Easy to make contact. Got a quote within a few days of first time calling them. Scheduled installation in about a week after accepting the quote.As a first time AC/Furnace replace experience for me, I relied on them to make recommendations. Now after the fact, there would be a few things I would request differently but didnt think to ask prior to. It would have been helpful for a little more explanation on what and how things would fit and ductwork to change for the new system.Overall, Im happy and would use LA again. Next time, I will have more questions and concerns though prior to.

Demarco is great! He has been out twice this summer to helps us baby along our really old system without just trying to sell us a new one. Honest guy, knowledgeable, kind and quick. We have had next day service which is unbeatable in the high heat of the summer. Highly recommend this company!

Marco informed me of each step he was doing and explained why. The information he gave was very informative. From the testing he preformed, assured me there were no leaks and no freon needed. I was very pleased with their service and staff

Replaced my fan blade and motor when it locked up. Cleaned the entire unit from top to bottom as best as anyone could and also replaced the condenser. They called me back when I left a message and also showed up when they said they’d be here. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you LA heating and cooling for doing a top shelf job.

Had another company come to my house and tell me that I had to have my whole system replaced due to they dont make it anymore. I called for a second opinion and I found out thats totally not true. Absolutely amazing services. Extremely professional technicians and installers. They replaced an aged system for us with a new system that is operating 100x better than the previous system. Not only were the installer techs extremely proficient at putting in the new system, but while installing they surveyed the ducts and flow, and made some important changes with additional venting that improved airflow considerably. We called LA HVAC because our furnace went out and we had another company quote us a new control board, they said was faulty. We were referred because we wanted a second option. It seemed the first company I called were just kinda of shady not explaining and talking really fast like they really wasn’t sure if it was bad or not. Never the less they informed me the control board was bad and told me it was going to be $300.00 for a board plus there service calls...Not only did John find the board was NOT bad, it was also under warranty even though he didn’t install it. He was able to get it warrantied to save us money and get it fixed. Turned out it was just a $12.00 limit and it was covered under a warranty. I could not believe people like John still existed. One word describes him = Integrity!!! He went above what anyone else even tried to do by honoring a warranty even though he didn’t install it. If that’s not integrity I don’t know hat is... I myself and family cannot thank LA HVAC enough or express the gratitude we have for John for saving us money and actually taking care of someone when he didn’t have too. Thanks John for being who you say you are and a blessing to your trade. You have a customer for life and all my friends and family will be calling you. Thanks for helping a family out in a time of need when we could have been taking advantage of.! LA HVAC is where you need to go for any hvac problems. God bless !
