I absolutely love the level of care and customer service that you receive from the people that run this family owned establishment. I came here as a first time customer from Batesville because I had a pretty bad experience with the nail salons there and I was blown away by the difference. Id gotten a pedicure 2 weeks before and noticed that they didnt really trim my nails down or get any of the dead skin off of my feet.When I arrived to this location Mrs. Claudia worked a miracles on my feet! I could not believe how much attention my feet needed! I literally left feeling like I had new feet so I highly recommend Claudia for pedicures. Since she did such a good job I asked Me Lena to do my color dip and I absolutely love the time and effort she puts into making sure the dip looks just right.I decided to get the color changing dip and Im in love! I think from now on Im going to have to do a variation of color changing it because it really looks like an ombre effect and is so beautiful!!

Was very disappointed when I first went in and the lady started on my nails but they continued to ask if everything was okay and once the service was complete I was more than pleased and satisfied with me and my daughter nails……

Good service. Called 30 before walk in and they took me right away. The older gentleman who did my nails was awesome and took his time to make them perfect. Only issue is that they used cheap black polish on me and it turned out more grey and see through. If they had used the better polish brand they had it would have been a 5 star

Always, always book your appointment!! That way you wont be upset when they cant get you as a walk in!! My first experience was awesome, they are family oriented business and they make you feel like family! My nails and feet are always beautiful when I leave there!! If youre not sure on what color get bubble bath!! 😘 youre welcome!!

This place is a RIP OFF!! I went here today and paid for the deluxe pedicure ($50). It was the worst pedicure I have ever had. The service only took 15 minute total. If I am paying $50 for a relaxing service, it should take longer than 15 minutes. What a waste of money!!

Im not sure why this place has such high ratings! Please see the pictures of what I asked for and what I received. Also, while me a manicure, someone with an appointment came in and they stopped my nails to do theirs. Since I was dissatisfied with my nails, I made an appointment with them the next day at 10am. Guess what? They made me wait 30 min until they finished with their current client! I walked out. Do not recommend and am very happy with service and wasted so much money. Im going to spendp money now going to another nail salon to get them fixed.

Lacy was so nice and did a wonderful job! She was super easy to talk to and always asked to make sure everything was going okay. 15/10 would definitely visit her again.

I was in town for my nephews graduation and I decided to get full set fill in. The place was clean and I didnt have to wait long but when the man told me to pick my color and I asked how much would it cost. The price was higher like extra $10 and wanting a tip. The other issue is the lady that did my nails chipped to much of skin on the small fingers and put too much of oil/ solution the finish is un even.

I really ENJOYED the Very Pleasant Attitude I received at Nail E. It had been about a year since I have had my nails done due the services received at pronails..HOWEVER, I felt nothing Short of Superb customer services. I would Definitely recommend

Super nice staff! Im from out of town and they were telling me all kinds of good places to eat and even told me to call the salon anytime I needed local advice or help. Now on to the nails! They did a GREAT job! My nails arent thick and bulky theyre thin and look natural plus the shape is perfect! Next time Im in town Ill for sure come back here!

The worst experience and powder nails I’ve ever had

Nail E is a family own business in Oxford which makes you feel as if you are becoming a member of the family. From the time you enter the door, you are graciously greeted and catered to. I would 100% Nail E to anyone in the Oxford/Lafayette area. They honestly never disappoint and take pride in their work!
