Losing a bit of their customer service lots of new techs. When you have a great tech thats doing a good job the receptionist or an older lady with glasses comes to.stand over them.Trinity and Yvonne were excellent now gone to.Florida. Dam is excellent. There are also some techs I do not care for heavy guy right behind the polish area and another Yvonne. I do not like their work. The spas sanitizing is excellent. Still a fabulous very clean salon upscale they are my favorite but they have to get back to top notch service

I used to love this salon. I would always go to Ivy, the salon was punctual, clean, and friendly. 3 days ago, they called me to let me know that Ivy was no longer working at the salon, which was odd. I still needed my nails done so I kept my 12pm appointment. I did not get seen until 1:01pm???? I’ve never had a bad experience at this salon until now and I always go on Saturdays. I’m not sure what happened from the time I was here last (3 weeks ago) to now, but there has been an exponential decline.

This is my favorite nail salons. Jay is the only one that I like to do my nails. The quality of his work is top tier and my designs always look amazing! He can do any shape for your nails and he actually takes his time while doing them. He’s the best. Some people say that it is pricey but it is well worth it. I get gel acrylics and I can go a full 3 weeks before I even need a fill-in. The salon itself is very clean and the ambiance is so relaxing. No TVs, just nice calming spa like music. I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! We had reservations, received confirmation texts, and were greeted warmly on the day of our appt. The pedicure deluxe was a bit pricey just for an extra warm towel on the legs; however, the pedicure was flawless. Vincent was meticulous and very detail oriented. He was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Thank you, will absolutely use this salon again!!

Im essentially a newbie when it comes to getting your nails regularly done. This was my first salon experience in 10+ years. A couple girlfriends & I decided to make an appointment here before our trip a month ago. I got a SNS dipping powder manicure & a gel pedicure. My nail tech was nice, she did an okay job. It wasnt spectacular, but I was willing to come back and give this place another try.Well, Id been trying for multiple days, for a couple weeks now to simply call in and make an appointment over the phone. The line will either ring until you get sent to a full voicemail box, or continuously until it hangs itself up.I couldnt wait any longer and called down the street to Nail Creations in Reisterstown(I thought maybe its my phone. Nope, they answered and gave me an appointment immediately.) I am sure glad I did, they did an even better job! So unfortunately for Bella, they lost a custom and I will not be back. Maybe I wouldve given it a second chance if the phone was ever answered 🤷🏾‍♀️ I just dont have the time to go in and make one in person.

Love this place. Many say the prices are steep but I dont care. The service is worth it. I only go to Ivy. She is super sweet, professional, and makes sure you are satisfied with the service she provides. She takes pride in the job she does. I love how my nails and feet turn out after an ultimate pedi and gel mani. From the massages to the paraffin wax to the perfect coats of polish. You would be missing out if you didnt make an appointment with Ivy. The receptionists are young and very professional. They assist with booking all appointments and make sure you dont have to wait long. They have helped me find new colors I want to try. Im telling you, its worth every penny!

I’ve been getting my nails done by Jay at Bella for over a year now, and he always gives me the BEST nails. I trust Jay so much with my nails that I let him do whatever design comes to mind. Jay is very creative, but still makes sure that you get what you want in the end. Jay is a true artist!

Definitely not worth my money. I’ve never gotten a full set as bad as the one I’ve gotten here. Literally so bad to the point where I went to a different nail salon a week and a half later for a fill & the nail tech had to take off THE ENTIRE FULL SET I JUST GOT and replace it. This place is trendy and boujee so I get it, but I probably wouldn’t come here if you’re looking to make it your regular spot. Not to mention - I’ve been here twice in a 6 month time span and both times they’ve had new price increase signs hanging all around the salon. Maybe I was just unlucky and didn’t get an experienced tech, but $85 for a full set (also charged extra for the matte top coat, coffin shape, and long length??? lol)…. def take your money somewhere else for that. Pedicure was fine though

