This was our first time using Zerorez. It was definitely a 5 star experience. Love their no soap technology. Our carpets looks like new and smells amazing. A four hour window is quite a long time to wait. Then the service person did not show up until almost an hour after that. A phone call as to the delay would have been appreciated. We did finally get a phone call but 40 minutes after the four hour window.The service person was friendly and competent and the carpet looks good.

The guys who came to clean our carpets were friendly and professional. They were very knowledgeable and explained the process clearly. They were also careful with our furnishings and baseboards. I was glad to see they took protective measures to make sure no damages were done as they pulled the hoses around corners and down the stairs. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and arm chairs. The technician was amazing and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. Our carpets and chairs look and smell great.

We had our tile floors (grout) cleaned. It looks SO much better. It is not perfect but many years of abuse can’t be fixed all at once. We also had the grout sealed and that will hopefully help going forward. Matt was a very professional and explained everything before beginning. We are having them come back and do our carpets.

My daughter was up here from Arizona helping me with everything around the house and the legal issues. She uses them on a yearly basis and I can see why she does, the floors and carpets look just like new, which was tough since my wife and her mom passed away and her service dog was making messes all over, very happy with the results.

We had Zerorez over to clean out our air ducts at the house we just bought, and I am so glad we did! The amount of hair and lint and dander they cleaned out was wild! Not only will it help AC and heating run more efficiently, but I’m positive it will help with allergies! The tech was professional, personable and answered all our questions.

Had my ducts cleaned by ZeroRez. Great service: 1) responsive, 2) punctual, 3) affordable.1) The customer service associate was clear about the schedule and pricing structure. It was obvious that they are not making it up on the fly like other guys, but following clear guidelines.2) The technician showed up within promised time frame. Called 20 min before arrival. Was keen to explain what he is going to do, how long it will take. Talked about other services, showed me what was in my ducts - not critical, but was very nice of him. Wore shoe covers3) $18/vent you cannot beat. Plus it is from a reliable big company, that usually charge premium for items 1) and 2), but not with Zerorez - still the cheapest in the area

The technician that came out, Arnell, was great. He inspected our carpet, explained what he was going to do then when to work! The spot cleaning was the most impressive part of the service. We had some bad pet stains and slime (the toy) from our grand kids. He go it all out! We have had several carpet cleaning services in the past, this is sooo much better than Chem-dry, Stanley Steamer, etc... The carpet was dry in 6 hours and looks amazing. See the before and after picture. The spot cleaning is a little expensive but worth every penny, I have never seen anything that comes close. Highly recommend.

Corbin was really nice. Would we use Zerorez again? Probably not. Our carpets looked really good right after he finished but as they dried they just looked like they did before. It also took several hours longer than we were told for the carpets to dry. Oh and our carpets smell like dirty water.

This was our 1st time using Zerorez and didnt really know what to expect because we participated in a 3 room special. We have 2 big dogs and a lot of family who sometimes have accidents and we had stains on our carpet that I couldnt remove. Our technician was great and polite and not pushing for any additional services but gave his opinion on how he could help. He was professional and very thorough and was able to remove all the stubborn stains and the carpets look great again and the house smells good too. The team that cleaned our carpets are very hard working. They were very respectful of me, and the home itself. They took the time needed to do a fantastic job. No smell from the pre cleaning solution. Even though I vacuum regularly They pulled up Lot of Dao and cat hair. They have brought back life back to carpet that is at least 10 years old. I have really wanted new carpet, however, I see now I really dont need them just yet. I will have them back to clean the carpets again and will include my upstairs. I appreciate their hard work and taking the time to explain the other services they offer. I wad able to take advantage of a proctecting treatment for a very high traffic area. I do recommend Zero Fez.

Tim was very respectful and informative. He told me about all of their available services, but did not pressure me into any of them. He even gave me tips for maintaining a clean carpet between visits. He worked quickly and thoroughly, making sure I was pleased with each room before he moved on to the next one. He put up corner guards so that my door frames didn’t get scuffed or damaged. He wore shoe coverings the whole time. My carpets looks and feel very clean and there is no smell left by a cleaning agent. I am very pleased and will absolutely hire Zerorez again.

When you live in a new area and dont have contacts for good reference, finding a wonderful company is amazing! I am completely thrilled with Zerorez. We heard their advertising on the radio and decided to give them a try. They cleaned our carpets and the results were great. No wet carpets for days. The smelled was fresh and not chemicals. They were efficient and very professional. They also perform a variety of other services too- air duct cleaning, tile/grout cleaning, wood floors, etc.

Super nice guy. That being said, I felt like the carpet smelled like dirty gym socks afterward. When you entered the house it wasnt a nice fresh clean smell, it was the smell of a locker room.

The 2 workers that came were kind, respectful and wonderful. We had a sick animal and had some itineraries spots we could see. Paid for animal treatment for those areas. Unfortunately my husband had a detail business and had a black light to see urine spots- their treatment that I paid for did not remove the urine. BUT the carpet looks fantastic to the “naked eye” and I am overall pleased with the price and the 2 young men who did the job.

The owner saw my tile in my kitchen that really needed a good cleaning. He cleaned one small area and showed me what he could do. I had him do the whole kitchen. It now looks like almost new tile! Ive done my own carpets for 25 years and this process has the same looking brand new again. It was very good carpet to begin with but I wasnt able to get the same clean with rented cleaners. They were prompt with calling, professional at my home and I dont want to replace it now.
