This place is amazing! We have lived here going on two years (when it was the Pointe) and I missed the old management at first but the new owners have been amazing! April In the leasing office has been amazing in working with me. Any issues she resolves promptly and professionally. I became ill with COVID and other serious health concerns, and she worked with us through the whole process. I can not thank her enough. They go above and beyond to make our home feel like home.

Very professional and polite office staff. Jodian, the leasing agent was very helpful and kind. The apartment complex is quiet and the grounds and property are well kept. The management seems very organized and responsive.I love the layout of my unit and although I didn’t choose an upgraded unit, I am very pleased with the look and feel of the standard unit. Overall, I’m very pleased.

Great place & community. You may have to follow up more than once to get a permanent fix for your maintenance issues. Dont expect even a slightest leniency from the management. Perfect location in terms presence of grocery stores and for evening walks. Decent and spacious apartments.

Ive lived here for 7 years and the previous company (Avalon) was the best and after changing to The Point at Owings Mills, it degraded, maintenance staff is good in fixing minor things but the management is terrible (especially property manager). Not customer friendly and I dont recommend these apartments for people with kids. Walkways smells and if you have any major issues, apartment folks dont care. I had to wait 3 months for my laundry vents to be cleaned.After 7 years of stay and leaving the place, property manager expects the apartment to be given as it was given day one, which this team wasnt there. You will be charged for everything (blind, carpets, paint, etc.,) when you move out, no matter how long you stay there, they dont consider them as wear and tear. Pure rip off from your pockets.I wish there was a better manager who is resident friendly. I moved away from this apartment just because of the property manager.

My move in process with Aprile was easy and smooth. Aprile emailed and called me to help me with every step. Moving can be stressful this process was stress FREE! Arbor Ridge have a really nice clean pool and gym. Please ask for Aprile she won’t disappoint I promise you!Thank You Aprile :)

I just moved in February 16th 2021. So far my experience has been superb.Jodian was very pleasant when touring the apartment model. In addition, she is very professional and made moving in a smooth transition.Before moving in a walk-through was conducted with maintenance. I found it wonderful to be able to get any issues I may have fixed immediately. The maintenance guy Joshua is very polite and helpful.I am impressed with the human relation skills of the staff. Lastly, my apartment looks great I LOVE IT!Also I really love that there is no parking restrictions.

I have lived here forever almost a year and the experience has been horrible to say the least, if you plan to move here DONT!!! There are all kinds of hidden fees and miscommunication. They tookOver the apartments two months ago and didn’t not charge water and sewer fees but decided to add these charges after they were settled in without any notice. Another thing is me paying for someone else water usage and paying for the companies they choose to out source for service. This has been one of the most horrible apartment companies I have dealt with in a long time and cannot wait until my lease is up. Not to mention the trash on the parking lot and inside the buildings daily. I guess the old company took the cleaning crew with them. Soooo sorry to have to be here any longer!

Today which started off a little stressful, actually turned out GREAT! I moved into The Point at Owings Mills. My leasing agent was Ms. India Goodall, and besides being very pretty. She really made the moving process a easy one. When talking to her she was very aware of her surroundings as well as the propertys amenities. Im sure, by her customer service skills that this is the right place for me and my family.

I have been dealing with them since February. Pandemic changed my move in date. India has been fabulous since the beginning when we viewed the models and through the application process. I have had to change my move date twice and both times very pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate me. I never wait long for a response. I couldnt be happier to call this my new home.

From the first apartment viewing to interactions in the leasing office, she has always been so amazing to work with. She’s so accommodating in times of stress, and I’ve been thankful to have her while living here! I applied yesterday for a 1br unit and paid a $35 application fee and then a $150 administrative fee and I later got a notification saying I had to sign something which I completed and immediately I clicked save I was denied, I called them and tried to leave a message and when you press send message it repeatedly says invalid entry over and over and over no matter what you press to get out of it so I hung up and called back and it’s the same thing..I haven’t gotten an email nor a phone call and now my account has been locked up and I can no longer get into my account and it’s saying to contact the leasing office who is not answering not can I leave a message.. I am very upset about this and need someone from either here or Morgan properties to contact me about this issue... because it’s already hard times and to lose $185.00 without a reason or a error on their behave is not what I need right now.. so can someone please contact

They were great when we lived there and would give 5 stars but when I owed them for the carpet after move out. They emailed the bill to the wrong email never followed up. 2 months later I have a collections agency calling me. Would have been nice to settle this with them rather than collections. Would recommend trying to call people before sending to collections.