I was in town visiting a friend and we came here (where my friend usually goes) just to get a regular manicure.To begin - the woman at the front desk scoffed at my friend and I when we said we just wanted regular polish. Then she rolled her eyes and said that she would just fit us in even though we didnt have an appointment.Once I was taken for my manicure, the manicurist immediately filed my nails, before even taking off the old polish, then did not offer to cut them or ask what shape I wanted my nails to be. The filing job was bad anyway - some of my nails still had jagged edges. I was told to pay before the polish, and a regular manicure was $20!! Ive never paid that much for a regular manicure, and I live in NYC, where everything is hiked up in price.The polish job was subpar - he flooded a few of my cuticles and some nails are streaky and the whole thing just looks sloppy. There was no massage with the lotion, which was quickly wiped away with the hot towel anyway.Overall, the manicure was about 6 minutes and extremely subpar.I understand that they fit me in without an appointment, however, I would have rather been told there wasnt time/I had to wait than receive a terrible manicure.Update: to the store manager Dee who claims it wasn’t their business that gave me this terrible service- I’ve uploaded the receipt and it definitely was your store in Owings Mills MD. My experience was so bad you would think it was made up, yes, but unfortunately that’s what happened. You should know that your staff is treating clients rudely and rushing through services and as a manager consider this review as an opportunity to correct the mistakes that were made by your staff.

Customer service is key. I am from New York, I recently moved to Maryland and have been looking for a nail place to become my regular. I am use to high prices but also use to good service, and quality for my money. I felt like my fingertips were beat up on. My nail beds are still hurt. Everytime my tech burned me when filing he apologized but the end result didnt make the grade. I had to get passed off to someone else to execute a fairly simple design with lines, and they refused to clean off excess paint stating that would be a manicure and no one had time for a manicure so I would have to wait after being there from 2:30 to 5:50 p.m. I overheard another tech name Johnny speak so kindly to his customers I thought I would comeback to see if I could be his regular but he doesnt provide the service I need so I will continue to look for my nail home.

I came in for a (deluxe)pedicure with Angie but she wasn’t working here anymore and ended up getting a (regular)pedicure with a new girl, as the receptionist booked the wrong kind of pedicure, claiming I said (regular)pedicure. Ive never gotten a (regular) pedicure since I’ve been coming to this location.I was wondering why the lady working on me seemed to be flying thru the service a lot faster than my usual girl.The receptionist didn’t seem to care about my concern when I told her about the problem and didn’t even offer to upgrade my service (which I would have gladly paid for) because of the misunderstanding. I think that’s poor customer service in my book.Not sure if I will be getting another pedicure from the same person as I definitely feel a type of way.I’m very very disappointed 😞 and feel like I was not valued as a customer. I would’ve given a 1 star but it’s not the pedicure girl’s fault but the receptionist fault who really could not give a dam.Won’t happen again!!!!! 🤬

I love this salon! I go to Jay, first row second chair, and he’s awesome! Never disappoints a gorgeous nail set. I’ve been going to him since 2019 and he’s amazing. Very kind and easy going, always good talks and not the mention the beautiful salon as a whole just makes you feel welcome. Any shape, any design, any freestyle, he has you looking right! I have been coming to this nail salon for years. Tried to make an appointment for myself and my 2 young daughters to get mani/pedi before vacation and was told I have to come in and book in person and pay a $20 fee/person. I explained that I live over 30 min away and wasn’t going to drive 1 hr round trip to make the appt. The receptionist spoke with the owner and without even checking to see that I have been coming for years stated he would not allow me to book without coming in person and putting down a deposit. Sorry Bella, you just lost a customer.

