Great experience! Got the Nu Skin Pedicure and it was so relaxing! I got a warm rice bag to soothe my neck, leg scrub, hot stone leg massage, paraffin dip for feet, leg massage with moisturizer. Tony spent a good amount of time on the service, not rushed. It was the self care experience this girl needed. Not a fancy shop, but the service and experience was healing and lovely. Recommend!

I came in for a pedicure and acrylic nails the nail texh doing my nails was talking to me about designs costing 2 for 5 so I decided to get 4 of my nails designed with diamonds I also mentioned I didn’t want long nails because of the job I have when it was my time to pay my nails where 110 dollars it was to my understanding I was paying for gel acrylic nails and 4 designs I ended up getting charged way more than he made it seem the cost will be I don’t mind spending 100 dollars on nails if that was the case I would have gotten them longer and different! Ask for pricing before starting.

Great customer service and a wonderful atmosphere very good work I love the way my nails look and also when I do pedicures they really take their time and make you feel relaxed like youre at the spa have recommended family and friends and will continue to do so!

My daughter and I went to get our nails done. Tony was really good doing my nails. He took time to do my nails. The nail tech for my daughter did a horrible job. Nails were bumpy. Not satisfied with hers.

Nails where fast and cheap,but really thick.

I went on Saturday when I enter it look nice and they attend me very fast the only thing that I didnt like was the lady that was doing my nails keep on chatting with the workers instead of looking at what she was doing at the end she finish pretty fast the diamonds were not the same ones and she put them very bad and already about an hour they were falling and also she left me bumps I would never go back

Was ok, but upon checking when I got home, I noticed my nails were uneven. Even small details is very expensive.

So I went and got my nails done here and the woman that did them was absolutely wonderful. I am very particular about my nails and I let her know everything I wanted and she was an absolute delight about it. She even did such a good job that she wanted to take pictures of them. Plus everyone was so friendly. (I was coming from out of town on short notice. So I called and they were able to squeeze me in quickly as I only had a few hours to spare.) They are now the only nail salon I will be going to when I visit Ventura. Thank you to the LV Nails & spa family 🙏.

Highly recommend! Tonight was my first time and had an amazing experience! I got a mani/pedi. when I walked in they required me to sanitized my hands and did a temperature check. I didn’t have to wait because I was the only customer there. The inside was very clean- well decorated and had relaxing music. They have all the precautionary plexi-glass and clear curtains between the pedicure stations due to Covid but it wasnt over whelming. I got the gel manicure and the deluxe pedi treatment and also added the callus removal which I never had done like they did! They used a dremmel and it looked scary at first but it didn’t hurt at all- it was quick and satisfying to see all the dead skin come off. Both ladies did a great job, were so gentle and didn’t rush through it. I was so relaxed in there I didn’t want to leave!

It was Great, the staff is very professional and they do a wonderful job. It is a family owned and operated nail salon, they will take their time and they are perfectionist. I will definitely ho back and recommend this place.

I am visiting from out of town and I got a standard manicure and a higher level pedicure thay included paraffin and a scent of my choice. Incredible! Everyone was very friendly and polite. One technician did my manicure while I sat in the chair and had my pedicure done. I definitely got the pampering I was hoping for. I will definitely be coming back whenever I am back in town for work.

Kathy does outstanding at her work. She’s a perfectionist. This place is good for basic nails and pedicures only but not for designs or custom nails.

From out of town and walked in. Had excellent customer service. Theo very good and friendly. When I am back at Point MuGu I will definitely return to this shop. Had manicure and pedicure. Love the dipped nail effect.

Kathy and Anna did a wonderful job. I showed then a pinterest photo of tropical nail design and they nailed it🤗. The leg and foot message Anna gave me was so comforting, all I could do is sit back and relax😊. Kathy communicated what I wanted to Anna and just worked very well as a team. Hopefully Anna does not take this the wrong way, but Kathy does a better job with design. Either way they both did great.Will recommend this nail place to nail design enthusiasts as it is hard for nail shops to actually design what you show them.Note: there is parking in the rear in case Little Cesars customers are occupying the front lot.

Place has definitely gone down with the new management. Took my daughter for a full set yesterday, she was complaining about not liking the outcome. She called explained and was given an appt. Once there she was given the run around and told it would cost $40 to fix. Thats not even what we paid for the original set! Proper customer service would have worked with the customer to fix the problem. Maybe not a new full set but at least attempted to smooth the edges and bumps and apply the polish correctly.Well be looking for a new salon.

I used to go there couple years ago & didnt like the job they did . So stoped going & i recently wanted to give them another try !! I went & i wasnt happy at all with my nail job ! Reaaaly bad. Nails werent filed good, they were so thick the way he painted the nails looked horrible i was so upset, they guy that was doing them was just hurring up to do them . Hurt my nails he was filing them way to hard.my nails were sore the couple daays after that!! ! Never going there again!!!