UPDATE: So I’ve now been here almost 6 months and I’m still loving it. Neighbors aren’t as quiet as initially but that’s more of a neighbor thing than a development thing. Still happy I chose this place. Definitely hope to continue living here for the near future.So I moved in a couple weeks ago and love it here. Quiet, safe, and they have great amenities like amazon hub/lockers to receive your packages, onsite air/vacuum machines for you, a pool, business center and small gym. I also love the overall layout of my apartment. The apartments are pretty spaced out on each floor so I never hear my next door neighbor. Sometimes I hear my upstairs neighbor but it’s not bad at all just walking every now and then. Maintenance gets out super quick to respond to requests (I’ve had very MINOR issues so far). The leasing office staff are super nice. India and Kallen were great and answered and addressed any questions I had along the way. The property manager is also very nice. Some of the appliances could use updating in the traditional units but the property has agreed to replace some of them without a fight or anything like that which I appreciated. Parking is cool. Even if you get in late you can still find a spot near your building that’s barely any walk at all. You’re also really close to Mill Station and Foundry Row which is nice for shopping. You can submit all your maintenance requests and pay your rent via their app/website. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

This is a good place to live! The staff in the office are nice and parking is not an issue. The apartments are large. Leasing office staff is wonderful; Kallen Smith is kind and dedicated! She takes the time to talk with you and see how your doing. She even asks about my cat! Customer service is of the highest quality here. The maintenance staff are responsive and hardworking. Marco came today and fixed my stove.I had a single burner that the electric ignition wasnt working on. Marco was WONDERFUL! He checked ALL my burners and even showed me a few ways to better maintain the stove! He actually found a second faulty burner and fixed it all the while explaining every step. He really wanted to do the best work he could and even said so.

A quiet community with a great office staff and prompt maintenance. I have been here for a few months and barely run into any of my neighbors. Theres often someone walking around the maintaining the exterior of the property and removing any visible trash. Parking is also plentiful and the fenced off dog area is convenient. I Would recommend this property to a future resident.

I love it here! Since July 2018, my experience has been great so far. My move-in process was seamless thanks to Kallen, who is amazing! Professional and welcoming staff no matter how busy with inquiries and tours, awesome Amazon package room, and quiet neighbors (even those with little children 😊). Workout room and pool are nice. Leasing office is beautifully decorated. Great shops, public transportation and rail nearby. Many wonderful dining options nearby as well. I recommend living here and in the city of Owings Mills in general. - Marcia M.

