This shop is the next best thing to having an oil change button in the car - you dont have to get out of the vehicle to get it done. The team was efficient and looked like they were motivated and having fun. If youre lucky and a UPS truck pulls up with their orders, you will witness the Globetrotters-like unloading process. The one thing I would definitely change is the three lanes leading to the three service bays. Its somewhat of a lottery - you may pull up first, but if a car in front of you in the bay has a lot of work done (i.e. the driver is susceptible to accepting all services offered) then youre stuck and will leave last. A better way would be to have a single queue.

I barely know anything about cars and I was nervous going to get my first oil change alone. Valvoline was fantastic! David walked me through everything they were doing and made me feel very comfortable through the entire process. Ill definitely be going back!

I have been frequenting this Valvoline location for over a year now. Every single time, I receive top notch service, quick, efficient, friendly, you name it! I get oil changes, air in tires, and air conditioning recharging. Today Justin went above and beyond and retrieved my broken oil dipstick, which is not normally a service offered here. He was sweating, as it is florida and extremely hot, yet determined as anything, and could not have been any nicer about it!! Literally could not have better things to say about this location and its employees. Good job Valvoline! And thank you.

Service was top notch. Guys were extremely friendly and super helpful. My battery died while I was in the bay and they had to push the car to get it in the right spot to perform the oil change and then they gave my car a jump, insisting and trying everything possible to get My car started. They were awesome. Weve been taking our 3 vehicles there for some time now and trust me, after todays experience, we will definitely continue taking them there. Highly recommended

These people are not customer friendly, very rude, had an oil change done, didn’t even last a day, the motor went, started knocking, they wouldn’t even help with the issue started saying there was nothing else they can do, had me calling all kinds of people just to give me the run around, even talked to the area manager also a waste, has no clue, I asked if you guys did everything you could, who was the one that did a compression test ? All I heard was silence, I asked do you even know what it is ?How can we trust someone working on our vehicle that has no mechanical knowledge?NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST THEM!!!

The team that was on duty on 12/22, was nothing short of amazing. They ALL went out of their way to help me with a very difficult issue with my car. They could have easily just said this isnt out thing and ignored my difficulties. They went FAR and ABOVE what I ever expected. I know is a convenience to change your motor oil quickly, but they are super expensive.

I can’t imagine you’ve owned a car and aren’t familiar with Valvoline Instant Oil Change, but if you’re not, I will tell you that it’s a great place for a very courteous, fast and professional oil change.They will try to up-sell you (I would guess there’s commission involved), but it’s a fairly soft-sell. They’ll ask to change most if not all of the other fluids your car may need as well as replacing wiper blades and sundry filters. You will pay a bit more for the ease of this service, but you’ll be in and out in a virtual instant😉!

I have to say I am quite impressed with the workers, very attentive and respectful. The prices are a bit pricey, but worth it. One of the workers that attended to me was this guy named Chris, very good communication skills and an alert hard worker! Definitely going back, just ask for Chris.

I had a great experience here. Great and enthusiastic employees and they finished my car within 30 minutes (oil change, tire rotation and a few other jobs). Very impressed. It is on the expensive side but the customer service makes up for that. I will come back here for future oil changes and other small car jobs. =) Keep up the good work, guys.

They did my oil change and changed my wiper blades fast. I was in and out! Friendly staff and they checked my tire pressure for no charge. I enjoy the experience and will continue to service my vehicle at this location.

We had been going to this place for quite some time without any problems both my husband and I brought our cars there for oil changes. They broke the oil gasket underneath my car and wouldn’t own up to it. Now I need to order the part before my oil gets changed. I wouldn’t be posting a negative review if they had told me what they broke and fixed it but I did not find out until my next oil change. The manager could care less. We will not be returning here for dishonest customer service.
