Well where do I start I recently got a pedicure done and what was supposed to be relaxing and calming experience ended up being a horrible one. I had my appointment first thing in the morning with Mary it took her 20 minutes to do my pedicure and it was not even done correctly because I ended up with an infection on my two big toes. I even had to rush to urgent care to get it drained and was put on antibiotics. I will never be getting my nails done here again. and I’ve been a long time client since I was in high school, but not anymore.

Lilly is a true artist, my nails last a long time Brian is also excellent 👌👏

Got a regular mani and pedi. Service was pretty average, but the guy who started my manicure thought I had gel nails and then buzzed/buffed them off, without asking. I finally had to ask what the heck are you doing? And when I explained I didn’t have gel nails he was surprised and walked off. Of course my nails were ruined by then, but the lady who did my toes finished the manicure. Unfortunately another problem arose when it was time to pay. You get $3 off when you pay with cash so I had someone drop off money for me. One of the $20’s I gave them was ripped and said they wouldn’t take it, but I said that’s all I had. They took it to another person and she said she also wouldn’t take it, so they tried to give it back to me. I told them this all I had and so they started being rude to me. They then went somewhere to exchange it, where they of course they took it. So they gave me my change, but no recipe or apologies. Disappoint and I will not be going back there.

Called on Friday about an appointment on Saturday Morning. I called before the appointment to let them know we were going to be late and got the voicemail. No worries. I left a voicemail and continued driving to the Salon. Upon arrival to the salon Mary was walking back and forth staring us down as we gathered our belongings in the car… she didn’t look too pleased. We walked in and let them know we were here for our scheduled appointments. No one looked pleased that we were running late. I assumed they didn’t get my voicemail. I tell myself it’s fine and we just keep moving. We start off with Pedicures.. not very relaxing. Within 20 minutes I was done and moving onto a Dip Manicure at Mary’s Table. I show her what I was hoping to get.. she goes to the front counter and discusses it with who I’m assuming is the manager. She comes back to let me know it was going to be $15 extra for it. For a second I told her a French manicure will suffice but immediately decided to go with what I actually wanted. She wasn’t happy but she continued. Mary snatched my hand and started the process. Tips are halfway glued on, about 5 layers of dip topped with a layer of white dip (I’m not sure why), and worst of all my cuticles were ripped off afterwards! My cuticles were very dry and they were ripped off. They were bleeding on almost every finger. She started drilling away on the nails afterwards which also included drilling my already ripped off cuticles. They were bleed more now. She then goes to clean it up with a tiny piece of cotton and a chemical and was essentially digging into my torn apart and very very sensitive cuticles. At this point I can’t take it anymore and I voice my pain with “ouch!” …she said nothing. Next was the design, she made one stroke with the brush and she got up and started doing a pedicure with a different customer. Next… Lilly came to the rescue. She was AMAZING. So patient and so kind and she did an amazing job. I wish I could’ve started with her to begin with. Sadly I will not be returning to this salon and I will be ensuring my nails don’t get infected with the amount of damage done to them.

Been going for years now and ALWAYS have a great experience! Everyone is polite and welcoming, great prices and lots of choices for colors and acrylic powders! Anh has done my acrylics for 2+ years now and would 1000000% recommend!!!!

Make sure you get the total price before the services are rendered. Do not depend on posted prices. They charge $6 to take off regular polish. Never encountered this before because it has always been part of the pedicure price. Classic Manicure is posted as $16 cash and a deluxe pedicure is posted as $36 cash. Total is $52. I was charged $16 classic manicure, $37 pedicure, and $6 to remove my regular polish for a total of $59 cash. I gave the nail technician $70 tip included. Once my nails dried and I verified the posted price, I questioned the nail technician and that is when I was told $6 to remove polish, $16 for classic manicure, and $37 for deluxe pedicure. I was overcharged by $7. I understand that 2020 has been hard on everyone, but be upfront and honest with the price list. I will not go back.

