Tammy fixed a nail job done at another store for me. She made my nails beautiful and natural looking. Very customer service oriented and loved my experience. I will definitely return!

Went in for a manicure and gel overlay. Lady was very rough, did not perform a full manicure and did not prep my nails correctly. She nicked my ring finger and pinkie. As well as oiled my nails not my cuticles. prob to cause lifting. She also did not rub lotition on my hands, which is part of the service; instead she rudely put some in my hand and pushed my hands back for me to perform the service myself. When it was time to pay she did not want to talk to me and acted like she couldnt speak english. That was also their excuse for the bad service. I told them you dont need to speak english in order to be polite and do nails.Meanwhile she was the one who approached us for service when we arrived, speaking broken English but definitely understanding what was being said and enough to be a greeter. The man there was polite and did my friends nails very well. just be aware of possible bad service if you decide to come here.

Took my grand-daughter in to get her nails done the lady said they were dried and we left her nails were uneven polish was smudge and crud was all under her nails I called them and told them the mess they made of her nails the lady said it was not her fault I ask her to fix them or give the money back she wanted me to come back she refused to give the money back so we had to go to bb nails to get the mess fixed that beautiful nails made I will not ever get there ever again bb nails are the best

My mother in law and I had a great time! We got the deluxe pedicure, which was so relaxing. Cindy did an amazing job! We will definitely come back.

A little slow. Charge extra for gel on, extra gel off. If you use gel may need to go elsewhere. Very costly.

I’m from Nashville, acrylic nails sets where I’m from are $25 or up, I got a full set, and decided on gray with the color very plane, I figured it would be about $30 when I got up to pay they charged me $43. Never again will I be going there.

Ask for Nancy if you go she is amazing and does a awesome job. Even if they are busy they will act like you are the only customer there. They do it perfectly and are so nice and kind. I would 10/10 recommend. Also I switched from queen nails to beautiful nails and if I were you I would to.

Poor customer service and rude. Rough and dont do the job you pay then for. Minimalists and non respectful. I wil not go there again. Poor quality. I was invited there and that was a mistake. I wil be going back to Luxor.

Looked everywhere for a nail salon that wasnt booked so I could get my girls nails done for Christmas/their dance come this Saturday. The salon was fun, got us in in a timely manner and did such a fantastic job! My oldest daughter gifted me Gail nails and her sister did the same in return for a Christmas gift and i bought acrylic for. Lol. A full circle of gifting ♡ How fabulous their work is at such an amazing price!!! Highly recommended for a girls night out or just to do for a you day.

My daughter was charged $45 for a simple fill and two nail repair. When we questioned Nancy why, she got mad and told us to start going somewhere else. Everytime weve gone there since Tony and Tina has left, we pay a different amount every single time. Definitely not ever going back there again.

Ive been going here off & on for years. They are quick & friendly. I dont think theyre any higher than anywhere else that performs the same services. I like them the most because of convenience.

This place is horrible! Girls who did our pedicure were very rude and my French tips looked horrible at the end. You get absolutely no massage and they dont remove any of your calluses. We also had to ask for flip flops at the end even though they knew we didnt have any. The prices are out of control as well! For a French tip pedicure with shellac polish is $52!! Definitely dont recommend this to ANYONE!

Very friendly shop. The ladies do the best work. The man acts as if your an inconvenience. But, all in all its a good place for mani / pedis.

I have been getting my nails done since I was 16 yrs old, I am now 37 I have lived in and received nail services in Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, Illinois and Louisville Kentucky and I have never had a nail job so poor in my life. The quality is terrible and it was rushed. I will never, ever, ever go back to this place again. Beware dont go here there are plenty of other nails salons in Paducah that you can patronize

Went 7 days ago to get a pedi and a liquid gel full set. Pedi was ok...not really worth the money but i ended up wit a acrlic full set that has fallen off ( there is no damage to my nail bed at all). Very crappy nail job and overpriced. 24 hour guarantee invalid even though they are closed on Sundays

Beautiful Nails on Southside - DO NOT GO THERE. Gave me a fungal infection and uses dental acrylic!I have always had long natural nails. Due to my job they have been getting weak. Decided to get acrylic overlay for the first time a month ago. Went to Beautiful because I see it when I go to Walmart. Not knowing what to avoid I didn’t realize he was drilling my nails paper thin. Didn’t question why he had a mask on. Nails looked OK, felt strong, but the polish started to wear at the tips after a couple of days. I gave him another chance and went back after 10 days for a fill. He works so fast you can’t even see your nails while he’s working. Again, the polish started to wear and also chip very quickly, so I decided to try somewhere else. As soon as my new tech started trying to remove the old acrylic she told me it was the banned MMA (dental) acrylic. It took forever to soak and scrape off. Once it was removed she also showed me that I have a fungal infection on two nails. Yuk!I went home & did some research on MMA. That crap ruins your nails! And it can rip them from their beds! I’m so mad. And now I have to have ugly nails while I wait for the fungus to clear up. Never ever go to Beautiful Nails on Southside! I will be complaining to the State Board.