Today, I did my nails here (French with tips and powder for my hands and and gel for my toes). Sam was so irritated, rude and at the edge from beginning. He was so rough with my hand that it started hurting. He wounded my skin around nails too. 😟😭😭He couldnt put the tips straight, therefore my nails were looking so wierd and when I asked him to fix it, he started complaining to other staff and asking their opinions. 🧐😱Others came and told him what to do to fix that mess.. ofcourse he couldnt do it. Then they offered me to fix it later or giving me discount. ($5)😤😤It was so overwhelming explaining myself to the owner over the phone and dealing with his rude staff.As I was waiting to speak with the manager on the phone, another customer came back and said that her nail which was just done fell off!🙄 and they asked her to come another day!😱Dont waste your time and money here.----------------UPDATE: MR. Bully, OWNER!! U even were not there and say all of these non-sense. My toes were not short, neither my nails . he cut it so short and hurt it..what u say is not the truth. 2 hours? Lie. Less than 40 minutes.People can see how you attack someone if there is any criticism. This right here shows how u r.Ur staff asked me to wait for another hour and my hand was already in so much pain, I didnt want anyone to touch it.$5 discount people! Ryan does my nails he’s been doing my nails and toes since march 2020. i love him! i haven’t been to anyone else since i’ve started going to him, any design i show him he can do he also takes his time and is very precise. I usually wear long nails but recently tried out short nails and I love how he does both.

I held off to leave a review for a month. I realized I was still bothered even after taking some time to cool off. I went there to get a full set and pedi. It was a rushed horrible job and not worth the high price they charge. I regret cheating on my regular nail guy. They act way too fancy to be providing such beginner services. Ive been disappointed the 2 times Ive been there. I wont be returning. To be honest I think I was judged, thinking I probably wont tip or something. I work in the hospitality industry where tips are peoples pay. I still tipped 20% when I left. Only to get to lunch and realize my nails were butchered.

The receptionist was very unprofessional. I called weeks in advance for an appointment. When I arrived she said they don’t make appointments for 10:30am and asked me for a confirmation number, when I called, who I spoke to, if I’m sure I called the right place, and made me show her in my phone that I actually called. She made me feel like I did something wrong even though I didn’t. I still needed to wait 20 minutes before I was seen even though I made an appointment weeks ago. The pedicure was not worth what I paid. Very disappointed.

Excellent pedicure, very relaxing and I didn’t feel rushed like other places. A young women at the desk was very helpful with getting me a quick appointment, her name was Alician. Very nice people here good quality work.

It is my last time going to this place, I was a loyal customer and I feel bad for some of the team members but I did experience issues in the past and ignored them but last time I paid way more expecting better and became worst on top of that the host was trying to get into argument instead to handle it professionally. we go to these places for self-treating no to find more drama or difficulty.

Very nice nail salon, has so much potential but fails on all fronts. I got a pedicure with Kim who was nice but needs to perfect her craft. When she was done with my pedicure, she was in such a rush to accept her next client, she left my very tight skinny jeans folded up (which they fold up to get access to your lower leg). I just thought it was part of the service to help clients out. For my gel manicure, they sent me to another female technician. She sits right in front of the area where the drinks are. This woman looked like she did not want to be there. Extremely rude and uninterested. She started to file down my old gel polish which hurt, after doing 2 nails I asked her to soak them as is done everywhere else. She reluctantly did, and that made for a terrible experience all the way through. 8 days after going to this salon, this is what my gel polish looks like. Its lifting up from the cuticles. I cant describe how disappointed i am to have spent $70 for this garbage.

I started going to Bella nail salon two years ago my nail techs name is Jay. I request him every time he’s super nice and very professional when I don’t know what I want done I let him freestyle and it always comes out perfect. I definitely recommend him.

Walked in and was not immediately acknowledged; just rudely hushed by front desk receptionist, Kim. Im sure thats not her name but that was the one she gave me. She was a young Asian woman with long bIonde highlights. I asked to speak to manager and she did give me his email but she claimed he was not there. Professionalism and customer is not the priority at this establishment.

They took me in at the last minute and did my SNS dip manicure. They go the extra mile, you need a mask and shield to be seen. They even have a covid policy you have to sign to be seen. They were very polite and made me feel comfortable. This was my 1st time here. This isnt my regular spot but I will definitely come here again

This is my usually go-to nail salon. However, today’s experience was the worst I have had at any place ever. My nail technician had an attitude and made me feel like she was doing me a favor by doing my nails. Today was the first time I don’t tip ever and even so I don’t think the service I received was worth the amount of money I had to pay.

