Scheduled an appointment online around 8pm for pick up and service on 4 tires. Called the next morning at 7:45am to confirm the quote and Damon had already seen the request and was making arrangements for pick up. Not only was the quite accurate but get this…our car had a flat and they offered to change the tire with the doughnut spare from the trunk when they picked it up. Told us all we had to do was put the keys on the front seat.They picked up the car that morning, changed all 4 tires, gave it a new alignment, and brought the car back that afternoon. Gave us a courtesy call to inform us the car had been returned.Now that’s outstanding service you will NOT find anywhere else. Never even had to miss work or take any time off. The cost for that pick up and drop off service was only $20. I’m a lifetime customer on all our car needs. They do a lot more than tires at this place.Thank you for your service and a big shout out to Damon-the representative who orchestrated the entire event and the people who serviced the car. I believe I was only on the phone with him for about 4 minutes total. We need more people like this and companies who offer services like this in our society!In complete transparency, we are not associated with Action Gator in any way or know anyone who is. 4 hours to change 4 tires! $1000 and not even the same brand of tires because they dont have them .. no one wears masks or uses hand sanitizer… my car has 13000 miles and I needed 4 new tires because my wheel alignment was pulled out … I’ve been there multiple times they test drive my car every time and never said anything.. I will never go back there .. this place robs you blindly.

These guys were fast, affordable and honest. My wife blew out a tire and needed a new set anyways…dropped it off at noon…picked it up at 5:30pm. They were slammed and still got it done. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. I had a leak in my front driver side tire. I brought my car in to repair it. Other tire places would always say they “can’t patch it” and I need to by a new tire (usually would only have a $600 performance tire in stock). Not Action Gator. I dropped off my car and an hour later the called me to let me know it was patched and ready! These guys are the best and I will be using them for all my car service needs going forward. I’ve been using the Oviedo Action Gator shop for over 3 years. Excellent service. They remember me and call me by my first name. Great pricing and quality repair and maintenance. About 2 years ago I went online to buy 4 tires there. I was set to buy them but the manager advised me to buy a less expensive and better tire than what I saw on line. They are wearing great and are rotated for free each oil change.

This is a wonderful place to go to I went here to get my car checked it was a Avalon 2016. They checked out my car and made sure to see if there was anything wrong which it needed new tires. I had a rim painted at a local shop for my daughters car. I picked up the painted, immaculate rim and the same day took it to the Oviedo Action Gator to get the tire mounted on, new valve stem, and balancing. The next day I picked up the tire and noticed several scratches, smears, and pits on the paint of the rim. I told the manager and he went on a rant trying to prove me that the damage has not been caused at the store. He even pointed as some scratches and said they were old; however, the rim just got the tire mounted by them after being painted. He went to extreme to drag the tire around the floor and pointed at the rubber on their tools as proof that they did not cause them. I told him I was not there to argue and I was not even asking for repairs or anything; I just wanted to point at him the damage caused by their employees. Not even that appeased him and he continued to blame the damages on me or outside of Action Gators responsibility.No big issue here, I just want so show the lack or professionalism and courtesy shown by the manager. Maybe he is used to arguing or bullying customers, so be aware and take pictures of your rims if you value them, they are new, or just want to ensure this manager does not treat you like he did to me.

My one-year warranty *just* expired and suddenly there’s a bulge on the side of my new tire. Unbelievable. Replacing it someplace else. (When I spoke to someone at the store, they said I was out of luck because I hadn’t purchased “Road Hazard Insurance”—there was no accident/external cause. Appears to be defective.)

This was my second experience with Action Gator Tire and both times they were the best. I will definitely return for my next tires.

Service was quick and within the time specified. Shop is managed very efficiently. Was happy with the overall experience.

Saw another review saying team changed recently so maybe related to that, went in due to slow leak on tire and was told it could be the valve that just needs replaced and if it wasnt they wouldnt charge me, ended up getting a new tire and still getting charged for the valve. 2 months later the sidewall blows out of that tire so I take it in in an attempt to get a refund or if theres a defect or something. Told it was my own fault and Im sol, I dont like this but I need a car and its too late to go to another shop and I heard this place was good so maybe im the one to blame. Ask them to check out if theres any reason this happened, rims, etc. They replace the tire and come back saying the tire just mustve gotten punctured and charge me for it. Later realize they didnt give me back my donut. Maybe a month later notice tire has started slow leak again. Bring it into another tire shop and find out my lugs got stripped by action gator and the rims were the problem after all.

We used to like this place. But this last visit was horrendous. Went in for a simple tire rotation. They of course quoted me a long list of things to fix. Luckily my husband does most of it at home. They must have used an impact wrench and so far we have had FOUR BROKEN WHEEL STUDS in 3 tires. So if i got a flat...i would not be able to get it off. HoRRIBLE. You know how much time and money this cost us???? Who does that? Never going back again.

Shame that my balancing and rotation did not include checking and filing air in the tires. In addition, I was given my vehicle with black hand prints on both front handles, steering wheel and my gloves compartment where they got the wheel lock. Thats not good service, i had to clean and desinfect. Paying attention to detail is important, I think your techs could care less as it was very obvious, thats my second bad experience, not good!

Best rated place in Oviedo and the reviews are correct. They do a great job and don’t try to upsell you. A couple days after getting new tires I had a metal on metal sound coming from my wheel. I called them to see if they could take a look and they fit me in. It ended up being a small stone made a miracle shot getting in between my brake caliper and rotor. They removed it at no charge. I’ve been a customer for over 4 years. From a simple tire change to complete engine replacement, I only trust them to work on my car. Last week we planned to drive to Tennessee and needed a quick oil change/check up. Damon asked to do a quick drive test and noticed a creaking during the drive. If he didn’t go out of his way to do this we would have never known both our axels and boots needed to be replaced. Took less than an 2 hours to replace and change the oil. So thankful he took the time to make sure I was safe to travel.

Nice staff. Not trying to sell you stuff you dont need. Only downside is appointments dont really mark the start of your vehicle being worked on, it just means you are ahead in line of the walk-ins.
