My repairman was Jerome and he was friendly and professional at what he did. He took care of the problem in a few minutes and when he left you could never tell he was ever there. He checked everything. Im very happy with the service I received.

Very nice and punctual serviceman (Mike) He determined the problem quickly but unfortunately didnt have a part available on his truck-he came back one week later and installed the part (which I received in the mail) in a matter of a minute or two. Very cordial and efficient.

Couldnt find the place. Drove to parking lot at shopping center and could not visually see the place of business. Ended up driving to home depot. Makes me wonder if the place is still open???

Gentleman from Sears fixed our dryer fast, and efficiently. He doesnt set the prices so I cannot ding him for that, but we watched how this is repaired on YT, and not much to it. $150 labor for a very insignificant repair that took less than half an hour. Dryer works though. ;-D

It has taken two months to get to the place of completing service. Was told that it would be done as soo. As part had arrived. I called once the part was delivered and confirmed the part number to the rep. Was told it would take two weeks to get service people out to me. Got a phone call the night before. Called the morning of and was told they would be out between 12:15 and 1:15. At 2:00, I contacted again for an update and was told by 3:00. At 4:00, I was told the tech had canceled because the part had not arrived. I explained that the part was sitting next to the machine and was asked to confirm the number again. Was told not to worry they would contact me once the part was delivered. I had just told him I had the part! Then was told that I had been escalated to being replaced and would be contacted within 48 hours. It has been 5 days and all I have received is a request to give and elvauatio. For the work which they show as completed on Dec. 11. Just crazy and poor customer service and extremely poor documentation I. The organization. Still do t know what they are doing to get this fixed. I was also told that they sent a check on November 29 for 50$ to reimburse for laundry. Now December 16 and still no check!

We scheduled a house call for repair on a Samsung front loading washing machine. The repair tech quoted us $900.00 for parts to fix our machine because the drum had come loose. We couldnt afford the repair at the time but asked the technician to write down the parts that we needed in case we decided to fix it in the future. He didnt leave us the 3 part names or serial numbers even though we paid $89.00 for the house call. We shouldve been given this info.so that we could price check the parts on line and with other repair services. We called Sears and they were extremely rude, they wouldnt give us the part list, their employee ID #s or let us speak with a manager. They did state that we could schedule another repair appt and pay another $89.00 and they would come back out and tell us what parts we needed. I will never use this service again!

I was disappointed after ordering parts that were supposed to fix our icemaker that it could not be fixed. The lack of ability to know whether service personnel could come for sure in the afternoon was also a serious handicap to using the repair service. I was informed that the costs for repairs was going to be refunded which I do much appreciate, just wish the icemaker could be fixed as originally promised.

Fine service, called ahead, arrived on time, polite and personal, completed repair in minimal time. The only complaint is not on service but rather absorbent repair prices charged by Sears.

It was not a good experience. It took three weeks to get the parts to repair a 14 month old water heater. I will never buy another water heater from Sears.

Terrible so far...diagnose wrong...repair not fixed...delay in warranty service...call centers inflexible and outside of country...will not direct calls directly to past repair person in area!