Love this nail salon. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They are always friendly and quick. They have also made several adjustments due to COVID to ensure the safety of all employees and customers. This has become my new go to since my old tech moved to California.

Look man. Tim hooked a sista up. Gel mani $35 and he did a hand massage that made me wanna pay for a hand massage! I mean bones were cracked. I got my normal ridiculous colors with mood change thrown in. I wanna go back for a pedi to see what he do with toes!

This was my first time getting my nails done. The service was HORRIBLE. They all seem to have an attitude and entitlement attitudes! The front desk person was very as well. I noticed a week later my nails looked like I havent had them done in two weeks. I was very disappointed especially for there rates.

Ive never written a review before but this place deserves one! As soon as I found out this nail salon was opening I was very excited because the entire Foundry Row Plaza is such high quality and very delightful for me. I finally decided to go after constantly driving past it and it did not disappoint! When I walked in I was greeted immediately and helped with no wait (which was surprising on a Saturday afternoon as a walk in). The salon was very large and clean with a very sleek look. I was taken to Kens station and I wanted to get a gel manicure. He brought me a basket with colors and OMG THERE ARE SO MANY COLORS!! I have never seen SO many colors to choose from at a nail salon, and the colors are so pretty! I was offered water or wine which is always nice. I also really liked how everyone wore a black shirt, unlike most nail salons that you see. Not that its a big deal, but it definitely made the salon appear more professional.Okay, for the manicure. Ken was amazing! First of all, the salon is very large and their are many people working, so the workers are not as rushed to help the next client. Next, Ive gone to nail salons that sometimes paint on top of the cuticle, which isnt such a big deal in the beginning, but as the nail grows out the polish is lifted at the end closest to the cuticle and it causes the polish to chip off/peel off quicker. Ken did not do that! He was so precise and careful in painting my nails. Now for the exciting part, this is the longest that my gel manicure has lasted in a very long time - and I work at a doctors office so wash my hands A LOT throughout the day. Tomorrow will be day 14 since I have gotten my nails done and there are absolutely NO signs of lifting, peeling, or chipping of the polish (it doesnt even snag on my hair)!This place is definitely about quality, you can tell by the amount of work put into its appearance. This salon has definitely made my first experience a good one, and I am so excited to make this my new nail salon! My friends even are so surprised at how good my nails look considering tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I got them done. I will attach a picture of my nails from today, which is day 13 since having my nails initially done. P.S., excuse my cuticles! I am a college student and get stressed out so I pick at them (another reason why its so exciting that my polish has lasted so long!)

I was very satisfied with my service. On top of that they are exercising very good social distancing standards during this pandemic. I was not uncomfortable at all. I even decided to upgrade my pedi to a longer one because the atmosphere was so relaxing.

The pros: This is a very clean and classy place that offers water and wine with your services. All of the nail techs are polite and efficient and the atmosphere is very peaceful.The cons: Services can get a bit pricey so ask for the cost of the services youll be receiving if you are one who works within a tight budget. It typically costs me about $20 more compared to where I use to go, but for the level of customer service I receive, its worth it.

I went here today for the first time after hearing mixed reviews, but I wanted to see for myself. Upon entering the salon, the receptionist, (who’s name is Kim) was on the phone with her head down. I said “hello”. She did not even look up to acknowledge me, scrunched her face and rudely put her finger up to hush me. I decided to leave after that. She was extremely rude and showed horrible customer service. I will not be returning.

Absolutely one of my favorite nail salons. I’ve gone here for 2 years and it’s always pleasant, great pricing, relaxing. They are always ready to service with the latest techniques and trends. They are always clean, polite, and calm. I would recommend scheduling an appointment for convenience. Walk ins as expected may have a wait. But Their so worth it!