Made an appointment here last minute told me to come in at 3:30pm I was getting a pedicure & a full set mani,Once I arrived it seemed like everyone was busy they told me to sit and wait.I didn’t get a pedicure until 4:30pm mind you I called ahead to avoid the waiting time.My pedicure came out good no complaints.They tell me my amount i end up paying & I was also getting a full set manicure & they end up telling me that I would have to wait another 30 min.I was really disappointed that I had to wait that long just to get a pedicure & I didn’t end up getting my full set. I find it very unprofessional to keep a customer waiting that long after they call to make an appointment.

Very clean,in compliance with covid-19, friendly staff. Definitely going back when I need new fills. Amy did an amazing job on my pedicure.

Love this place...Ive been going to them for 6 months now and my daughter 4 months. We both love their work. I go to Holly and my daughter with Lily.. They are freaken amazing artist and wonderful and kind atmosphere.. Ive never had any problems with my nails and we can go 3 weeks till our next refills...Prices are reasonable... Same as other nail salons...

I like this place because theres hardly any wait, but then I go during the week. They are also open every day even on Sundays.

Very nice nails, but unfortunately they don’t respect the price they tell you before you go. I just got a simple gel on my own nails (short nails). I asked and they said $22 but ended up charging me $27. Like I said, the lady who got my nails done did a good job, but I will not go back there.

Best nail salon in Ventura County! ...really the best nail salon I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a fair share of salons. I am now living in San Diego and will still hold off and drive back to my hometown just to get my nails done.I have now been to two salons in SD (and plenty in Ventura County) that have done terrible work. My acrylics will chip/break within the first week and already be ready for a fill by the second week. Granted, I am rough with my nails but when I come to Le’s they always last at least 3 weeks. Last month all my nails stayed in tact with the exception of one, which was my fault, for 4 weeks!I go to either Brian or Holly. Because of my hectic schedule, I never really know when I’ll be back in town but these two have always been so accommodating when I ask for a last minute appointment. They’ve always squeezed me in or came in early to make sure I get my fill :) & they both do awesome work!The salon is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Le’s O Nailsbecause they have a wide variety of polish colors, quality products, excellent service, and always stay up on new trends. They are also very reasonably priced, giving discounts if you pay with cash & provide a rewards program. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Mediocre service,but clean. My manicurist didnt ask what level of pedicure I wanted (I actually wanted a special callus removing treatment) and just proceeded to give me a standard pedicure without asking.

Worst nails i’ve ever had!!! she left black all over my blue nails!!! and there sharp lumpy i asked her to fix them and she said no i can’t do that and still charged me almost 100 something!!

I made an appointment with lily, I still had to wait 10-20 minutes. She did my nails with butterfly stickers and diamonds, two days later the butterflies some how melted away and had bubbles I messaged her about it and she said to go back so she can fix them. This lady had the audacity to put another set of butterflies over lapping the old ones that were already ruined!! She didn’t even try to fix them. Mind you I paid $93 dollars!! For her to be doing that, now that’s very unprofessional!

Brian has turned this place to the place to go! He has up to date gel polishes and glitters! He is always up to date on the new trends! Make sure to make appointment because Brian is usually booked. Also Holly is really good! I havent tried the other nail techs, as I can see the techs look like they know what they are doing and care about their customers. Place is always busy and fun to be at! Enjoy!

Went in with my friend, with an appointment. And they did not help her until my manicure was completely finished. We both ended up bored at some point. My manicurist talked trash about over customers to me, now I know that he probably talked trash about me to the next customer. My manicure took forever and my acrylics ended up chunky and bubbly.Over all, not a fantastic experience but not the worst either. If its all you got go for it.

This is my go to spot. Their service is great, and they really can do just about any nail design you want. They use quality products. The shop is busy so I would recommend calling ahead or making an appt. Brian does excellent nails, but so many other techs do as well. Paying with cash gets you a discount so recommend taking some in with you.

