutes, which is fine! It was a Saturday afternoon. However, after that it went downhill FAST. The man helping me went straight into cutting my cuticles but went from each finger to another in a couple of seconds. He cut my pinky finger and didn’t put any sort of sterilizing solution on it! He didn’t cut my nails and just filed them fast then went straight to nail polish. The nail polish job is nice, but I only got 2 coats. After that he put on some lotion for about 15 seconds and called it good. I paid $35 plus tip for that. I timed it, and the whole thing lasted 15 minutes. I paid more than $2 a minute for a rush job, where I didn’t feel welcome. I would not recommend this place, because they seem to not care about quality and rather about rushing through people. After walking out I finally saw all the dried blood around my pinky nail. Not sanitary either.

The pedicure was mediocre & no one offered me anything even after I told them that it was my first time there! I usually don’t even leave a review but this was my first & last time going there.