A service tech named Dorian was very polite when coming to fix a blind literally just one blind that my mother called in about and he was very generous enough to leave a few blinds to have as spare just in case we needed more. Update 9/16/2020: My rating has now been taken down to 1 star purely because of the property manager, Cara Nettles. Were in the middle of a pandemic, yet she is email residents threatening eviction for being 2 weeks late on rent even though the CDC has a moratorium on evictions until 12/31/2020. Shes the most incompetent property manager I have ever seen and I have had experience with many.Previous: I would have given The Point at least 4 stars prior to the past weekend. But, I had such a horrible experience with maintenance and the property manager, Cara Nettles, that I have had to think about my time here more objectively rather than giving them the benefit of the doubt or understanding.This past Friday morning, I woke up to no heat. Initially, I thought it might just be my control panel because it was at 74 or 75 for so long even though no heat was circulating. After doing some testing, it was because that was just the temp that was maintained based on it being a warmer day and my unit getting the benefit of the surrounding units. But, I digress. I put in a maintenance ticket on Friday. Nothing happened. Saturday comes and my heat still isnt working. So, I call the rental office. I speak to a young lady there and explain to her that I have no heat and she looks and tells me that my maintenance ticket is still open, no one has entered my apartment and basically that was it. Sunday comes and I still dont have heat. I do some research and in MD heating issues are to be addressed within 24-48 hours and I am now passed the 48 hour mark. I am LIVID. So, call emergency maintenance. Very nice gentleman comes out and fixes my heat. It took him 15-20 minutes. Why couldnt this have been done on Friday?Because the maintenance ticket wasnt addressed in a timely manner and the leasing office rep didnt take any action, I emailed the property manager to let her know there was a disconnect. Not only was that a waste of time. She was completely offensive and her tone essentially came off dismissive and disinterested. She literally asked So is your heat working now and attached a picture that was taken that day showing it was working. Ummm, I know its working now. I told you in my email that the emergency maintenance gentleman fixed it Sunday. I explained to her all of the above. She lied and said maintenance had come in on Friday and reset my control panel. Maam, please stop lying. You cant reset a panel and the presets are still in there. I have worked on the programming of the panels. So, I know. Then, I guess in an attempt to get me out of her hair, she gives me a reminder that I can contact emergency maintenance. First, I clearly stated in our email trail that I had contacted emergency maintenance had fixed it. Next, why should I have had to contact emergency maintenance on Sunday about a maintenance ticket from Friday that had a state mandated turn around time of 24 hours?I was highly offended by the whole exchange. So, I began to think about my interactions with her. I had my apartment upgraded in the fall. I kept reaching out to her prior to my lease renewal to find out when the work would be done so that I could prepare accordingly. She acted as if I was bothering her and told me that I would be contacted with instructions when it was time. But when the first part of the work was done, I get an unexpected knock on my door at 8:30 a.m. with workers looking to enter my apartment AND the work they were doing required me to not be in the apartment for the day. After about 3 weeks of work, I contacted the leasing office about carpet cleaning. I was told they would coordinate with the maintenance supervisor and get back to me. That was October and I still havent had my carpets cleaned. Lastly, I have to call every 2-4 months because my dryer isnt working properly and an hour load will take 4-5 hours which lead to musty smells or shrunken clothes.

Quite, clean and safe for the most part. Could be more kid friendly if add playground area and basketball court. I also think its time for them to upgrade kitchens. Convenient to local market, movie theater and subway. Zoned for a new technology elementary school, which is a major plus for me. Overall good property and I would recommend this place to a friend or family member.

We have only lived here a short time but would recommend the Apartments at Briarwood to anyone! A tour is able to show you the nice, well- kept ground and amenities, but you never really know what to expect as a resident. The leasing staff has been nothing but helpful, kind, thorough, and generous with their time. We moved from out of state andAlyssa really went above and beyond to make sure that the business side of things was completely handled. When she called after doing a walk-through before we moved in, she was genuinely excited for us and it was such a bright spot in a stressful time! We rented our townhouse sight-unseen and have been really happily surprised with the space and finishes. I submitted a list of small annoyances to the maintenance staff and it was completely handled (our garbage disposal was older and loud - replaced with a new one. A floor vent was dirty and stuck closed - replaced with a new one and cleaned. A bedroom door would stick closed, it was sanded and painted, etc etc). I returned home to a clean home with no evidence that people had been working on it, except for the improvements. I know Avalon has a great reputation in the rental world, but I think the staff at this location in particular really make it a great place to live.

Super disappointed that I scheduled an appointment online yet was unable to see an apartment today. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but they weren’t as helpful or welcoming as reviews indicated. They had a negative attitude when I walked in. They didn’t seem too busy so not sure why they couldn’t accommodate when the next appointment wasn’t until 3pm and it was 1:30pm came from Prince George’s County to view this apartment which is a bit of a drive...

Our little family has lived here for over two years. Kallen in the office has always been wonderful and extremely personable with us. Our building is very quiet with a nice size balcony. The maintenance guys are always courteous and work hard to get everything fixed the first time. There is always plenty of parking. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants within a few minutes of the complex. We couldn’t be happier with our home.

