I asked for coffin cut, but all my nails different shapes and sizes. My first time going here & WILL NOT be return. POOR JOB!

Nope don’t risk it. It will be a waste of your money. They started out good but now. They don’t even disinfect after customer use. I asked if they could and she did not even have disinfectant. Really have they heard of Covid. IM DONE.

Decided to visit this nail salon for the first time and was not satisfied with my nails at all. My nails were all different lengths, lumps all over and I’m not sure what the shape was. The nail tech tried to charge me $70 for my nails. I asked for a manager and explained that my nails were horrible, she said that she could see and offered to fix them for me and I declined. I’ll never go back. She then comped my nails.I’m not sure if the tech was new or if he was even licensed. The pics below are from the same day that I got my nails done

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! MY Daughter and I will never support this business again Completely disrespectful and Unprofessional! Rude staff and not one person including Ben the nail tech and 2 other females sitting on each side of him knew anything about shaping overlay or gel manicures! DO NOT GO HERE unless you don’t mind looking like a freaking mess! What a nightmare! Wasted our time!

This place is considered an upscaled nail spa. The decor is what you may see in a Hollywood movie. The customer service needs some improvement. I have seen some temper tantrums by 2 of the technicians, I have seen noise picking by one of the male nail techs who did not wash his hands afterwards. and they cant keep a receptionist. Several months after this place opened, business was booming. Business has slowed down considerably.

I usually don’t write reviews. But I’ve been to this salon more than 5 times and I always bring people with me. How will they know if no one speaks up. The products they use is good quality. However some of the staff has no customer service skills. If it’s a service one technician doesn’t know how to do (like designs or the dipping method) then just say that. Don’t try to talk your customers into getting something else. That’s how you lose customers. And this has happened on at least 3 occasions. I figured I would give them 1 more try but that’s it.

NEVER GO THIS NAIL SALON!! HORRIBLE NO IDEA HOW TO DO NAILS!! NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! MY DAUGHTER WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!

After 5 days nails chipping... lumpy uneven coverage... edges not painted. Please only use licensed technicians. The location is beautiful and everyone was pleasant. I also bought the extended massage pedi and didnt receive anything of the sort. I shouldnt have to say anything to get what I paid for and if you dont they wont do what they are supposed to

This is THE place to get your nails done! Beautiful Salon that is very clean and trendy. I go religiously to see Jack! Very poor customer service! Go anywhere in Owings Mills just don’t go here you would be supporting a business who doesn’t care about the community or the people knowingly over charges for the same service you can get anywhere and doesn’t do a good job at that! Worse nail salon ever! First and last time going here! Fire the staff and start over!!

Nail techs do great work, I would just appreciate it if they didn’t speak in their language followed by hysterical laughing, around customers. I would ask questions, they would laugh, then speak in their language before even answering me. It just made me feel uncomfortable, considering they did it after each time I asked a question about trying something new for my nails. I won’t be returning

I think if you are going to charge heavy them do your job correct. I had to tell her to take off cuticle, file down, and clean the polish from around the nail. I left and i have nail polish all over my hands, cuticle around some nails. She was rushing the entire time

The salon is nice and clean and they are nail stylists are nice and I have patronized them for months now. However, they have a lot of turn over so when you get used to a nail stylist they leave. My last manicure was horrendous and there was gel all on the side of my nail. I am willing to overlook these things as they are willing to correct the issues when I have them. I scheduled an appointment and when I showed up the person I scheduled my appointment with had a client at the same time. The salon advised that I should have texted the nail stylist first. Well that should not be my responsibility and the lady who took my appointment should have said so. The manicure is $50 and it should be the salons responsibility to know when their people are working and schedule accordingly. The receptionist asked that I wait 30 minutes but I had other plans. There are many nail salons in the area that do just as good as they do without you having to do the administrative work. I will not be back.

I got a spa pedicure and a gel fill-in yesterday by Helen. Horrible experience and overpriced.1) My pedicure looks TERRIBLE. She rushed it and kept stopping to have sideline conversation and make jokes with her co-workers. The paint job looks horrible and I had to clean up and clip my own nails when I got home. It already looks two weeks old and I just got it YESTERDAY. $45 for this service.2) I asked to get a fill in with gel polish and have my nails cut down a small bit to their original length. It was like 3 weeks of growth so less than a 1/4th of a centimeter was cut. For one, they were out of the polish that I got on my toes in gel but we didnt find that out until she started to paint my hands so I had to pick a different color and I just went with white because I didnt feel like going through all the colors and she was anxious to finish anyway. She never pushed my cuticles back or cleaned them up so I did it when I got home and now I need another fill AGAIN because theres a weeks worth of growth beneath the cuticle and now my nails look old. Not to mention the gel polish they used is cheap and terrible and the polish on my whole entire left thumb has lifted and peeled. They charged me $40 for the fill in - which is INSANE, but okay - and another $5 for cutting them down. So $45 for a mediocre fill in and a horrible polish job.3) I get to check out and they overcharged me $5 on this already overpriced and rushed $90 service and the woman at the front offered to refund it rering it for the correct price but I was frustrated and disappointed and I just wanted to leave so I paid the $95 and left.Absolute worst experience of my life. Ill never go here again. Helen is a terrible nail tech.I want to add pictures, so if Google lets me, I will. Absolutely terrible job.

