Very bad customer service, cut me multiple times never said sorry. Was complaining about how busy it was getting. Had a very bad attitude, grabbed my hands very harsh, chunky nails and very uneven. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! Also so unsanitary.

My experience today was amazing. I got my lashes done and she was professional, patient and so sweet! Lena is amazing. Anyone needing Beautiful lashes need to come here. I will be a long time client.

Ive gotten my nails done here a few times, and they usually do an alright job, Paul seems to actually care about the work he does, but Im mot too sure about the others. When I went in today I was with another person, and someone else came in after us. They tried to help the lady that came after us, but I was able to have them help my friend first, then I was completely ignored. They ended up helping 2 other people (and me waiting an hour for my friend) before asking if I wanted my nails done. I simply said no, obviously my money is no good at this place, and I have no interest in giving my money to a place that ignores me. When we got home my friend looked down at her freshly painted nails and saw a huge smudge down the middle of her nail. When the lady was putting her sandle on she was careless and messed up the polish on her toes. Dont think we will be back.

I gave it only 2 stars and those are for Paul, When i first started going here it was amazing. but over time they started getting sloppy. My mother came in one night and one of the older gentlemen did her nails, he was going rapid speed on the nail drill. my mom was so afraid he would cut her. she didnt like her nails at all. another person in there that i will never go to is Mai, or My. I dont remember. but shes done mine and my girl friends nails. both experiences with her were awful. she didnt listen to how i wanted my nails, and my girl friend is walking around with chipping nails and she just got them done on Monday. the only redeeming person at the nail place is Paul, He is amazing! hes done an amazing job and I wish he was there all the time. He does beautiful work and if he worked in a different nail salon i would go to him more often. That is all.

This was my first time and my last time and will never recommend this place to anyone!!! I have an injured left wrist and I left the staff explained the staff to take it easy on it. I was first helped by a woman who didn’t know how to speak. By this I go switched to a gentlemen. Omg this man was extremely rude to me! 1. Never been forced to tried to have huge acrylic nails 2. Have had any man pull first my right then my injured left hand out of frustration, just because I was unhappy with the way he was doing the job. 3. He pulled my right hand to the point that I began to cry and had customers hear me crying. I was just in total shock and still am!!! My nails are uneven, I have cuts from how much he oh dear whatever he was doing. That place is a nightmare. I have never been to no spa beauty nail salon that’s going to make me cry!! I wouldn’t even be give it no 1 star it would be 1/2 no star!!!

This is my favorite nail shop by far. The family is beautiful and make you feel like part of the family. Been going there for 3 years now.

Worse costumer service!I was there to get gel manicure and regular pedicure. No one ever explain to me I had to choose from a different color book in order to match my hands to my toes. So I’m telling him which color he gets upset after at me because I don’t want to do gel on my toes nothing to do with the cost I simple don’t like gel on my toes. Long story short I’m never going back. He started talking to the other ladies on his language which I think is extremely rude. Didn’t end up getting my gel manicure and the color on my toes not the one I wanted.He needs to get some training on customer service.

Ive been getting my nails done here for like 6 months. I usually have Lena do my Gel Mani. She does awesome work. I love that they are consistent. It was difficult to find a place that does good every time.

Very clean and prices are reasonable.I go here because the lady who I trust to do my pedicure works here.Im diabetic so I am very careful who I allow to do my pedicure.The entire staff is really friendly.

Supposed to get lashes done. Told to come at 1130- waited for 40min.. Other then that I tried to stay positive and the lady was nice and offered to do a touch up a week later when one side half of my lashes came off. Glad cus 250$ is not cheap for lashes.. I also loved how she offered to play whatever type of music I liked while doing my lashes! Especially when u lay there for 2 hours. Bitter sweet.

I got my nails here done once and it was awful. The nails were done awfully. They msde fun of the me. The nails are messed up and uneven. I would not recommend. They some how mess up painting them more than putting them on. Please dont go here.

Its a great salon, service was great and the nail work came out perfect. Ive never had anyone do my nails this well before. Paul did my nails and he did amazing....ask for Paul and u wont be disappointed.

Two weeks ago was my fourth or fifth time here, not my favorite nail salon but it’s a convenient to my home. Let’s start with the pedicure, I went in with clean feet. I hadn’t had a pedicure since April to save money. I walked out fine, but a week later I grew fungus all over my feet. Horrible! Painful! As for my manicure, went in clean no nails since April. Walked out with cuts and a bruised nail. I also witnessed one of the workers finish a pedicure and place the tools in a clean bag and seal it then place it back in her clean labeled drawer. Yuck!

This place is THE BEST. Paul is quick and always takes good care. Will be getting my nails done for my wedding here cant wait!

I love this place. They are always friendly and I have always left very happy with my nails.

I am giving one star only because the first few times I came here it was amazing. I first started coming for pedicures and they were great. I went today for a manicure and it will most likely be the last time. Not one of my nails is painted properly. Every single nail has a gap between the polish and my skin all around the nail. The girl that did my manicure (My or Mai which has another bad review) placed two thick coats that have still not dried. I was rushed out of my seat because more people arrived to get there nails done. She told me they were dry, but when I went to sign my bill I smudged one with the pen. I should have asked to have it fixed but I was already upset. Right before i paid my nails were sprayed with what I assume was hair spray to help them dry faster. It didnt. Now I have air bubbles on every nail. On top of everything the guy that took my payment told me that I couldnt come back if my nails chip because manicures dont last and that gel is better. I understand that money is made by the more people they can take in, but every customer deserves time and to not be rushed.

Liked the nails, not much the service. The guy who did my acrylics was too rough with the drill and burnt me once on one of my fingers. The nails themselves look awesome and had many compliments on them, but maybe he needs to be more sensitive or gentle with us. He also hurt me when doing my pedi. I hate the cleaning part of the pedi, but he was way too rough for my liking. I hear good things about Paul, so I might ask for him next time.

I love this place. I started going here just for nails & pedis & one day I was getting a pedi & I heard they did lashes too. I was driving all the way to Ventura from Oxnard to get a fill for my lashes so I decided to try & get a fill for my lashes there too. Lena is a AMAZING! I HAVE NEVER LOOKED BACK! Prices & customer service is OUTSTANDING! Come see yourself.

I will never return. Called to make an appt for manicure and pedicure. Got to appt and they obviously do not honor appts, if someone shows up they will take them and make you wait. Time for pedicure and the water was cold. I told them and they squirted drops of hot water, no difference. 25 min later they wanted to start my manicure and I refused. There was a child in a back room screaming for most of my appt. The lady who did my pedicure started rushing through it and was EXTREMELY ROUGH, almost made my toes bleed, that has never happened to me. I think she was upset because I refused manicure so she took it out on my feet!!

Absolutely love this place . I tried somewhere else, but was a huge mistake. The price maybe a lil heigh, but the work is so worth it.

Just left here...skin is all cut up, was an ok job on.the nails, overall not really happy for the price I paid. I paid half the price getting the full set with gel polish somewhere else.

Literally the worst pedicure I have EVER had....if you could even call it that. My feet hit the water for MAYBE two minutes. I didnt get a lotion or massage until AFTER I had to ask. I was so disappointed.