READ ME FOR AN ACCURATE REVIEW!!I have just moved from Silver Spring in Montgomery County, making me brand new to the Owings Mills area (New Town to be exact). This move was due to a work related reason so I had to act fast. The Apartments at Briarwood was my second and last visit to the many apartment complexes surrounding the named area.The first complex that I visited left me with a bad experience and now having to wait 40 plus days to receive my $100 apartment reservation fee, which I wasnt to trilled about because I was moving.Looking for a place to live can be stressful, but all of that turned around when I walked into the leasing office at the Apartments at Briarwood! I was greeted with bright-eyes and bushy tails. Alyssa Carter helped me in finding the perfect layout to meet my needs. She explained so many details regarding the specific apartment that I would come to lease and the actual community. My questions were answered before I had the time to ask! It has been a week in my new one bedroom with a loft and so far so good. I snagged the last one because they are AWESOME and beautiful! The leasing staff, community, and price are all right. It wont hurt to check this place out.. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I moved here when the property was under Avalon Management. At that time, the service, professionalism, and courtesy shown to residents was stellar. In the last two years, under the current management, repairs, service and the overall climate has declined. The tone of letters and notifications are snarky. Repairs are taken lightly, often placing a bandaid on appliance problems instead of replacing outdated appliances. Ive putting in requests for the dame issues with no resolve. Its frustrating. Getting a call back from anyone is nearly impossible, unless you call and hit the button for *future resident. The complex is nice. The grounds are properly maintained. The staff is polite, but not always efficient. Its unfortunate that the quality of living here isnt worth the added headache for the amount of money paid.

The staff was awesome and wowed me from the moment I called to schedule to view the property for a tour. The community is extremely relaxing and the grounds are kept well. I have lived in the Apartments at Briarwood for 2 years. I moved here from India to work in Owings Mills. I cant imagine living anywhere else...and weve looked! Michael the Community Manger, office staff and maintenace are friendly, helpful, and responsive. The most special thing about Briarwood is the effort Michael makes to build a community. Recently, they hosted a holiday event for their residents. We felt the community spirit from the minute we got there. They hold regular events for their residents. (movie night, summer pool party, and holiday events at the leasing office.) I highly, highly recommend the community. Itll be hard to move out whenever that happens! Thank you Briarwood!!

I love living in the Owings Mills area; If I need to do things in the city or visit family its not that far away. The spacious apartments with fireplace is just what I was looking for and I also love the large decks to sit and enjoy the views. The Apartments at Briarwood have been more than I imagined and I am greatly appreciative of the front office and maintenance team for being such stellar performers. Ive never experienced such great customer service on all fronts. I love the community and surrounding area and with the metro located within walking and driving distance and also Foundry Row due to open soon that will be an added plus. The only recommendation would be to upgrade the kitchens although some units have been they still are a little dated but I know those amenities will cause a price increase. You will not be disappointed for choosing this property. If I ever relocated and decided to rent again, I would try to find an Avalon property because of the customer service and the quality of the apartments. Theres something for everyone.

I think its a great place to live. Theres even a little doggy play area that my dogs love to run in. Its very animal friendly. The front office team is also very kind and considerate. Kallen, one of the leasing consultants, often goes above and beyond for the residents. She never cuts corners and shes very thurough with her work. The team here are great (especially Alyssa). I was in the 9th month of pregnancy while living at Briarwood, and wasnt too mobile. When parcels arrived that were large or heavy, the staff at the front desk not only let me know, but helped me load the packages into my car and their own golf cart, as well as drove them over and carried everything up 3 flights of stairs to my apartment. They are warm and friendly, and I cant recommend them enough.

Its okay. The windows dont fit too well in the stairways so they dont stay open or the fall out. Not a huge deal except for the fact that there arent any screens and some young children live in buildings. Also, it takes two months to replace the windows. The dryer had to be pulled out pretty far from the wall in order for it to work which kind of sucked. It was okay though for a college student.. wasnt the slums but wasnt the best either. Nice staff in the leasing office as well as the maintenance team! Not opposed to recommending it or living there again..

The leasing office and the maintenance staff are delightful and responsive at the apartments at Briarwood. They are very friendly, always say hello, and I feel like they take care of me. When I was planning on going out of town on and off for 8 weeks this summer, Senior Community Consultant Caitlin Meekins went out of her way to offer to not only hold my mail for me and delivery any packages directly to my apartment, but also to come by and water my plants. She also consulted with the maintenance department and advised me at what temperature I should keep my apartment to keep by bills low while I was away. She really has gone above and beyond to take care of my needs.Thanks to all the Briarwood staff, and especially to Caitlin, for making the decision very easy to renew my lease for another year.

