The staff was very friendly and informative. I was there to get my wifes vehicle undercoated. The only issue I had was that there were dirty hand/finger prints on the inside of my doors and back seat from the job done which I feel should have been cleaned up before turning the car back to the customer. The spots cleaned up easily thankfully. Other than that they did a fantastic job and I will return next year to continue the undercoating

Ive used them for the second time and will go to Ken’s again if in need of a repair. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. They are about a 40 minute drive, but the service is well worth it. They took care of everything and kept me informed. My parents used them a couple months before I did and they were very satisfied as well.

Had our 2000 Pontiac Grand Am in for a gouge on the front bumper. Repair was completed within the estimated time frame. Repair looks like new and repair has a lifetime warranty. Workmanship was top notch. Extremely clean shop and grounds. Thank you for a job well done.

This is a very professional shop, with extensive knowledge and ability to get the job done. I brought my vehicle here for some minor damage to the trunk deck, and it looks like nothing ever happened. The technician walked me through each step of the process and the work is guaranteed for life (at least the work I had done, minor paint and dent work). Would highly recommend. Fairly priced too!

Great repair. Initial quote was dead on with final cost. Finishing and vehicle detailing was terrific!! Too bad it’s winter, so it only lasted for about 3 days before everything was covered in salt/sand again.

Been going to Kens Body Shop since 1977 where I bought my first car. Over the years they have fixed cars that have been hit in the rear, backed into by drivers not knowing that reverse doesnt mean no one is behind them. Even handling scrapes somebody left on my car at McDonalds. Never have had a problem with Kens a great place to get work done. They have handled all insurance claims with no kickback or problems with any insurance company handling the claim. Go to the hometown people you wont regret it. These folks will even tell you if the repair is worth it.

I needed small body repairs to my vehicle and found this place online and gave them a try! Lets just say they met all my expectations. Professionally run, friendly staff, very thorough, and knowledgeable/skilled. Everything someone would expect from a buisness.

The service is good and the staff are friendly. Tim helped me after being rear-ended and was helpful with both that and non-related questions. The store front was also kept clean which is often overlooked in autoshops. The only reason this isnt 5 stars is because I feel there is always room for improvement in a business.

I am very happy with the work that Kens did on my GMC Yukon. We had a deer hit with over $3000.00 worth of damage. When I went to pick it up it looked amazing!! We will definitely use Kens again!

Kens contacted me just hours after the accident. They took my car in the next day, got me a loaner car, assured me that they would be in touch with updates, and worked with the insurance company for additional funds. It was a relief to know they were taking care of everything. My car was done on the day they predicted and it is perfect.
