Today was my first appointment. I was running a couple of minutes late, but she was very accommodating. Katrina really took her time, and she is very meticulous with her work.She keeps everything clean, and sanitary. I also love that my look is customized to my liking. I look forward to coming back. She is super personable. Very welcoming atmosphere. I will be back!

This review is 5 plus years overdue. From my first interaction with Katrina to last Saturdays interaction with Katrina she has remained the same. She takes her time. She makes sure you are happy with your service. You never feel rushed. Katrina has done my nails, my eyebrows and my makeup. Katrina is a jack of all trades in her industry. Shes talented, professional, innovative, VERY CLEAN and creative. Did I say clean? You get what you pay for and Ive never left unhappy. Dont sacrifice quality for quantity. Get into KTG nails! I ordered some nails following the salon mandated closures due to COVID19. I went on the website and placed my order with the only special instructions to “make some black matte....Other then that you have free reign”. WELL DID SHE DELIVER! They took a couple days to design and when she sent me the final pictures, boy was I excited! Then it seemed like I got them overnight and the pictures she sent didn’t do them justice! She sent EVERYTHING you need to place the nails - be it for a day or for weeks. She also sent clear instructions. You need not worry about purchasing anything additional just sit down with clean unpolished nails and in 10 minutes you can have yourself a custom set of nails for the evening, for the weekend, or for up to 3 weeks (I’m gonna keep them on as long as I can). They are AMAZING and I will be buying more

I love Katrina!! Ive been following Katrina on social media for years before I even received services from her, so she was already my friend in my head(joke). When the pandemic happened I decided to take a break from my usual long acrylic nails and do the natural route. Katrina is friendly (without being a pushover), personable, and down to earth. Also her playlists rock!Any vision I have she definitely knocks it out of the park! She DOES NOT duplicate or copy someone elses work, however she will use key elements and make it her own. Some may say she is pricey and thats ok. However you get what you pay for. Her work and the quality speaks for itself, my nails last a month! No peeling or lifting of polish or paint. I can not say that about any other nail tech Ive ever used. She takes her time and I never feel rushed.Her sanitary standards and hygiene practices during this time have definitely been more than sufficient.My only complaint is that I wish she did pedis. :-)

Absolutely amazing! Katrina microbladed my brows and I couldn’t be happier with the result.As I did my research on microblading, I realized the importance of choosing a real “artist”. Sure, lots of spas are offering it and there seem to be lots of choices but this is your face! The skill and talent of person doing the microblading really matters. Katrina is a true artist.