Do Not Move Here!!! I moved in here back in January when it was The Apartments at Briarwood. Management was great and everything was efficient and smooth. Since Panco management took over a few months ago things have been terrible!!! The Point at Owings Mills is a joke. I have been putting in maintenance requests for my broken central AC system since 9/25. We had to request it 5 times and it’s still not fixed. It is now 10/17! After the 3rd request I called the office and was told it’s not above 90 degrees outside so the AC isn’t an emergency. They said maintenance would come the next morning. Keep in mind we live on the top floor and it had been in the high 80’s so inside the apartment was HOT! Maintenance did not show up the next morning but came the afternoon after that. They put an AC unit in my bedroom window as if that was to solve the problem. No communication as to whether or not it was a temporary fix and what the permanent solution would be. I have been complaining for weeks and asked the property manager Cara Nettles to follow up. Instead the assistant manager emailed me with no apology and no answer to why I had been ignored. This property is poorly managed and I will not be renewing my lease. Especially not with my rent going from $1319 to $1383 all for a poor experience. No thanks!

I have lived in this complex for two years now. Initially when I moved here the complex was called Briarwood. My first year and a half here was amazing the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Since a new company bought this complex the staff isn’t as friendly, they aren’t personable. This complex used to stay clean the buildings hallways were cleaned weekly or biweekly, not anymore. The building hallways don’t smell great. There’s always trash left in and around the building. This morning I came from work to see that the door knob to my building was off so I had to enter the building in the back. This place really went down the drain. I hope with this review they will try and fix things and please their residents, but as of now I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The rent went up and the quality of this complex went down.UPDATE:Over time the community is getting better. I do believe the rental office would be a bit more friendly with CURRENT RESIDENTS. But needless to say things are going on the right direction.

Cars are vandalized n parts a stolen at random and management still not interested in lighting up these dark areas in and around the parking lot.if you value safety then i wouldnt recommend this place. My car was vandalized recently in their dark parking lot only to find out from tenants that its rampant in this property. Management has taking no action, obviously they dont care. Am moving out ASAP!!!!!

This place is a nightmare. I have been living here for almost two years and I have been complaining about the same issues over and over. The heating and air system here is terrible. So terrible that you cannot run the heat and take a shower because you will not have hot water. My heat never heats my unit past 65 and all it does is RUN CONSTANTLY and doesn’t warm my unit. Mind you I’ve been complaint for two years now. I just recently had a baby so we have been forced to use space heaters as I can not break my lease without a penalty. Every year the rent increases but the amenities and appliances stay the same. My stove, dishwasher, tub, and refrigerator all look like they are 30 years old. They are stained and I have done all I could to remove the stains to no avail. I have requested new appliances to only be told when I move out they will be replaced. Ok. Not to mention the stove has broken a few times and rather than them replacing it, they take parts from somewhere to fix it. I’ve been complaining about issues and all maintenance does is put a bandaid over a gaping wound. Also they built a little dog park for the dogs but what about the kids that live in the area? Where do they get to play at? Oh, the parking lot or the hallway because there is no where for them to play. Yet another reason I will not be renewing my lease in March. Good luck to anyone who moves out here.

This October will be my fourth year of residency at Briarwood Apartments, and each year gets better and better. Everyone involved in residency or maintenance issues, from Alyssa and Katie in the Leasing Office, to Lee, Big Mike and Mannie in Grounds and Maintenance, have been very helpful and responsive to my needs. The grounds are well-kept and immaculate. A Service Request placed today will get taken care of either that day or the next, no later than that. Snow removal this winter was responsive and thorough. I cant say enough positive things about living in this quiet and friendly community.

Worst place Ive lived. Definitely a property below average. The staff in the leasing office can be lazy. Today I called to ask a question.. the agents answer was I dont know I asked if she could find the answer she said no ones here . I moved to this property three months ago and have had to put a maintenance request in for almost every corner of the apartment. From the dish washer, to the laundry room, to the bathrooms. Its horrible the way this property Is managed. Everything is a rushed job! No true care for their residents. Believe the negative ratings!! I wish I did! Sometimes I call the office 5x a day and no one answers. Disgusting.