Im going to give place a one star for this visit today. This place is normally nice. My wait time was average around 15min. I wasnt offered wine as normal. My nail tech was good until he started talking. I received the dipped polish which was okay. But he said some side jokes that was offensive. I did complain to the staff afterwards. I cant pronounce his name but i definitely wouldnt have him touch me again.Update!!!So its been over a year since i visited Bella nails, that pass review was way before the pandemic. I had my pedicure done by Ryan. I liked him alot. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I think I got the ultimate pedicure. It was great. I definitely would return. The only thing i didnt like was if you dont have a shield they charged $5. Although the signs says $1 for one. I spent $210 for me and my daughter services it should be free.

How disappointed I am. I had a nice experience when I went to Bella for the first time and thought I found a new home for my nails. Today when I called, I ask if i could make an appointment. I was told no, there was a 45 minute wait. I asked if she could add my name to the list. NO, you have to come in and besides we are booked up for the night. Tell me with a 45 minute wait and not closing for another 2 and a half hours, why cant I get an appointment? The person who answers the phone is a Director of First Impressions for their business. This gal just lost a client who tips well and works locally in a business that could send a ton of business their way. Back to my old salon.

I got my nails done March 15, 2020 it is now June 5, 2020 and my nails never lifted. They grew out, of course. This tells me that they use the best products. Best Nail Salon ever!!!

First time to visit Bella and I was beyond impressed. My daughter and I were treated like royalty. The salon was exceptionally clean. Liners were used for the foot baths. (That was the clincher for me) The staff was friendly and accommodating. Ivy and Phi were phenomenal. Anyone looking for a clean, exceptional, friendly nail place needs to check out Bella. Found my new place!😊

Great pedicures. as for acrylics, as soon as you say you don’t want gel they’ll make sure your nails are not as good on purpose. chunky and thick, poor polish job, and after taking them off my nails have never looked worse. i’d go back for a pedicure but never for acrylics, plus they’re overpriced.

My nail technician is TWEE and she has yet to disappoint me. Whether its her overall thorough performance or her wisdom regarding what looks best for my hand shape- I always leave happy with how my nails look. She is patient and takes her time to ensure the job is done to the best of her ability. Her creative talent is only expanded by her generous smile and inviting customer service. I would recommend Twee to any of my friends or family!

This is my go-to nail place. They are always friendly and do a great job. My only complaint is that they are always busy! Make an appointment if you can, or be prepared to wait a little if you walk in. You’ll sometimes wait less as a walk in closest to opening.

Overall a great nail salon however this place has grown with popularity in the area so expect waiting in Fridays and weekends. I would advise to make an appointment, theres a 15 grace period until they cancelled the appointment. Staff are very nice and do alot more pampering then other salons.

I’ve been going here every since they open and I’m happy every time. Everyone here is friendly especially James, it’s always a pleasant to have a conversation with him, he’s the manager and sometimes at the front desk. It’s a beautiful and clean salon, the atmosphere is very relaxing. They served beverage here with no cost. The prices is definitely worth it, I will keep going here as long as I’m in this area.

I love coming to Bella Nails in Foundry Row. They are clean, modern, professional and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Everyone is super friendly but Taylor is my favorite nail technician.Taylor takes the time to understand her clients, their likes and their dislikes. I never feel rushed with Taylor and she pays great attention to detail, does an excellent job at polishing my nails, and she is the only tech that has EVER given me a manicure and pedicure that I was completely satisfied with. One of the things that I love most about Bella Nails is that each customer gets a disposable liner for the pedicure bowls to prevent infections and cross contamination. They always offer water and/or wine. I opt for the wine so I can have a relaxing nap while getting my spa pedicure.They are quite popular, especially on the weekends, so an appointment is highly recommended. Despite the busyness, it is always a calm, relaxing and enjoyable experience every time I visit.

Its best to make an appointment and be on time, otherwise you will lose your appointment slot. Most salons in the area do not offer SNS, but Bella does and they have a large variety of colors. Theyre great and worth the wait time.

Update: came back multiple times since my last review and the service is been stellar. Ryan is my nail tech and he never disappoints. Mai did my feet this time and she was kind and did an amazing job. The manager James made everything better after he rectified a previous visit with less than amazing service. Thank you for doing an amazing job and thank you for listening to your customers. This was truly a five star service.

