Moved into a unit that was not cleaned or move in ready. Heat and water were off, vents not screwed in, doors don’t lock, etc. later on I found out I had a gas leak. This was confirmed by a BGE technician..on three separate occasions. I now live next to a neighbor who blasts music at 3am and they refuse to do anything about it even when I submit video proof. The only reason why they even get two stars is because it is affordable and they gave me an option to leave.

Bright Meadows is a small, quiet, safe community tucked away in a residential neighborhood yet it is close to shopping, social activities and an abundance of restaurants. The grounds are well taken care of. The maintenance team is small but responsive and thorough. The property manager Yassmin is amazing. Its a great place to call home.

Although Ive just recently moved in, I have been very pleased with the level of customer service - beginning from the initial property tour/info packet (done with Yassmin Ali) to the response from maintenance personnel after my formal move-in. This feels like a very safe, peaceful community of families. An additional note I must add: it snowed for 2.5 days straight a day after my move. And, I was so pleased to see the level of attention to resident safety by the maintenance personnel. They were out EACH of those mornings EARLY shoveling sidewalks, doorways, parking lots, etc. etc. People tend to take things like this for granted, but this is yet another example (to me) of why I believe Bright Meadows will be my continuous home for some time.I will say that this complex was among my top 5 when I first began my initial search. I continued to circle back to it due to the positive level of customer service that came from Yassmin Ali. She was NOT at all pushy providing the right balance of follow-up emails with relevant information. Thank you all!

I’ve lived here for over a year and have no complaints so far. The apartment manager is friendly, responsive to requests and helpful getting issues resolved. The maintenance manager always gets the job done right the first time and is also friendly. I would definitely recommend as the apartments are well priced for their location, staff, and friendly community.

I toured this community today and fell in love. The community is quite, simple and well kept. The property manager Yassmin was hospitable and her personality alone makes you want to become a resident. I also think the amount of space for the price is wonderful.

I love it here My Goodness. 1st let me start by saying I did not know these townhomes were here. My children and I moved here a few months ago and it is so quiet. You hardly hear the kids in the area. The neighbors are very friendly. You do not hear your neighbors from the inside of your place. Such a peaceful area that was much needed from the place we just came from. The up keep of the complex is very nice. I personally give Bright Meadows a 5 star...FYI, the Leasing Agent is a Sweetheart, very polite and friendly.

I love my townhome community. The neighbors are great and we live neat and safe environment. I have lived her for several years and have been treated very well by staff. We have resident appreciation week where staff does nice things for the Bright Meadows Community. Thank you Bright Meadows!!!

I am a resident here at Bright Meadows and I used to love this place, however, it has been 5 days since Ive had hot water. I have called everyday since April 9th and here we are April 14th and still no hot water. From the call center to maintenance...THEY ARE THE WORSE! My feelings are crushed that they are treating their residents like this but the minute youre late with rent theyre ready to put a notice on your door! Stay away from this rental property, you will not pleased.

I have lived in Owings Mills for about 5 years. It wasnt until I moved to Bright Meadows that I felt like home. The Leasing Manager is very professional and has a ongoing relationship with her tenants. Maintenance is prompt and precise and the landscaping is very well maintained. Ive made some really good neighbor relationships and its a nice place for individuals and families.Bright Meadows really cares about its renters and their properties. Im proud to call this my home

Ive been a resident of Bright Meadows for almost three years now. My plan was to stay this long but no other apartment complex offers their residents at least one assigned parking space and in front on your apartment. I love the fact that WPM added a brand new 24-hour gym and laundry room and leasing office all in one building. Get this, the gym has ALL BRAND NEW free weights, a nautilus circuit, plus several cardio machines, and three televisions mounted on the walls, wet wipes to wipe down the equipment after use, amazing right! The laundry room has a television with cable TV, a gigantic folding table, washers and dryers are ALL BRAND NEW and use a re-loadable expense card so you dont have to carry cash. You are making it harder and harder for me to move WPM!

I have been a resident at Bright Meadows for 7 years now, and just renewed my lease. The location peaceful, close to everything, and Ms. Herrera is AWESOME. Lets go Bright Meadows.

Bright Meadow Townhomes is a wonderful place to live. I’ve been living here for about 6-7 years and it has been a pleasure until later part of 2017. The grounds are well kept and it’s a quiet neighborhood. Being located in a wooded community has been a severe challenge with the field mice that find their way into your home monthly as soon as the weather gets cold and frigid. Maintenance will give you mouse traps to catch the mice, but it’s useless. They still get back into your home through any means necessary. Recently, they have been gaining access thru the vents in your home. I find this to be deplorable conditions to live under especially when you pay your rent on time every month. My time here has expired and can’t wait to move when my lease is up in 2018.

I dont usually write apartment reviews, but this apartment is great that I had to. After I moved in, I had a couple of minor problems in my apartment. After contacting Anjye Herrera the Community Manager, these problems were addressed IMMEDIATELY. No waiting. Anjye is very friendly and understanding. The grounds are well kept and the environment is very peaceful and safe. The apartment itself is very comfortable with new carpet and floors and a nice spacious living quarters. You can hear your neighbors slightly through the walls, but that is just a part of apartment living. I could go on and on but really, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Well we called for two weeks trying to speak to a leasing agent and no one answered the phone this should have been a warning not to even bother with this place. So decided to go there entered through the door lady looked at me and said what is it with an attitude really???? Is that how you all talk to people. I asked if there were any townhomes available for rent She said an outright NOooo. Unprofessional with a ghetto attitude. I dont know who writes these reviews but must be people they pay. STAY AWAY I WOULDNT EVEN WANT AN ANIMAL TO BE DEALT WITH LIKE HOW I WAS DEALT WITH.
