I called for an appointment for a front end alinment on a Friday and they got me in for an appointment on Monday which I accidentally missed but they had no problem rescheduling me for the following day for a time that was convenient for me. Once I arrived they got my car right in and got it done in decent time. Price was very fair cheaper then other places I had called. Alignment came out great also, especially after how badly it was off. Ryan (I believe hes the manager) is great as well. Very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I recently had an issue with a local dealership trying to get a battery replaced on a Government Vehicle. The debacle with the dealership ended up with me having to contact this Goodyear Auto Service center with only 18 hrs before making sure the vehicle was good to travel to my next destination. I called and spoke with the receptionist around 2pm. She said drop it off and she would have the GSA authorization completed and battery replaced in no time. They surely delivered on that Promise!!

On August 9, 2021 I brought my Jeep into this Goodyear for an oil change and NYS inspection. Both were fine. But they then quoted me on $500 dollars worth of work that was needed. Nope. August 10 I pick up my car before work and they had to jump it to get it started. Thought that was odd, but I was already late to work and I just need to get there. On my lunch break, it was dead again. One of their auto techs came and jumped it. They then tested my Interstate battery, which according to them was now a bad battery. I just put that battery in late January 2021 so i thought that was odd.I call one of my auto-saavy friends, he says if it is a bad battery I can get it replaced for free under warranty but it has to be tested at a Interstate Battery distributor. So on August 12, I go into pick up my car which needed to be jumped again to get it started. But while I was there, Mary at the front desk decides to tell me interstate batteries are “not that good” and I should get one of their batteries.The new auto shop tests the battery, alternator, and each cell. All of which were fine. The battery had simply been completely drained. Goodyear drained my battery then tried to upsell me on one of their own batteries. Thank god I got a second opinion.

I am from out of town up for work. My oil pan nut was rusted and they didnt want to take a chance of something going wrong so they didnt do the oil change. . They were upfront and honest with me. They did check all my fluids and topped off my washer fluid free of charge. I was very impressed and made sure to thank the counter staff and tipped the man in the service bay who went out of his way to do a little extra.

Love these guys. Im always treated right. Most recently they revived a car that had been sitting and wouldnt turn over. They used outside the box thinking and some patience and it payed off. Thank you guys for being there.

Easy to schedule appointment for an oil change. During the servicing they also checked all the fluids and filters and showed me the filters that were nearing end of life. They replaced filters, flushed and replaced power steering fluid and researched my transmission maintenance schedule. Then they alerted me to overdue needed transmission service

Awesome, fast, incredible service! Had a low tire and they sealed the leak around valve and filled tire. Called me within 15 minutes and DID NOT charge me a dime! So unexpected and kind! Will definitely be back for any auto service I need!

Bought ComfortDrive tires (235/45R18 94V SL) for my Tesla Model 3. Tires are great! Going in for my first free rotation tomorrow. Mileage seems comparable to the stock Michelin’s and road noise is very low.The folks at the Goodyear shop in Oswego, NY are very nice and have done excellent work: Both tires for my Tesla and work on my mom’s older Chevy Impala.Very happy to recommend both the shop and the ComfortDrive tires for Tesla owners.

Made inspection appointment online, Cheri called and fit me into the schedule better so I would not have a lengthy wait in store. Also offered a ride home if I wanted to drop off the car. Very accommodating, friendly and efficient! Premises were clean and comfortable and appropriate COVID 19 precautions were in evidence at all times. Inspection and minor bulb replacement were done quickly, paperwork was clear and thorough, cost was very reasonable. My tires were evaluated and I was informed of approximately how long til I should plan to replace them, but it was an appropriate advisement, no hard sell. I’m very very happy with Goodyear and definitely will go back. I would absolutely recommend Goodyear and this store in particular.

I noticed I was losing air in my back tire yesterday afternoon. When I called Goodyear stressed out Ryan was able to get me in first thing this morning! Not only did they repair my tire and fill all the others in less than a half hour they were extremely nice to be around and didn’t charge me!! Sherri explained exactly how they repair the tire from the inside out and mentioned how they would rather know their customers are safe driving than just make money off them. I really can’t appreciate them enough for not taking advantage of my lack of tire knowledge lol. I will for sure come back for my car needs and recommend their services to all!

New in town. One of tires went flat to the rim within 3-4 days. Pumped air into the tires & took the car to the 1st shop but appts. there meant waiting for 2 weeks. Took the car next to Goodyear Auto Service & the staff there made it possible to look at the problem that day, thankfully. Saved my day looking around. Front desk staff was very helpful. She shuttled me to & back to collect the car. They also offered complimentary services on the car which a later appt. was made. The staff showed when asked, the part of the car that they recommended to be changed. Overall, satisfied with friendly & knowledgeable service.

On work travel in Oswego when my starter quits. A co-worker at the nearby power plant recommends the Goodyear facility in town.
