I wont go back. My last visit now 2 wks ago. Instead of saying you were eww too busy even turning me away. You started by letting my feet soak and the pedicure okay but not like it use to be. Then you wanted my toes to dry before starting my full set. No you were buying time. So finally after I say something you tell me Im next but someone else just sat down after me. The whole experience was awful. I understand prices have increased since pandemic. But I paid $100 which is way more than it was worth. Especially since not even 1 week later my nail popped off. I had to glue nail on I was at work. I dont do anything different and that acrylic nail popped off like a Lee press on. 😳. I made up at that moment I would NEVER come back not even for a repair. And now this morning another nail popped like a press on. If you gonna charge more then use quality products. I HAVE NEVER IN ALL MY YEARS OF GETTING NAILS DONE A FULL SET FILL IN HAD NAILS POP OFF COMPLETELY LIKE THIS. I WILL FIND A NEW SPOT. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. So the nail tech Tina was pleasant.But the quality of work was not good. This place up charges $5-$10 more then other places I’m the area. But the quality isn’t very good.They were out of 2 of the top colors I was initially interested in.The technician had polish all on my skin.I informed her that I didn’t want her to use Nippers and she still attempted to use them anyways.This place isn’t clean as far as supplies goes. I noticed they reuse manicure brushes amongst other tools.I could go on, overall the experience was not great. I will not be going back.

Lilliana was great! My pedi was so comforting and smooth. She was very through, but gentle at the same time. Definitely will see her again! Thank you!

First of all, Everytime Iv made my nails there it hurt, it’s the closest to me so I kept going back.Secondly, they do not respect your time, I made an appointment, got there right on time and they had given my slot to someone else without calling to confirm if I’d be coming in.Lastly, they put way too much powder on your nails, it takes forever to dissolve because the nails are too thick. 2/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

My friend and I came here on a whim, and as I was getting my pedicure I looked at the reviews. I’m not sure why there are so many negative ones. Everyone I talked to was friendly, and my friend and I both got the “Milk and Honey” pedicures which were very nice and lasted about 30 minutes. We both also got SNS dip powder manicures which turned out nicely. I’d come back here again. Kevin was very nice!

Ask for Lucy she is an awesome technician.The shop was clean and organized.

Horrible job. The lady did an extremely poor job. Then, to add insult to injury, they talk about people in their face using their language. My nails are terrible. I just got a basic manicure. Then she put this cheap lotion on my hand. They were so busy laughing at people, my nails were messy. I wont be coming back.

Ask for Tammy. She is efficient and friendly. She will make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for! If you had a bad visit in the past, try again with Tammy. She is the best!

This is the worst nail shop I have ever been to. The man that did my nails would not listen to anything I tried to tell him while he was doing my nails. He kept interrupting me, saying he knows what I want. When I told him I was not happy with the finished product, he became very upset. Cursing and acting as if he wanted to fight me. Another male technician came over and tried to calm him down and proceeded to try and make my nails look presentable. I had been there for a very long time and had an event to go to. So I had to accept them the way they were. I would not recommend anyone spending their time or money with this place.

The worse nail salon I have ever been to. The employees are rude and disrespectful. They rarely speak to customers but talk amongst themselves. On the occasion, I went my technician actually cut my finger and scraped several fingers with the mechanic nail file because she was handling it recklessly. Instead of asking me if I was okay she wiped away the blood with her finger and proceeded to continue. She expected full payment and offered no discount what so ever. I would not recommend this nail salon to my enemies. I would recommend ANY other salon.

Horrible and rude customer service and they go by Nail Trix. They are incompetent and provide rushed, inconsistent service. When I asked for a specific nail shape and for my nails to look uniform, the nail tech acted as if he didnt know what I was talking about(he played dumb and did what he wanted with my nails). I have tried to give this place a chance and they have consistently failed me. I will not be returning and I highly recommend that you stay far away from this place.

The first time I went it was a nice experience but the second time! Lawd have mercy! DO NOT LET THE GUY DO ANY SERVICE FOR YOU! He was very rude being on his tablet while making me wait (he didnt even greet me) then he would snatch my hands when he was ready, smelled like smoke, he tried to rush my paint job, messed it up and blamed it on me so he could get back on his tablet. I asked him did he want someone else to do it and he got upset after he was done he yelled and told me to get out. Ive never been disrespected in a nail shop and I didnt do anything. One lady helped me and said he was upset but I did not care I was beyond pissed! She said come see her but I will not be going there again!

This place is FILTHY! They have roaches! There literally was a roach crawling on my pedicure chair! This place needs to be shut down immediately! Do not come here and do not waste your money! This should not be called a Nail Trix it does not even REMOTELY meet the standards of a Nail Trix! I will be going home and immediately throw my clothes in the washing machine and jump in the shower! When I told the nail tech that I saw a roach she looked at me and said oh. What?! Im mad I wasted $22 here. The pedicure bowls look like they havent been washed in yearsssss! The windows are dirty, chairs are stained, smells like mildew and mold from the old musty towels. Im so disgusted! I will never neverrrr ever come back here again! Please stay away!!!!!!!! Oh and my pedicure looks like a 12 year old did it! I wish I could give zero stars! I really want to call the health inspector on this place!!

Ok, maybe this review will disclose the owner of this business, because when I asked for the name? The answer is there is no owner! When I repeated this ridiculous response, the answer, he is not at liberty to disclose that information. Even when someone is hurt? No.Well, I believe this is public knowledge.Lets be clear, the only reason I patronize this establishment is because of my nail technician. I followed her here from a previous location. The maintenance of this business is subpar, and quite frankly its dirty. After todays experience, I will not be returning to this business.When I was seated to start my services, my left lower leg was burnt on the faucet. Well, one of the other technicians (I was told his name was Kevin) thought it was the funniest thing, he laughed so hard that it was almost uncontrollable. I wanted to know what he found to be so funny and he could not answer me or stop laughing. Needless to say, I left without any first aid or at least an apology! Very disappointed and surprised at the lack of empathy.I will continue to do my research to discover this owner and a lawyer. They go by Nail Trix at the Valley shopping center. Very rude. Would ignore me when asking questions eventho they knew some English. Were yelling across shop to each other in foreign language. Very unprofessional. My jem-stones fell off the same day

Very rude incompetent asses. I paid to get my nails done on saturday and by sunday 2 nails fell off and the gel polish peeling off. Went back and they are going to tell me its my fault. Very rude. Dont waste ur time or money

Awful service. Awful people that work here. Acrylic nails looked lopsided so i constantly asked for them to be adjusted.Employees treated me like a moron when i said my nail messed up. Like some polish got scraped when i put on my coat, and i asked for it to be fixed. She put one coat on and after sitting fir 20 mins, it was still messed up. So i told her again, and she said wait a full 20 mins as she put on another coat, like i left the store before it dried, which i didnt. I wait because idk maybe magic is gonna happen and this gap where polish literally scraped off will look smooth. It doesnt so i tell her its still messed up and she looks at me like are you serious then some other lady working here says dont fix it because i keep leaving the store, ive been in this shop for a good 2 1/2 hours since arrival straight. So she tries to out on one more coat and i ask if she can just do that one over because it has like 7 coats of polish on it!! My nail is looking THICK. And she looks at me like im crazy. She does it any way but instead of two coats if polish and a clear coat, she does one coat. Worst service i have ever had ANYWHERE.If the ask you to pay before youre done, dont do it. Literally go ANYWHERE but here.

Too rushed an experience. Pedicure was just okay. While there, 3 others complained about being rushed, sloppy work, and miscommunication. Impersonal, like a cattle call.