This place has a record high increase in rents and lowest ever security for tenants. Very unsafe place to live . Avalon was EXCELLENT. This place is a nightmare. Prices for trash were raised without any prior notification or explanation . The property managers are BEYOND FECKLESS with ZERO customer service .I went over with a compliant and called out Cara Nettles and Rafell Willams by name, both were sitting in the office, looked me dead in my face and NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED me or my complaint. Never even attempted to have a conversation with me. They both let Kallen do their dirty work and she’s just a leasing consultant.I’m surprised that with the mediocre reviews, someone at PANCO management hasn’t took notice . Or, are they complicit? Who cares about providing quality customer service as long as they have tenants.How are you advertising a “world class gym” when the equipment is dated back to when this place was first built in 1999! There is NOTHING luxury about this community.I can’t wait to move! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I love this apt complex. Its been 10 months here. No probs with maintenance, neighbors, or anything. Matter of fact, they replaced my whole refridge in a matter of hours when I informed them that the freezer wasnt working. It was a new refridge too! I have an infant and also have had no issues with bugs. I would renew if only they had 2 bedrooms in my price range. Am crossing my fingers!

Since they became the Point at Owings Mills. It been crazy and now it seem like they are money hungry. I moved and to an apartment floors had cracks and spot and after 2 months nobody still have came to fix the issues, I was told we won’t be charge for it but the principle is that a apartment should be close to perfect when you living there for a year! I emailed twice and no response water is cold does not get hot. It’s like the people moved out and they moved us right in they didn’t do anything and the oven was so dirty, our window just came out and could’ve harmed my child. It’s terrible I can’t wait till the lease up !!!!!

Its nice enough, but very expensive, and the price of rent is very volatile, for us jumping up more than $300/month over four years, and each increase coming with only two weeks notice. An okay place to stay, but dont plan on putting down any long-term roots here.

People in the leasing office are very rude, they are not helpful and they don’t care about the residents. This is the worst apartment complex I ever lived in. Panco Management will not get any more of my business. I have been a resident at bell partners for over 5 years and never been through as much headache as I’ve been through with this company and apartment complex in the last 4 months. Cara Nettles the property manager is a joke she has a really bad attitude and has never fixed any issue that has been brought to her attention. They sent a email for a package that had been delivered and I went to pick it up and now there is no sign of the package ever being delivered, it’s a shame you can’t have your mail sent to your place of residence without it going missing from the leasing office. They point fingers at the carrier when they signed for the package. The carpet in the common areas are dirty and have a horrible smell. The parking is terrible, reserved spaces are a joke and a waste of money. I asked for a corporate number or for caras boss to call me in order to let someone know about the bad “experiences” I’ve had since I signed the lease 4 months ago with this complex and cara stated that her boss wouldn’t be able to help me with that and Raphael the assistant manager stated “there is no number” and directed me to the website. I’ll be putting in my notice in the next 30 days and a letter will be filed with BBB.

My experience at the Apts of Briarwood has been wonderful. Ive been a tenant for 6 years now. The Manager and Staff at Briarwood are extremely professional and helpful. The Maintenance men work hard and are great in ref to maintenance repairs. The landscaping is always neat and well maintained. What I love most is the diversity of tenants who reside at The Apts of Briarwood. The staff and tenants feel safe due to me being a MD State Trooper and my take home veh. being parked at the complex which is a deterrent for serious crime. I love it here.

Please dont rent here. Run away from the fake niceness they show when you go there to rent. Initially when you come in they act that they will be a cooperative as possible but when youre moving out, the staff will give you the most hard time. I have never met a more non-cooperative community staff and I have lived in many cities across the country. Due to personal reasons I had to move out 2 months before my lease ended. But they absolutely refused to help show the unit to any prospective renter. I paid the rent for 2 whole months(utilities included) and to any question you ask, the first answer is NO.The utility closet in your apartment is locked and there is nowhere else to install your wifi router. Everytime you need something fixed, you have to call the maintenance staff to come over. My router was locked in while i was handing over my keys and Kallen absolutely refused to check if the maintenance team was on site to unlock the closet or even help out in any way. She expected me to come back from out of town to return the router equipment. MOST UNREASONABLE behavior I have ever seen.