I like the technicians in this salon and it is definitely worth the wait, cause it is clean and are always up to date but the lady in half blonde hair on the front needs a serious class in customer service..... rude doesnt start to describe her, she also gives u this look when u get in like she wonders why you are there. Twice I have walked out cause of her facial expression. Major customer service quality is based on who u find at the desk.

I visited Bella nails when I was pinched for time before traveling. I had two broken nails that were painful. I have never had my nails done with such care and precision as my experience at Bella. I don’t even want to share the name of the nail tech because he’s so awesome, but his name is Tim. Tim is the bomb! He made sure each nail was the EXACT same length, and my polish is perfect. He has a serious eye for detail which left me with great polish coverage (no spots with transparent polish), ZERO humps and bumps on my nails, and a beautiful job. I’m so very thankful and will definitely return in a couple of weeks. Thank you for taking such great care of my nails Tim!! You’re the best nail tech I’ve ever had.

Kim always remembers me with a pleasant smile & greeting. She always takes time with me, going the extra mile to assure that I have an enjoyable experience. Most helpful during post hip replacement, with exactly what I required. Shes gives the best lower extremitymassage. I hope Bella keeps her around for a long time!!

I had my toes done after working 11 hours. They were able to fit me in. I was so happy. I just wanted to look at my toes and enjoy what I saw. They made that happen for me. Thanks!

I was in the area for work and came to this salon based on reviews. The receptionist was incredible and Nina did an amazing job on my pedicure. She took her time and they turned out great. I was seen by someone else for an acrylic manicure and it was extremely rushed (I did not get his name). I asked to have my cuticles cleaned up and was charged an extra $10 for this to be done. Following my manicure, I was not checked on while drying and there was a ton of leftover power under my nails and on my hands as well as polish on my fingers. Sadly giving this place a 2 star due to this.

Love love love this place! I have been going here for months and will not go elsewhere. I only see Kim and she is the BEST!! She takes her time, is super sweet, and her work is impeccable and lasts. The rest of the staff is always pleasant and friendly.

This was my first time coming to the place and I had a wonderful experience this place was very welcoming and clean. I think I had Jay, he is very talented, I asked for I short specific shape and I got just what I wanted! I love my nails! Great customer service and very professional, I will be back again for sure!

I love this place! I first tried their service when they opened several years ago & I did not enjoy myself because the nail tech was inexperienced and she nipped my toe which was painful; however, I have been back several times and I’ve loved every visit. I’m so glad my nail tech, Ryan decided to join their team. It’s because of Ryan that I went back!!! He’s amazing. I’ll follow him wherever he goes. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I’ll also add that overall this place is nice, clean, organized & the staff is friendly. It’s my place to truly enjoy my “alone time”. Not rowdy with a bunch of TVs. Just nice calm atmosphere

I love this nail salon. I go to Taylor and shes great!! I get my nails done every week and my experience is always on point. Being a frequent customer they always greet me by name and offer water or wine.They are very sanitary using liners in the pedicure bowl, replacing with new ones after each person. Great selection of polish. I have been coming here for a year and Im glad I did. Excellent staff, great atmosphere, and Taylor is the best!!!

This was my third time going to this place. Let me start by saying that I have been to a lot of nail places in Maryland and I get my nails done every two weeks. This place is very pretty. The atmosphere is just nice and relaxing and the fact that they offer wine is fabulous. My technician was Tiffany and she was amazing. Extremely professional and did an awesome job on my nails. The place is very clean and that is very important for a nail place. I used the restroom and it was very clean as well which to me is very important. The lighting of the place is very nice. I will definitely go back.

Beautiful spa. Everyone was so nice and professional. Everything was neat and clean. My nail tech was very kind, flexible and professional. She did a phenomenal job on my nails.

This is my fifth time going here. I love Jennifer. The first time I went here, i had a broken nail a few hours before a flight. Not only did she fix that nail but she reshaped all my nails. Ive been going to her since and Im never disappointed. I would definitely recommend making an appointment as theyre always busy. They are a little higher in price than some places but the quality of work is worth it.
