A very family oriented establishment. Their skills are above and beyond. The ease in which they perform these skills, puts you in a very comfortable setting. My Mom Brenda loved this establishment, and so do I!! Thank you Nails Art 5!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Place is old and outdated. Terrible customer service. No one greeted me when I entered. Or offered the color wheel of polishes to choose from while I waited. 2 ladies came in after me, separately. And both have been seated before me. After 30 mins of just sitting, I decided to just leave and find somewhere else in the area.

I love this nail shop. I’ve been going for a couple of years. Friendly and super clean. I’ve had to use them in the past to fix work from other nail salons. They do an amazing job on kids also.

Terrible quality nail polish literally came off The same day on my 2 daughters and they charged me 25$ for each all they did was color their nails doesn’t even looked like they clipped them smh dont go there I wouldn’t recommend at All.!!!!!

The staff is friendly and very welcoming.The Salon is spotless.Every time I had an appointment,I was seated immediately.My tech is Helen.Ive been with her for 8 years,starting at a different location.

The next day my nails are a mess I’m so mad I spent 35 dollars on them . Next time I’m going somewhere else . If they had negative I would give them a -10000000000000000000000000000000000000

1st time here and I was welcomed greatly. The staff is cool. I didnt feel like I was forced out like the last place I went. They werent rude to me when I walked in pleasantly. I will be coming back often as needed.

This place is outdated and unsanitary, staff is unprofessional, ill-prepared, Ive currently frequent this business before Common after arriving today to get a pedicure the nail technician cut my skin, never apologize only question why was saying ouch, this business has poor business ethics once I was in the chair they informed me that they would not be doing a design on my toes since I did not like the design last time, asked them do you pay for what you dont like and arentyou allowed to ask for a different design, theyre very demeaning and nasty t, most manicures who are not skilled at designing would simply do one toe and ask for your approval, I seriously doubt if any of the technicians are board certified this place needs to be shut down, and I do believe that the health department needs to pay them a visit, Reisterstown Community please do not patronize this establishment as they have no respect for people in our community and I rate this place a negative one

The staff was nice during the entire experience. The nails were messy, and i had to use a tiny air conditioning fan instead of one of those machines and no one was even at them

I started going to this salon in the beginning of the summer dealt with multiple technicians that were very respectful and polite. Immy experience this time I could not say the same. The nail technician I had was an older gentleman, I initially asked for a pedicure and maicure, left only with a horrible pedicure. The technician argued with because I advised him that I didn’t want him to scrap the bottom of my feet with the metal callous remover. The got upset after telling me he does not use pumice stone on his customer and that I shouldn’t ask for him again. The technician very rude and insisted on arguing with me until I decided to say screw the mani paid for my pedicure and left. Horrible service, the entire facility is poorly ran and operated. I will never spend my money there again.

I would give it 0 stars if I could, 1 of my nails came off after 2 days, the nails were messy, they made me bleed, they were crooked, horrible costumer service, me and my friend waited 2 hours to get our nails done, they didn’t let me pick my color until I asked 3 times, me and friend tried to ask a question but one them yelled at us and proceeded to tell us to sit down and wait but we’ve been waiting for 2 hours and we had a appointment but they let other people take our spot, and we had to sit there until 9:00 pm and they knew we had to walk home .

Easy to get a mani and pedi appointment on Sunday. They did a nice job!

Wasnt satisfied with the final look. Had my nails and toes done.

So I have been coming to this salon since 1997. Recently Lucy the salon owner and manager has sold the business. The new manager is the most unprofessional person. I have seen Tina for years. Now every time I come in she is suppose to be all booked up because he wants you to use the new young girl that sits next to him. I travel over an hour to see Tina. So yesterday I came in to get my 14 teen daughter eye brows done. Which takes 5 min and when I get refuse to use tge new girl for services. The manager says in aloud rude demanding tone Tina is busy all day you have to come back. So I told him I would wait because the norm in this salon is to take waxing in between clients. After sitting there for about 15 min he says oh very good news she has time for you. Im not a complaining person I have never done a rewiews before. But this is the 4th time this man has been rude to me and Im over it. I come to the business not for you I come for tge woman that has done my nails for over a decade. The place has gone down hill dirty everyone seems scared of this guy. You may treat woman in your country thus way but here in American I will tell you to kiss my ass. Thanks for letting me vent.

I used to like this place but it appears as if they had some employee turnover. If you cant get the owner to do your nails maybe you should try another establishment.

Cheap prices result in cheap work, unfortunately. My acrylics are far from straight, they didnt bother to remove all of the nail polish that was already on my fingers, and the tech was just plain RUDE.I wouldnt go back if the work was FREE

Poor service yesterday I went with my two daughters and the man who did my oldest daughter Acrylic he cut a lot her Fingers, We will not go back there.Now I am concerned