I have been going to Village Nail Spa since it opened. It’s very clean and the staff is friendly. They do well with COVID guidelines (taking temperatures and spacing clients apart). When you go, you have to ask for Jack! He’s the best! He’s been doing my nails for several months now, and he’s easy to book with and he’s always on time for appointments. Jack is fun to chat with and extremely creative. Sometimes I don’t even have an idea of what I want done and I just leave it up to him. He’s expert at shaping too, my nails are always flawless and I get tons of compliments.

The Village Nail Bar is one of the best in the area! Tim is my nail technician and he is the absolute best! He’s very professional, punctual, & talented. I always get compliments on my nails when he does them. When it comes to pedicures he does an excellent job; he doesn’t rush and he pays close attention to detail. If you haven’t tried this nail salon, then you are missing out!

Recently moved to area, and I am a stickler about my nails and pedicures. Tim has been absolutely amazing. He has done my pedicure and nails and I am always satisfied. Happy I found him. Kelly does an amazing job with my eyebrows always. Definitely the place to be.

I followed Tim from another nail salon. He is amazing! His attention to detail is impeccable! He is very pleasant and always does his best to make sure you get the appointment you desire. I sat for an hour with acetone cotton balls on my toes, even though I only had regular polish that needed removing. Then they never came back. So I left with my polish messed up, no pedicure and no one who cared. It was ridiculous and unprofessional. Awful experience.

The decor is really nice and the lady that did my pedicure was nice as well, however I got a spa deluxe pedicure and gel nail polish. My issues came in with the gel and nail cutting and trimming. She cut two of my toe nails crooked. The pinky nails are atrocious and sharp on the ends from cutting and not filing. The gel polish doesnt meet the sides of the nail beds on most nails. And on two nails the gel polish ran down to my cuticle and was cured in place. I didnt realize until I got home and took my shoes off how truly bad it was. I am not a harsh critic at all and I know how hard working people in nail salons are. I just wanted to try an new place for my birthday pedicure but I will be going back to my regular salon. Im going to literally have to go and pay again to have my pedicure done somewhere else. Disappointed on my bday pedi.

Love my visits to Village Nail Spa. Large clean space and friendly staff. But what I love most is my time spent with Jack. When I leave my nails and toes look impeccable, and I feel refreshed. Great conversation and great service!

This place is horrible! If you like crooked and lumpy nails with no polish on the sides then this is your place. I had to guide my tech the whole way on what not to do! Never again

The nail tech, Nancy, did not clean the tools effectively and cut too close on my toes and gave me an infected toe nail. I had to go to the doctors and have been prescribed antibiotics. Nancy was very combative about fixing the issue and refused to give a refund. The owner, John Pham, only offered me 50% off of my next visit. He then told me to put neosporin on the area even though it was at the quick of my nails. Do not go to this nail spa. I spent over $130 for a mani pedi and a few days later ended up in the doctors office for trouble walking due to infected toes.

*Not sanitary, false advertising, & poor service*I went to try the Deluxe Spa Pedicure ($70) - dont do that.They advertise using new disposable jets but they actually use the reusable ones. [ See the pedicure menu for a comparison they advertise but dont actually use.] The pedicure menus are reused and visibly unclean. The sign in & receipt signing pens are reused and not wiped.I havent been out since the start of the pandemic so I wanted to safely treat myself and relax. The nail tech didnt know how to do that service (They are new-ish & opened during the pandemic but thats no excuse). No dry soap flower soak til the last 5 mins of having water in the tub. When I asked about it he said yeah thats after. The clay mask was discolored and tough/dry. He had a tough time running in on my legs. The extended massage was short and consisted of him punching my legs for a few minutes.

So good! Very quick and did my design accurately when I showed a pic of what I wanted. Definitely recommend!

I recently visited The Village nail spa. Although the staff was very friendly, the service was not as expected. I asked for a fairly complicated full set as I wanted several shades of colors however, the shaping and overall quality wasn’t there. Immediately after my visit I had to have them removed an redone elsewhere as Iwas very unhappy with the outcome.

Today I got a fill in on my tips and they came out pretty but they were so thin. I had an appointment for 3:00 and ended up having to wait almost an half an hour to be serviced.
