I thought it was 19.99 for a uhaul van but was greatly disappointed when I was charged more than double that for a short stint that was only maybe an hour and a half.

I have gone to them for everything from break repairs, shocks replaced, and yearly inspection (and any needed repairs). Fast, courteous, with great prices. Hell, one time they gave me a ride home because I lived close and my sister was busy. HIGHLY recommended!

This review is being posted much later than it should have been, and for that I apologize. I was driving home from college around February 2020 when my car decided to wobble and be almost undrivable. Well it turns out the Oswego lake effect winter decided to pack snow and ice into my tires and wheel wells. Being strapped for time I went to Malones Garage where, for free, they promptly water blasted the snow and ice away so I could get home and be with my family. This kindness, compassion, and integrity are qualities that define Malones garage to me. I am very thankful for their gesture towards me, and I could not suggest anyone better to work on your vehicle than them.

Any time i have called AAA and told them my car wont start. Malones have always been there for me in 20 minute or less. This last time i had a dead battery and i was in Oswego on the lookout at brghtbeck park and was told Scottys had to come. It took them over 2 hours. Sitting in a cold car for 2 hours being sick was horrible. Malones you spoiled me. Thank you.

I visited Malones for the first time last week for an inspection. they found a minor problem that turned into something important. I was very satisfied with the communication and the service.

Stored my car there, they stuck it up in the bushes in the mud, got car back everything underneath was rotted, had to get rid of car, I suggest not using this place for any service or storage needs, thats a terrible thing to do to someone, I give them a bad review

Being a parent of a child 21/2 hrs away from home and getting a call that something was wrong with his vehicle. You feel helpless. We called the garage explained the vehicles issues. The gentleman was very kind told us t to have him bring the truck over.He repaired the problem. Very happy!! Would definitely use this garage again. College students it’s 4 miles from the college.

I have never experienced such amazing customer service and assitance as I did in the last few days from Malones Garage! I did a number to my car and had to get insurance involved, from the start Malones walked me through how to do everything and got my car into their shop right away! Not only did they store my vehicle but they also spoke with the adjuster for me! The speed in which they did the repair is simply amazing! From start to finish I was without a car for 72 hours, including insurence issues, and it is as good as new! (Had progressive even been half as accommodating as Malones I am most certain I would have had the car back sooner) Any and All of my further car repairs will be through here and I suggest you do the same!

Made an appointment for pictures for vehicle for insurance company, showed up and they rudely let me know they would not take pictures in the rain. It was raining when I made the appointment that morning. Very rude person at desk.

Unfortunately I was refused service because who ever was working that day said hes been there all day and his daughter was in the hospital.....that taking pictures of my car wasnt gonna happen.I realize I was there 5 minutes before his closing time but he was abrupt and rude, and this would have taken all of 2 minutes.I guess the buddy he had waiting for him on his Harley was disappointed as well.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. Thank you.

I was visiting Oswego from Virginia when my water pump went out on my caviler. They had my car fixed replaced pump and a belt in less than 3 hrs, and for considably less than I expected. Super honest folks, fair pricing and fanstastic service. I cannot say enough about them.I am so thankful to have broken down within 200yards of their shop on 104.

Guy was super nice helped a lot with something I had never done before.

Every visit has been handled professionally and repairs made promptly whether for my 2012 Kia or 1967 Citroen. Jobs well done.

Everything was great.I am a mom and moving is extremely stressful so I thought adding a moving truck and storage would be so difficult. My daughter was a student at SUNY Oswego. Malones worked on her car twice. They were very polite to her, prompt and their pricing was excellent. They checked over the car to make sure nothing else needed work. I would strongly recommend them.

Owners and employees were very polite, service was done promptly.I had actually made my appointment on-line and due to my wotk schedule was not able to keep scheduled appointment. When I called they were very understanding and still got me in that day 3 hours after the time I scheduled!This is definitely the type of local service I need. I will tell all my friends and family to go here.

I made a reservation for a moving truck (with my credit card) and was told I was to pay at the location the day of pickup. (Today at 12), they called me the day before I was to pick it up and basically demanded me to pay for it THE DAY BEFORE picking it up. I asked if i can pay for it there, and they said yes but there will be a long line and other things to try and get a payment from me. I insisted on paying for it at my reservation time and day. The next day I go to pick it up and they were closed (at 12) and there was not a truck in site(it is usually parked outside the shop). I later found out they rented it to someone else. They canceled my order and left rude comments, (another uhaul company read them to me) I was out of a means to move my things just because I didnt give into their demands. Extremly unprofessional and horrible customer service. The other uhaul location I went to was so much more helpful. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

To make a long story short last July right before I left for a job 1000 miles away my jesen healey started to have an electrical problem. I know its considered an exotic car, the motor yes but the electrical system is actually very simple, I was told Malones in oswego was a good place to take the car so right before going I took it there for lube oil etc and it had recently developed an electrical problem. This car had been my daily driver for over a year I was pressed for time but the first time and they were unable to fix the problem before I had to leave so I bought another car and went off to Indiana . While I was gone I asked them to fix the electrical and get the car running properly then I put it into storage until I got back . I had had no water pump issues but knew the car was prone to those issues so when they called me and told me I needed a new pump fine. I told them I didnt care how long it took so if they took their time it was fine with me one month 1700 dollars latter they had replaced the distributor cap water pump told me they found the problem a loose ground in the points, I NEVER would have thought of that. All fixed I paid for it and had the car put into storage when I got it out I did take it for 6 months latter I got about 120 miles and the same problem returned so I bought it back and they replaced the new ground wire and told me I owed them 110 dollars due to the length of time. I asked the owner to check the mileage on his paperwork to see that it has not had any miles put on it. He refused to look, I reminded him I bought it it to have the electrical fixed ...he denied that ever happened . While I do have a full vocabulary I find when faced with lying tradesman boardroom vocabulary doesn’t express displeasure as job site construction vocabulary does, I wanted my meaning unambiguous .I am not a mechanic or an electrician but I do have some knowledge. When this started I wanted to have the car professionally repaired . Being just an amateur it took me about 2 hours to properly identify the problem I never had say any problem with the water pump prior to bringing the car in but being a 1000 miles away I had to trust them. MY mistake I now question whether there was any problem with the pump. . Just to add salt to the wound he ignored me when I told him I wanted to pay him and get out of there then told me I had to pay him cash. BTW the problem was shorts in the dash and ignition switch nothing to do with the ground they charged me the last $110 for Do what you want but be warn
