I called several companies...Franks was the only to show...the gentlemen that came out was extremely courteous and listened to everything I needed...I highly recommend this company to anyone....they did AWESOME....SUPER on short notice...cant say enough

Ryan and Cyler were AWESOME! They were here for two days replacing the water line, and they did a great job. They moved our landscaping plants and replaced them after they were through, and the yard looks good even though they had to ditch about half of it. I have used this company three times in the past two years for repairs, and they always show up on time and do the work for the estimated cost, no matter what snags they run into. These two guys need a raise, Franks!!😁

Really wasnt impressed. Certainly not the plumbing shop it used to be. They had trouble figuring out the fittings I needed for a simple home repair. I ended up at Lowes and found what I needed - didnt use half of what Franks sold me. They acted more like I was a nuisance than a customer. Not sure I would trust them to remodel a bathroom for me. Thats just my experience with them.

Spent almost $7000 on heating and cooling unit. On days when its cold it doesnt get above 66 degrees. Called and came out twice wrote down the same numbers both time and never heard back. Its bad when you have to bundle up a 2 year old to stay warm in the house. So is that how we do business? Tell people let me go check it out until labor warranty runs out. According to your guy it was the thermostat he put in cause he didnt know how to work it. So he was going to look up info then get back to us. That never happened.

The owner, Nick, is a great business owner and knows how to take care of his customers. He really stepped up to the plate and took excellent care of us. He above and beyond what most small business owners would have. I highly recommend Nick and his crew.

Good old service. The technicians were Steve and Matt, Im pretty sure. Friendly guys that arrived first thing in the morning. My 2 year old wasnt afraid of them. In fact, she talked to them. Thats saying a lot, trust me. They kept things clean, quick and timely. Price was honest and what I had in my head for the necessary job. Ill use them again, for sure.

Honestly I love the bathroom looks, the shower is looking good but there are a couple of places on the wall that look bad. The mirror just seems cheap . The ceiling has grey paint in like 4 spots and the right side of the shower top the the ceiling has grey on the ceiling. It is not what gives them the low review. I am disabled and the mess that was left behind was terrible. There was at least a half inch of dust everywhere in my house. It took me a week cleaning everything...when they came in my house it was spotlesss when they left the mess was overwhelming. Paid a lot of money to have the bathroom done. I was not happy with the giant shower head they put in ....it was broken ...I called the next day and a lady answered the phone ...told them who I was and she ask did we do some work for you... yea spent over 8 thousand and they had no clue who I was. They came back a day or 2 later replaced the shower head. Called them 2 weeks after the job was done had a couple of issues with my other bathroom. They came out as soon as they could and fixed everything.... I would highly recommend these guys. Mess and all...more than worth it.

New gas line and vent free stove install..David was very knowledgeable .Now I will be cozy and warm no matter what Old Man Winter may bring !

Matt and Don were professional, friendly, and efficient. Matt was able to negotiate with my home warranty company and explain my water heater issue in a way that I could not and was able help get the needed service covered. I would definitely recommend them.

Heater kicked out, within 2 hours of calling David came by and under an hour had everything up and running, went over with me what had went wrong and what hed done to fix it. Was very informative, quick working and I feel I learned a bit on what I can do to keep my furnace in better working order. Will call again for sure if something else pops up!

We hired Frank’s to replace our old tub/shower with a new shower system. They were extremely professional and reliable. They showed up on time and had the job completed in one day! The crew did an amazing job, and after they finished up, the owner (Nick) stopped by just to make sure we were happy and that everything went well. Franks plumbing remodeled my bathroom last week. It was long over due. They did an amazing job. On time every day, cleaned up everyday. Now I never want to leave the bathroom, it looks so good!!!

Heater was not working on day, called and came out very quickly. Got everything fixed and very reasonable!! Will use again real soon!!!

I used to work there and if I were going to get someone else to do my bathroom I would not use them.

Had a problem outside with a slow leak. Turned off water to house only option. When turned on for a few days water rose above ground in plain sight. Call Franks and explained problem in detail! When they showed up it was two men with a shovel! Well they Doug a minimum hole, charged me a hundred bucks for it, told me I didnt have a leak and didnt listen to me where I thought the leak was. So I let the whole open turn the water back on and of course it was leaking. Call the Ohio County water to come out to confirm if I have a leak. They confirmed I had a leak Demeter had a positive side on it and told me yes it was a slow leak so well I knew that. Call Franks Plumbing back out here to fix my problem... explain again over the phone what the problem was. This time they sent an older man out here, no equipment and he did everything I already did! I showed him the paper from Ohio County Water District saying that I have a slow leak and they want to charge me another hundred dollars for doing absolutely nothing. And telling me I dont have a leak!I do not recommend Franks Plumbing at all!

I have used Franks several times now and theyre always able to get the job done right and in a timely manner, while also being very affordable.

Know man many years with my dad work with him since I was 15 dad passed away 10 yrs and I know a lot plumbing no license oh well

Had them install a new A/C and furnace after having run the gas pipe when we converted from electric to gas - all installations went great. Quick, professional service and they pointed out a few other problems that they also fixed - like the bathroom fan that was not vented out the roof.

I called for an estimate for a furnace and A/C replacement, Electric furnace wanting to go to gas and also run a gas line from the new meter location to the furnace. The guy came out and looked things over and supposed to give us a quote. That was a few months ago. We still havent gotten that quote.
