Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give -5 stars would be GREAT!Betty was horrific She called me to make a appointment and left a message the first time. Unfortunately I was not able to call back due to being at work all day, I ended my shift at 8 pm way after they closed for the day. The next day she called back and left a rude message say since its so inconvenient for you to return my call to schedule a appointment Ill call the landlord to schedule it while your not home. So then I called back to schedule a appointment the next day at 2 pm we both agreed on time and date. I then ended that phone call but I was still upset about the rude message so I called back to inform the Manager who was not in at the time and left message wanting them to know how rude Betty was.I never got a call back.When the guy came the next day he came at 12 pm So he called and we rescheduled to the next day at 12 pm. I called Betty back to see what happened with the 2 pm appointment that we agreed on I then asked for Manager Betty then says..... Lady I am the Manager the Scheduler and.. something else I couldnt understand because she was yelling at me. She also says You are a rude little girl and you need to understand how the real world works.Okay Betty Okay I know how the real world works and your behavior is not how, thank you!!!!So after Betty says all that I then tell her how I to work with clients all day and I dont care how many times I have to call a person back I would never leave a rude message like that EVER! Well we all know what happened next... Betty hung up on me. Not very professional Betty.

These folks have been our go-to heating and cooling specialists for 37 years. Their work is timely, complete, and excellent in every sense. Highly recommended.

We have had All Weather Heating & Cooling for over 15 years, and they have been extremely efficient. They have always been pleasant and professional. I wouldnt have anyone else to work for me.

My family worked with David years ago. I called asking for him and Betty said i dont know what youre up to but forget it lady. and hung up

My mother is disabled and also has fibromyalgia, when our air conditioner broke our house, which we normally keep at 64 degrees, was getting up to 75-80 degrees. This is unacceptable as it affects my mother tremendously. We called around seeing if anyone could come out and fix the unit. All weather said they were booked and unable to get to us until next week. They took our information and said they would come out Monday. We continued to call around and found someone who could come out that day. About an hour later All Weather called my mother back and said they could come out today, when mom told the women on the phone that we found someone else the woman from All Weather called my mom a rat and said that she deserved to be disabled and was extremely mean and disrespectful. I called back and asked to speak to a manager or owner and the woman said I know why you are calling and you can forget it, I am tired of all the lies and dishonesty. She then hung up on me.

Terrible service. Very rude and dishonest.