I am residing here from Jan 2107, there was change of management recently from Brairwood apartment to Pointe at Owings mills. I refered one of my friend and took appointment and price confirmation by calling the number on their website, when my friend arrives there to take a look they responded there are no apartmens available for previously confirmed price. It seems like all phone calls are routed to Dallas, Texas to a central leasing office who doesnt even have proper information on the community availabilities.On top of it staff here are too arrogant and doesnt even respond patiently. Some how I managed to take a tour of the community. Few observations which were disgusting in Point at Owings mills.1) Broken hand sanitizer dispenser in gym.2) No sanitizing towels in gym, and holder is partly broken.3) Car wash area which is completely not functional (broken handel)

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!I have lived in this complex for two years now. Initially when I moved here the complex was called Briarwood, they sold it over to a new company called Panco Management and they are the absolute worst. They have people paying $50 for parking spots, they took the trash free from $4.00 to $8.00 and now they installed these mailboxes in the package room. No one never communicated how it work and that you would need your key file to get in. The first time I went to pick up a package Kalin told me she would let me in this time, I am a paying tenant and to tell me that was beyond unreal. They only give out 1 key file, we leave it in the apartment in case someone else needs to use it. I normally dont know I have a package until I get the email, which at the time I be at work. I went over there today to get my package, Kalin asked me where is my key file, I told her that I left it in the house, she stated that you are suppose to have it, I ask her Do you mean your not going to let me in because I dont have it, I have to go up 4 flights of steps and come back to go through the side door? she said that if I give her a couple minutes she will let me in, but I need to have my key file. I said to her that I am a tenant and I pay rent, she then stated and we appreciate that. She has become very rude, and Im in the process of speaking with my attorney to find out how we can get out of this lease. The call box has been out for 6 months, they have finally fixed it. They were nice to us when it was almost time to renew the lease and now since we renewed the rudeness has began. They are not friendly, they act like you are doing them a favor. The worst apartment I have ever stayed at. The assistant manager is more pleasant than the manager and the office staff. I rather deal with Rafeal then anybody else. I referred someone and they would not give me the referral fee saying that the person had to tell them when they toured. How would they know that if they dont ask.

I feel the same way as the most recent reviews. When I first moved in 2015, I loved this place. The leasing office was friendly and the maintenance took care of your matters the same day. However, the property has been taken over by Panco Management and I am not too happy with their response as far as maintenance is concerned and the leasing staff and maintenance guys arent really friendly/personable. Most of the times when you call the office, no one ever answers the phone. I have also noticed a lot more trash on the property than usual, but that can probably be blamed more on the people who have moved here recently. I have noticed there is a lot of moving in and moving out around here. The apartments are not that bad, but its costly to live here. I believe they have the highest pet fee per month in the area. You have to pay water, sewage, trash and you are required to have rental insurance. One other thing that has bothered me during my stay here, is the constant need to come into your apartment; maintenance checks, BGE quick checks, etc. Most of the times when a property is taken over by another company, it doesnt turn out to be a good experience. I wish Buzzuto wouldnt have sold it out. It was much better when it was Briarwood.

Been having issues since day regarding this place. From the ceiling in the bedroom leaking to the water not being hot. They do not resolve issues. It has gotten to the point where as thou Nara nettles the property manger knew she was wrong and contacted police because she did not want me to come into the leasing office to sit down and talk like an adult. She thinks she can yell at you and you are suppose to take it. I pay to sleep in a bedroom and she said well I can sleep in the dining room because once again they have not resolved the issue regarding my ceiling and it is leaking water an snow have holes in it because of the water leak.

Not at all happy with the service and the apartment. They gave the apartment in very bad condition. There were damages in the apartment when I moved in and they refused to fix the damages because they did not have budget. The maintenance never used to show up until 4 days. The staff is bad too.

Quiet community close to the Metro, had a couple of hiccups at move in, but overall the staff have been very helpful . Somewhat dated appliances in the kitchen but overall a good community.
