I would not recommend them for anything we had there TOP of the line system installed 2yrs ago an we are still having problems...PLEASE read & reread there REVIEWS ..steer clear is the best advice ...This is just some of the piss poor work Schwartz heating & cooling did at my house they also Knocked a random Knocked a hole in cut in the laundry room an cut electric of yo the cooking stove and never said a word ..I had a city inspector here standing over there shoulders and I also had the district rep for Bryant system here an Bryant system had a company from Boonville come to look at the house and the tech. for that company said it was worst install he had EVER SEEN..

Their techs are very nice and professional, but their prices- handed down by corporate- are absolute highway robbery. They wanted to charge me $650 for $40 worth of coolant. Use only if youve got more money than sense.

Was quick to respond when we needed it the most. They quoted us a fair price and the guys were amazing. Eric was clear and direct with what was needing to be done to solve our issue. We knew his was being honest and wasn’t trying to sell us on something we didn’t need. They were considerate of our home, took shoes off at the door, cleaned up after themselves and was quick about it. Highly recommend. Don’t settle for some wanna be, use these guys if you want it done right.

These folks are A+. Prompt service, and friendly staff from top to bottom. When their tech comes to the home I get a call then a text message with a picture of the tech. I then show it to my stay at home wife. Peace of mind knowing who is coming is a major plus.

These guys are great! I called at 8:30am on Christmas Eve and they had us up and running before breakfast was over. And the bill was less than $100. Owensboro does not have the fabulous Montgomery Webb in town anymore, but I’m glad I have discovered Schwartz Heating and Cooling 😊👍🏼

I would highly recommend Schwartz for your heating and cooling needs! In the hottest week of the year, they were out to work on our AC unit the same day we called. The tech-Micheal was very polite and informative. We ended up needing a new unit d/t a bad compressor, Eric came out and walked us through everything. I have had my heat/air conditioner since 2006 and I have never had any maintenance done to it. I had heard Schwartz’s advertisement on the radio about becoming a discount customer and thought thats a good deal. I was unsure of the way it worked but Elizabeth explained it to me and it really was a great deal!!! My technician gave me a curtesy call before coming to my house and then cleaned and checked everything out. He was so polite and explained things to me. And this was ONLY 10.00 a month. Peace of mind is worth more than 10.00. Thank you Schwartz!!! You have an AWESOME TEAM!!!

My neighbor Linda Evans has been struggling for days on finding a heating and cooler company to help put in a hot water heater. After speaking with Eric Schwartz, he sent over a technician within a day of speaking of her problems. The technician came into her house with slippers so not to make a mess, and was incredibly personable. He was polite and knowledgeable of his work. Linda was so comfortable with him due to how he spoke to her like family rather than just a customer. She is very happy with the hot water heater and the service from the Schwartz company. Highly recommended to all in need of reasonable rates for completely amazing professionals.

They charged us 200$ just to show up and tell us the problem. We were aware of the 85$ fee just to knock on our door but an additional $115 because the tech had to get a tool out to measure the Freon level. If someone is going to charge that much for every step of the process for what they are being hired to do the least you can do is make the customer aware. So we are stuck with close to a 400$ bill for literally 15 minutes of “work” if you can call it that. I couldn’t be more disappointed and feel extremely ripped off.

Schwartz Heating & Cooling is efficient, professional, reasonably priced, and foremost knowledgeable when it comes to air conditioning and heating. Several years ago, Schwartz Heating & Cooling replaced both our upstairs and downstairs HVAC units with Hybrid energy efficient units. On one of the hottest Friday nights of last August, we called Schwartz Heating & Cooling because our upstairs air conditioner had stopped working and we had family guests visiting for the weekend. They came out right away and got the A/C working. In the trouble shooting process, Schwartz Heating & Cooling discovered that our A/C unit may be one with some manufacturer problems that were just now showing up. In a few short days, Schwartz Heating & Cooling installed a new A/C unit at No Charge. Their service technicians were professional and finished the work in one morning! We have always and will continue to use Schwartz Heating & Cooling to service and maintain our heating and air conditioning. I generally do not take the time to review products or companies because many just fulfil the standard requirements, this is not the case with Schwartz Heating and Cooling.Our air conditioner went out the 1st part of August on a Friday night. Schwartz was only 1 of 2 companies to contact me back after calling several service companies on Saturday morning and had an engineer at my home before noon. Not at 110.00 dollars an hour but less than 1/2 that. After checking the unit it was determined the compressor was bad and due to the 30yr old units age, a replacement would be needed.Monday Morning I contacted 5 local companies to give bids on the job. Schwartz has a price guarantee on attempting to give you the right equipment at the right price or they will pay you, needless to say not only did I NOT get their money, they got my business. Their quote was the best explained ( in my home by 2 employees,) offered highly rated name band consumer products and made me feel like I could trust them, all at a very competitive price and below several of the other quotes.My wife had to go to the hospital for an emergency stay and I called and informed them of my situation. This was Tuesday, they were prepared to install the unit (air and DC motor heat unit) Wednesday morning. They arrived, treated my home with respect, were friendly, and as in most older homes go, faced several non-standard situations with my old units installation which they laughed off and tackled like true professionals.With our old unit 77 or 78 degrees was just about as cool as I could get our home in the August heat before. When they left it was 89 degrees in our home, but by the time we went to bed it was down to below 80 degrees and when we woke the next morning it was a solid 70 degrees, right where I set the new thermostat they had installed.After 2 weeks now, our home stays a very comfortable 74 (where we have it set now.) We joke about we wonder if the air is running because the new DC motor and exchanger is so quiet now. The install added not only comfort, but increased home value as well as aesthetically looking better.We have several other projects that the Schwartz team proposed during their home evaluation that we are in the process of getting set up now, mainly vapor barrier and duct repairs under the house. I will not look anywhere else but will call Schwartz.The timeline they were under with my wife returning from the hospital, the non standard issues they uncovered after removal of the old heater and the heat factor itself could not deter them or their great attitudes. They finished the job in 1 day, left my home a better place and made sure that every concern I had was addressed and answered.Schwartz will be our only Heating and Cooling company and recommend them without reservation!

Schwartz heating and cooling is extremely profession and knowledgeable. My older furnace had a problem and wasnt heating the house when temps were in the 20s. They came and assessed the problem and repaired it the same day I called. Schwartz was prompt and prepared. They had the parts that needed to be replaced with them at the time they came to service the furnace. I will continue to use them again, if needed, and will recommend them to anybody that is having heating and air troubles.