Ist time I ever went and last!! Honestly, the guy that did my pedicure did a good job but what he did not say is that its extra for cuticle remover?.. I had gel and and he did mention that its $6.00 more to remove gel.Other places I have gone do not charge extra but its okay.. I got the Deluxe pedicure for 33.00 because I paid cash. Otherwise. It wouldve ben 36.00 if you pay with a card.I expected to pay the 33.00 plus the 6.00 extra and of course I was going to give him a good tip. But guess what? When he gives me the total, it is 45.00!!! Im like for what? Are you including the tip or what? And he says for cuticle remover!! If I knew this I wouldve never gotten it done and wouldve gotten the regular pedicure!! Im so angry because of this!!

Very Busy, they always take walk in as well as appointments. They are doing their best to keep up with new nail trends like dips and different gel nail options. Pricey but good work

Terrible experience with a HELEN girl. I know my nails and I know what they need and Ive learned from past experiences, but she was treating me like I know nothing and totally ignored what I was asking her to do. I hate not having the guts to walk out.

Really loud atmosphere, lots of them just talking it was really annoying, youre supposed to enjoy yourself here ? No. They were basically hurrying us up which was very irritating. Also didnt enjoy the service it was very mediocre, very expensive not worth it. 2 of the pedicurist were basically making fun of us and laughing so basically HORRIBLE. DONT RECOMMEND. go somewhere where its your dollars worth. Not to mention it was just dirty there lots of random things lying around and their nasty attitudes.

Love the nails, but not the attitude. When I asked for a specific nail tech to do my nails, the man looked upset and with an attitude responded “we have other good nail technicians”. If you’re not a regular or do a walk in they take a while to acknowledge you and try to scare you with the wait time. Good nails, but bad attitudes!

Everyone in there are so sweet and they know how to do there job! This is the place to get your nails done.

They do not welcome nicely, one of them asked me I wanted to drink something and I asked to drink water but he never take the small cup of water to me. They showed to me the manualto choose the set $(1 2 3). They were hurrying me to choose the set to what I told them to wait because it was the first time that I was in that place and they immediately made fun. Seems like they had so much candy. Anyways, after I had the pedicure, I went to have a manicure performed and twice the lady hurt the skin near my nails because she was paying more attention to the great conversation she was having with her co-worker next to her. While my fingers were drying inside the UV nail light, she moved it in a brusque way instead of telling me that the time was up. Moreover, she was very discourteous as her co-worker next to her told me that it was my fault that a nail was ruined, sure. Three times they changed the grand total which was unethical. Besides, they charge you three dollars if you pay with a card, which is an exaggeration because in other places they do not exceed 50 cents, so this place is the exception. The service was awful, not worth it. The atmosphere is not the best, They speak with each other very loudly like in no other place I had visited. Speaking of customers, the medium where they obtain their profits is not agreeable.

I waited for more then half n hour and I was next when the people just walked in and wrote their name on the bored! They took them while I have been waiting forever and they said they had a appointment! They do nails beautiful but bad servic.

I have never been so pleased anywhere else with customer service! I was unhappy with what two of the techs there had done with my nails, I felt embarrassed going in a third time to them because I was unsatisfied with the end product, but I called anyway and was blown away with how well they handled everything and how accommodating they were despite them being short two techs! My girl Anh came through and my nails are poppin!! 💅🏼 And I am happy! Thanks so much Le’s for being understanding and going above and beyond for your customers ❤️

It was my mother day treat and luckily Lee the owner was very generous and gave us something to drink cuz it was a bit thirsty and a lot of people in there but my manicurist did not pay much attention to me which Im used to having them pay attention to me in Ventura so then I had to go get a massage at the corner of the block and now my mothers day was perfect

I had the worst experience there just the way the act they dont even welcome you, and on top of that they ask what do you want in way you will feel in a rush to pick what you want. And they ended saying thet theres wasnt time for me.I went back to my car and i said okay... let make an appointment for tomorrow, I went back and I try to make an appointment and she said okay when, what time, she didnt even wrote it down and she left... omg Im not going back, the worst costumer service I never had before amd I didnt even ge my nails done!!!

Honestly I’ve always came here to get my nails done and I never had a complaint but this time I went in I was supposed to get a pedi and a full set once I got the pedi I was only supposed to be charged $30 and ended up charging me $48... for what? Idk. It was a simple white pedi. I didn’t end up getting my full set cuz he did a horrible job and I wasn’t about to be ripped off for a horrible full set too.

Paid $6 to fix 2 broken nails, gel only. Instead of adding acrylic to the broken nail to be the same length as the rest they filed it down and now is way shorter than the rest. The other nail had a crack and he only added a top coat and the nail broke off the next day, plus the top coat chipped off as well. Never going here again!!

Love this place! Beautiful nails and pedicures. Employees are very friendly and unlike the majority of nail places, they dont talk over you in Vietnamese.

It is an OK place, if you want your nails done in a hurry. I have been going to this nail salon for a few years now. Customer service is not what is was! Now they rush through to get to their next tip!

Dont get waxed here!! The lady dipped the stick back into the wax multiple times while waxing my lip...using the same one instead of multiples. No gloves or washing hands while touching my face. This is unhygienic, only makes me imagine how nasty the wax is.

Was my first time in today, Moon did my pedi & Sebastian did my full set! I absolutely LOVED how my nails turned out!!! Not to mention the rest of the staff was so nice..Well definitely keep going back

My pedicure experience was really good. Tio (I believe that was his name) did a really good job . My nails experience was okay . The lady who did it was a little rude . Also the polish from my nails started chipping the da my after . Also it’s a little pricey . But over all the experience was okay .

I went in I was greeted from the second I walked in . Nini did a wonderful job on my nails.

Terrible experience, I dont know whether it was the fact that we went at 6 and it was late for them or the people at the salon were having a bad day, but it didnt excuse what my mom and I experienced there. First my nail lady never asked what shape I wanted and she made them boxy and clumpy, anf later on when we got home (after I had polished them to shape) the gel started to lift! Never in the time that Ive gotten my nails done had gel polish lifted, I think the top coat she used was too thin or the polish they got is water sensitive because this has never happened before. But my mom got the worst experience, her nail lady laughed when my mom asked for short rounded nails and tried to tell her that she bites her nails, she was rude to her and even cut my mom to the point she was bleeding and the nail lady didnt do anything to fix it. The only person they did a good job on was my sister, all of our nails was supposed to be $26 but they charged us $38 each. I guess its cheaper with cash but other nail places give you the option to use card, and if youre going to steal peoples money then out you want cash on your board that says how much something costs so people dont think theyre paying one thing when really they will charge more for the use of a card! I guess its called Les O Nails because yonu get less than what you pay for. I will definitely be going to my normal nail salon to have these monstrosities removed.

I came here a about 2 weeks ago at night. The next morning I woke up with SWOLLEN red itchy and burning fingers. I went back to show them and they said to soak in alcohol and peroxide and if that didn’t work they’d refund me. Well I texted Brian letting him know it didn’t work and he never responded.. so I had to go back with my baby again to show him they were more red and swollen and very painful. They pretty much begged me to use a USED perscription itching cream they swore repeatedly wasn’t a fungal cream. I declined because I didn’t feel comfortable using someone’s used prescription. I took a picture and googled the name Triamcinolone acetonide which was the cream they kept insisting I put on my fingers and it’s a cream used for YEAST INFECTIONS!!!!!! I texted Brian letting him know I knew he lied about it not being a fungal infection cream and he read the message and never responded. I have been going to this salon for years and will never ever be returning and I’ll be sure to always let people know what a disgusting experience I had there. They did refund me after I was on the verge of tears from my pain with no resolution but that didn’t changed the fact that I had an infection they tried curing with used vaginal cream. If someone can let me know how to upload pictures with my review I’ll gladly show my fingers along with a picture of the cream and the screenshots of Brian ignoring me repeatedly!

This is the nail place i come to.. i have had several nail tchs do my mani/ pedis as i felt they were all good and have Been good until today i had two new nail techs that had never done my nails .. well just to get straight to point they did not do my mani nor my pedi well.. my nails shape is ugly, edges are crooked, nail polish applied sloppy... very dissapointed.. i will continue going there but i will be picky on who will be doing my nails from now on!
